Definitions
- the invention relates to a label construction according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- pressure sensitive adhesive is intended here to mean a means that at least on certain smooth documents, e.g. B. silicone paper, a detachment allows convenient, z. B. by peeling, without loosening the cohesiveness. Suitable pressure sensitive adhesives are commercially available.
- the label construction consists of a base sheet in which the labels are arranged and a cover sheet covering the base sheet.
- the base sheet has two sheets, a base sheet, which is provided with a pressure sensitive adhesive on the back to the Fasten the label construction on a storage or utility support and a top sheet attached to the bottom sheet with cutouts in which the labels on the bottom sheet are arranged adherent.
- the cover sheet has a section on, along which it is firmly connected to the top sheet , the cover sheet is along a line of weakness with at least one other firmly connected to the top sheet Section connected so that the cover sheet by loosening the The line of weakness can be folded down in sections or as a whole can.
- the labels, but also the base sheet and the cover sheet can be provided with information.
- the well-known label construction is suitable in increased Measure the user's interest in the information it contains to wake up.
- the cover of the labels contributes to this through the cover sheet, but also at several edge sections possible attachment of the cover sheet to the base sheet, that requires more than just folding down. So will aroused user interest with label construction to handle, especially to loosen the cover page and fold down. It can also provide an incentive to work be given with the label construction in that the entire label construction detached from a carrier and can be reattached to another carrier.
- the invention is based on the object To create label construction of the type mentioned at the outset, which arouses the user's interest and additional options to arrange additional labels in the label construction offers.
- the label construction can thus after loosening the Cover sheet from the top sheet or base sheet along the second Sections opened and brought into such a position be that the cover sheet except for the first section, along which it is firmly connected to the base sheet, next to this lies.
- the underside shows the in the unopened Condition of the label construction lower layer of cover sheet upwards, and those in sections of this cover sheet layer Labels, but also those arranged in the base sheet are open to the user so that he can pull them off can.
- Both in the base sheet and in the cover sheet can each a plurality of removable labels can be provided.
- the label construction according to the invention can be used as a roll label with a self-adhesive back.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a label construction according to the invention on a storage medium.
- Fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view along the line I-I of Fig. 1, with the label construction closed is, with exaggerated thick layers of adhesive.
- the figures show a label construction 1 with a Base sheet 3 and a cover sheet 5, both made of paper are.
- the basic sheet 3 is on the back with a Provide pressure sensitive adhesive 7 with which the base sheet 3 on one Storage bracket 9 is releasably glued.
- the storage rack 9 consists of a smooth in the illustrated embodiment Paper from which the pressure sensitive adhesive 7 is easily released, so that the base sheet 3 is easily removed from the storage support 9 and transferred to a utility carrier (not shown) and glued on can be.
- the base sheet 3 has a lower sheet 11 and an upper sheet 13.
- the top sheet 13 has two cutouts 19, 21 in which Labels 15, 17 arranged and with a pressure sensitive adhesive 23 the bottom sheet 3 are attached.
- the label 15 is in FIG. 1 shown in a partially detached state.
- the top sheet is outside of the cutouts 19, 21 by means of a Adhesive 25 attached to the bottom sheet 11.
- the cover sheet 5 has a lower cover sheet layer 27 and one top cover sheet layer 29. It is on the base sheet 3 by various Bonding of the top sheet 13 and the lower cover sheet layer 27 attached so that the cover sheet can be folded down can, as shown in Fig. 1.
- a first section 31 located on a transverse edge of the label construction extends, the lower cover sheet layer 27 is over its entire Width firmly glued to the top sheet 13.
- Sections 33, 35, 37 is the lower cover sheet layer 27 detachable, but not adhered to the top sheet.
- the section 33 extends opposite from the section 31 almost on the other transverse edge of the label construction across their entire width. Sections 35 and 37 are on the upper longitudinal edge of the top sheet 13 is arranged. You point each have a significantly smaller area than section 33 on.
- the lower cover sheet layer 27 has a cutout 39, in which another label 41 is arranged. It is in Fig. 1 shown in a partially detached state.
- a Pressure sensitive adhesive 43 is the label 41 on the underside of the attached top cover sheet 29.
- the advantage of the illustrated embodiment is particularly great in that a relatively large label in the cover sheet and other smaller labels side by side in the base sheet are arranged so that a good use of space very flat, clear, easy to manufacture and easy to handle Order results.
- the bottom sheet 11 expediently has at least in the region the cutouts 19, 21 of the top sheet 13 a detachment of the Labels 15, 17 facilitating smooth surface.
- the upper cover sheet layer 29 on the underside at least in the area the section 39 of the lower cover sheet layer 27 a Peeling off the label 41 facilitating a smooth surface.
- the top sheet is 13 in the areas outside the cutouts 19, 21 with the same Pressure sensitive adhesive such as labels 15, 17 on the bottom sheet 11 glued.
- the lower cover sheet layer 27 is in the Area outside of cutout 39 with the same pressure sensitive adhesive like the label 41 on the upper cover sheet layer 29 glued on. This simplifies production. Furthermore, also the same pressure sensitive adhesive for all the bonds mentioned here be used.
- the labels 15, 17 are sections of the top sheet 13 which run along lines of weakness, e.g. B. the perforation line of weakness shown on the label 15 45, in one piece with the top sheet 13 are connected, and that also the label 41 is a section the lower cover sheet layer 27, which is along a line of weakness, e.g. B. the perforation line of weakness shown 47, integrally connected to the lower cover sheet layer is. It is then sufficient, for example, in each case during production a stamping step on the base sheet and the cover sheet to make the To produce labels.
- the basic sheet 3 and the cover sheet 5 can be provided with information, e.g. B. inscriptions 49, 51, and the labels, e.g. B. 17, carry information such. B. 53.
