Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines farbigen Formteiles aus einem thermoplastischen Material mit einem metallischen Endaussehen, bei dem das Formteil aus einem farbigen thermoplastischen Material spritzgegossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das farbige gegossene Formteil ein Schutzlack aufgetragen wird, der Perlmuttkörnchen eingebaut hat, die dem Formteil das gewünschte metallische Endaussehen verleihen.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schutzlack verwendet wird, der ungefähr 2 Massenprozent Perlmuttkörnchen mit einem Durchmesser ungefähr zwischen 50 und 150 µm enthält.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein perlmuttartiger Schutzlack auf der Basis von Polyurethan verwendet wird.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gießen des farbigen Formteils mit Polypropylen durchgeführt wird, das 20% Füllstoff aus gefärbtem Talg enthält.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verwendete gefärbte Talgfüllstoff folgendes umfaßt:etwa zwischen 0,25 und 0,35% an weißen Pigmenten 6,etwa zwischen 0,02 und 0,05% an blauen Pigmenten 29,etwa zwischen 0,4 und 0,9% an gelben Pigmenten 53, undetwa zwischen 0,01 und 0,06% an schwarzen Pigmenten 7.
- Farbiges Formteil, das durch Spritzgießen aus einem gefärbten thermoplastischen Material hergestellt ist, mit einem metallischen Endaussehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es von einem Schutzlack bedeckt ist, der Perlmuttkörnchen eingebaut hat, die dem Formteil das gewünschte metallische Endaussehen verleihen.
- Farbiges Formteil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mittels Polypropylen hergestellt ist, das mit gefärbtem Talg gefüllt ist.
- Farbiges Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schutzlack, der die äußere Bedeckung des Formteils bildet, ungefähr 2 Massenprozent Perlmuttkörnchen mit einem Durchmesser zwischen ungefähr 50 und 150 µm umfaßt.
- Farbiges Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schutzlack, der die äußere Bedeckung des Formteils bildet, auf einer Polyurethanbasis ist.
- Farbiges Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die Zierkappe eines Automobilfahrzeugrades bildet.
