Claims (9)
- Transportbehältersystem, kastenartige Behälter mit Boden (5) und vier Seitenwänden (1-4) umfassend, insbesondere geeignet für den Einsatz in Zustelldiensten, wobei kombinierbare Behälterelemente unterschiedlicher Größe vorgesehen sind, deren Länge und Breite einem derart abgestimmten Raster entspricht, daß Behälter vorzugsweise paßgerecht aufeinandersetzbar, stapelbar und/oder ineinanderstapelbar sind, und bei dem ein Teil der vorzugsweise drei Behälter gleiche Breite und Länge aufweisen, während die Breite eines anderen Teils der Behälter der Länge des ersten Teiles und die Länge einem Vielfachen der Breite des ersten Teiles der Behälter entspricht und wobei auf zumindest zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Außenseiten der Behälter jeweils miteinander kompatible Führungsorgane vorgesehen sind, die bei der Stapelung gleich ausgerichteter Behälter aufeinandersitzen und bei um eine Vertikalachse verdrehter Stapelung von Behältern zentrierend ineinandergreifen und die aus einer lastabtragenden Aufstandsleiste (9) am oberen Rand der jeweiligen Seite und zumindest einem vertikalen Steg (7,8) bestehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Transportbehältersystem weiterhin aufsetzbare Deckel umfaßt, wobei zum Verschluß der Behälter gleicher Länge und Breite ein einheitlicher Deckel (31) vorgesehen ist, der eine ausschließliche Verschlußposition bezüglich der Behälter hat;ein Teil der vorzugsweise drei Behälter gleiche Breite und Länge jedoch unterschiedliche Tiefe aufweisen;daß die Seitenwände der Behälter zur Verbesserung der Zentrierung zumindest in Teilbereichen schräg nach innen geneigt verlaufen; unddaß die als Führungsorgane dienenden vertikalen Stege (7, 8) zweiteilig, mit einem oberen, hohlprofilartig zur Behälterinnenseite offenen und die Aufstandsleiste (9) durchbrechenden Teil (7a, 8a) und mit einem dünnen, massiven unteren Teil (7b, 8b) ausgebildet sind, wobei der Hohlprofilquerschnitt (11, 12) der oberen Stegteile (7a, 8a) im Bereich der Aufstandsleiste (9) auf einer Behälterseite zur Symmetrielinie (10) der Behälterseite und auf der gegenüberliegenden Behälterseite von der Symmetrielinie weg verringert ist und wobei die dünnen massiven unteren Stegteile (7b, 8b) jeweils auf der der Querschnittsverringerung der oberen Stegteile (7a, 8a) gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet sind. - Transportbehältersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünnen, massiven unteren Stegteile (7b, 8b) bei der Stapelung gleich ausgerichteter Behälter auf der Aufstandsleiste (9) aufstehen und bei der Stapelung um eine vertikale Achse verdrehter Behälter in die querschnittsverringernden Durchbrüche (11) der oberen Stegteile (7a, 7b) durch die Aufstandsleiste (9) eintauchen.
- Transportbehältersytem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf zumindest einer der Behälterseiten ein Kartenhalter (17) vorgesehen ist, der aus Führungsschienen (18, 19) besteht, die zur Einsteckseite hin auseinanderlaufen, sowie aus zumindest einer der Einschubseite hin abgeschrägten Spannleiste (23).
- Transportbehältersytem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kartenhalter unterhalb einer Grifföffnung (24) angeordnet ist und sich durch eine Ausnehmung (43) in einer der die Grifföffnung seitlich begrenzenden Stege (7, 8) erstreckt.
- Transporbehältersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälterwände ohne Führungsorgane frei von behälterversteifenden Elementen sind.
- Transporbehältersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (31) mit einem seine Sichtseite umgebenden Rand (37) versehen ist, wobei die vom Rand (37) eingegrenzte Fläche der Bodenfläche der zu verschließenden Behälterelemente entspricht.
- Transportbehältersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnt, daß der Deckel (31) auf einer Seite mit Einrichtungen (33) zum Eingriff in oder unter eine lastabtragende Leiste (9) am Behälterrand vorgesehen ist, wobei auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Deckels (31) ein federndes Rastelement (34) vorgesehen ist, das in eine Aufnahme (36) in der Leiste (9) der entsprechenden anderen Behälterseite eingreift.
- Transportbehältersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß sich eine Verlängerung des federnden Rastelementes (34) durch eine Öffnung (42) im Deckel (31) nach oben über diesen hinaus erstreckt und mit einer Fingerdruckfläche versehen ist.
- Transportbehältersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundelemente und der Deckel (31) mit ihren jeweiligen Einrichtungen aus Kunststoff bestehen und einstückig ausgeführt sind.
