Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Beschicken einer Rauchmaschine mit Zigaretten (1), die automatisch in einen eine Dichtung (10) und einen Anschlag (11) aufweisenenden Zigarettenhalter (2) eingebracht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zigaretten (1) jeweils in ein Laderohr (3) gebracht und das Laderohr (3) durch die Dichtung (10) des Zigarettenhalters (2) geschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zigarette (1) vor dem Einschieben in den Zigarettenhalter (2) aus einem Vorratsbehälter durch eine Öffnung (1b) im Laderohr (3) in dieses fällt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zigarette (1) durch einen Über- und/oder Unterdruck im Laderohr (3) in den Zigarettenhalter (2) geschoben bzw. gezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zigarette (1) durch einen Überdruck im Laderohr (3) in den Zigarettenhalter (2) geschoben und danach durch einen Unterdruck in ihrer Lage am Anschlag (11) gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überdruck durch Einströmen eines Luftstroms auf der dem Zigarettenhalter (2) abgewandten Seite der Zigarette (1) in das Laderohr (3) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruck durch ein Absaugen eines Luftstroms auf der den Zigarettenhalter (2) abgewandten Seite der Zigarette (1) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laderohr (3) nach dem Ladevorgang ohne Zigarette (1) aus dem Zigarettenhalter (2) herausgezogen und der Über- bzw. Unterdruck während des Herausziehens aufrecht erhalten wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Beschicken einer Rauchmaschine, die wenigstens einen Zigarettenhalter (2) aufweist, der eine Dichtung (10) und eine Anschlag (11) umfaßt, gekennzeichnet durch eine Laderohr (3), indem eine Zigarette (1) eingebracht ist, und durch ein das Laderohr (3) durch die Dichtung (10) schiebendes Arbeitselement (5).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laderohr (3) wenigstens teilweise in einem Führungsrohr (4) gleitend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laderohr (3) eine Öffnung (1b) zum Einlegen einer Zigarette (1) in das Laderohr (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Öffnung (1a) im Führungsrohr (4), die der Öffnung im Laderohr (1b) entspricht, wenn sich das Laderohr (3) in seiner Ausgangslage im Führungsrohr (4) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsrohr (4) in einer vorderen Position des Laderohrs (3) dessen Öffnung (1b) abdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dem Zigarettenhalter (4) zugewandte Ende des Laderohrs (3) abgerundet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebselement (5) der Kolben eines Pneumatikzylinders (7) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (5) des Pneumatikzylinder (7) und das Laderohr (3) parallel geführt und miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pneumatikzylinder (7) am Führungsrohr (4) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsrohr (4) und der Pneumatikzylinder (7) durch eine senkrecht zum Führungsrohr- bzw. Pneumatikzylinderachse angeordnete Platte (8) verbunden sind, wobei es sowohl das Ende des Führungsrohrs (4) als auch das Ende des Pneumatikzylinders (7) durch die Platte (8) hindurchgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch ein Gebläse, das einen Luftstrom in die dem Zigarettenhalter (2) abgewandte Seite des Führungsrohrs (4) einbläst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18, gekennzeichnet durch eine Absaugeinrichtung, die einen Luftstrom auf der der Zigarette (1) abgewandten Seite der Anschlag (11) absaugt.
