Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de couleur en matière thermoplastique, présentant un aspect de finition métalliseé, selon lequel on moule ladite pièce par injection d'une matière thermoplastique colorée, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique sur ladite pièce moulée colorée, un vernis de protection qui intègre des paillettes de nacre conférant à ladite pièce l'aspect de finition métallisée souhaité.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un vernis de protection comprenant environ 2 % en masse de paillettes de nacre d'un diamètre compris environ entre 50 et 150 µm.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un vernis de protection pailleté à base de polyuréthane.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une des revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moulage de la pièce de couleur est réalisé avec du polypropylène comprenant une charge de 20 % de talc teinté.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la charge de talc teinté utilisée comprend :environ entre 0,25 et 0,35 % de pigments blanc 6,environ entre 0,02 et 0,05 % de pigments bleu 29,environ entre 0,4 et 0,9 % de pigments jaune 53, etenviron entre 0,01 et 0,06 % de pigments noir 7.
- Pièce de couleur réalisée par injection d'une matière thermoplastique colorée, présentant un aspect de finition métalliseé, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est revêtue d'un vernis de protection qui intègre des paillettes de nacre conférant à ladite pièce l'aspect de finition métallisée souhaité.
- Pièce de couleur selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée à l'aide de polypropylène chargé en talc teinté.
- Pièce de couleur selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le vernis de protection constituant le revêtement externe de ladite pièce, comprend environ 2 % en masse de paillettes de nacre d'un diamètre compris environ entre 50 et 150 µm.
- Pièce de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le vernis de protection constituant le revêtement externe de ladite pièce est à base de polyuréthane.
- Pièce de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle constitue un enjoliveur d'une roue de véhicule automobile.
