Claims (3)
- Machine de suremballage de bagages (4) d'usagers d'un mode de transport quelconque et en particulier aérien, comprenant successivement, d'amont en aval, un poste (1) d'arrivée des bagages comportant un transporteur amont d'entrée (6) sur lequel sont placés à plat les bagages (4) à emballer, et un appareil de contrôle de sécurité (19,21) disposé de manière à permettre d'effectuer un contrôle visuel de l'intérieur de chaque bagage (4) posé à plat sur le transporteur amont (6), un poste (2) de formation d'une enveloppe protectrice tubulaire, en matière thermoplastique rétractable, autour de chaque bagage, comportant un transporteur intermédiaire d'enveloppement (7), et un four tunnel de rétraction (3) à travers lequel s'étend un transporteur aval (8), les transporteurs sans fin (6,7,8) s'étendant horizontalement et étant alignés et entraínés dans le même sens, de manière à obtenir à la sortie du four (3), à la suite de la rétraction de la matière plastique, des bagages totalement suremballés, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un carter commun (9) isolant de l'extérieur tous les éléments constitutifs de la machine de suremballage et de l'appareil de contrôle de sécurité (19,21) et des moyens d'éjection qui permettent, lorsqu'un bagage (4) est signalé comme suspect par l'appareil de contrôle de sécurité (19,21), de stopper la progression dudit bagage (4) à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (9) et d'assurer son éjection immédiatement après la détection et avant que le bagage (4) soit admis au poste (2) de formation de l'enveloppe protectrice.
- Machine suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'éjection sont constitués de moyens inverseurs qui, de façon manuelle ou automatique, inversent le sens de déplacement d'au moins le transporteur amont (6).
- Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que le carter commun (9) comporte une paroi frontale amont (11) derrière laquelle est placé l'appareil de contrôle de sécurité (19,21) et cette paroi frontale amont (11) présente une ouverture (13) pour l'entrée des bagages (4) sur le transporteur amont (6), cette ouverture étant obturée par un rideau flexible.
