Description
Claims (13)
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät mit einer Kurbel, Kurbelarmen, die mit dem Fuß- oder Armpaar einer trainierenden Person verbindbar sind, und ferner umfassend einen Elektromotor, der mit der Kurbel getrieblich verbunden ist, eine Leistungs-Elektronik zur Bestromung des Motors, welche es ermöglicht, diesen zum Antreiben und zum Bremsen der Kurbel zu verwenden, eine Einrichtung zur Drehzahlregelung, eine Einrichtung zur Drehmomentbegrenzung, eine Programmsteuereinrichtung, die es ermöglicht, ein Trainingsprogramm vorzugeben und ablaufen zu lassen, einen Rechner, der die Drehzahl und das Drehmoment als momentane Ist-Kenngrößen der Kurbelbewegung in einer digitalen und somit frei verwertbaren Form erfasst, so dass diese Ist-Kenngrößen zur digitalen Regelung und Steuerung der Kurbelbewegung zur Verfügung stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Trainingsprogramm eine Mischform von passiver und aktiver Gymnastik innerhalb einer Kreisbewegung erlaubt, wobei durch die Einrichtung zur Drehmomentbegrenzung Grenzwerte des Antriebsmoments einerseits und des Bremsmoments andererseits getrennt voneinander einstellbar sind, die für den Antriebs- und Bremsfall entsprechend wirken.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner bei einem passiven Training zum Zweck der Erkennung eines Spasmus den oberen Grenzwert des Antriebdrehmoments im Rahmen eines nach Sicherheitsgesichtspunkten festgelegten Maximalgrenzwerts der oberen Umhüllenden des Antriebsdrehmoments selbsttätig so nachführt, dass der obere Grenzwert stets um einen bestimmten Prozentsatz größer als die Umhüllende ist.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner bei einem passiven Training zum Zweck der Erkennung eines Spasmus die Anstiegsgeschwindigkeit des Antriebsdrehmoments errechnet und auswertet.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner (8) die Solldrehzahl in einer Abhängigkeit vom Antriebsdrehmoment selbsttätig bestimmt.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erfassung der Winkelposition, der Drehrichtung und der Drehgeschwindigkeit der Kurbel ein am Kurbelantrieb angekoppelter Inkrementalgeber (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner (8) ein Bewegungsprogramm in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit oder von den verfügbaren Kenngrößen ablaufen lassen kann.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es jedes gewünschte Bewegungsmuster in Abhängigkeit von der Winkelposition der Kurbel ausführen kann.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Erkennen eines Spasmus die Kurbel beginnend mit einer Gegenbewegung in eine sanft hin und her gehende Schwenkbewegung mit zunehmendem Winkelausschlag versetzt wird, die schließlich wieder in eine Umlaufbewegung in einer Richtung übergeht.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner (8) die digital zur Verfügung stehenden Ist-Kenngrößen der Kurbelbewegung auswertet, um daraus Rückschlüsse auf den Zustand des Patienten zu ziehen, diesen Zustand durch signifikante Kennwerte anzuzeigen oder auf den Trainingsablauf entsprechend einzuwirken.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lernspeicher für die Kenngrößen der Kurbelbewegung vorgesehen ist, der durch einen Eingabemode aktiviert werden kann und dann einen am Gerät ausgeführten Bewegungsablauf speichert, den das Gerät wiederholen kann.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für ein Muskelstimulationsgerät vorgesehen ist, wobei die Parameter der Stimulationskanäle in Abhängigkeit von den Ist-Kenngrößen der Kurbelbewegung bestimmt werden und wobei die durch Stimulation unterstützten Bewegungen des Patienten durch selbsttätiges Bremsen und/oder Antreiben der Kurbel einer gleichförmigen Drehbewegung angenähert werden.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Vorkehrungen getroffen sind, um bei Auftreten eines Spasmus weitere Stimulationsimpulse zu unterbinden.
- Bewegungstrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anordnung zur selbsttätigen Optimierung der Stimulationsparameter vorgesehen ist.
