Description
The invention relates to a spray gun cleaner bottle according to the preamble of claim 1.
Polyurethane foaming agents are often used in pressure cans delivered to be connected to a connector equipped spray guns suitable are. The to the spray gun via a screw or bayonet connection connected pressure can then when the pistol trigger is actuated via the pistol mouth emptied and the foam to the intended Place to be fed. One inside the gun arranged valve mechanism takes over the role of the can valve and allows an accurate quantitative and temporal dosing of the foaming agent. Such spray guns are, for example known from DE-U 87 04 657 and DE-A 38 15 327.0.
US-A-1 816 555).The usual polyurethane foaming agents have the property after exiting the pressure can under the influence of air humidity or one separately added second component under networking harden more or less quickly. The hardened Plastic causes the spray gun, if at all, only with considerable effort can be cleaned. Especially the complicated one Trigger and valve mechanism is for residue-related Susceptible to interference. For this reason it is imperative that after completing the Spraying the spray gun with one on the Foaming agent to clean matched solvents. Such cleaning agents are known and are usually shipped in pressurized cans, accordingly the pressure cans in which the foaming agent supplied, screwed onto the spray gun and can be actuated via the trigger mechanism (cf. US-A-1 816 555).
Such cleaning bottles have the disadvantage that they are very expensive to manufacture Pressure cans must meet the requirements must be connected absolutely tight when in use, what with a dirty connector mechanism is not always possible, and, based on those in it amount of detergent contained, quite a lot to be removed Waste.
The aim of the invention is therefore a cleaner bottle to create the disadvantages mentioned above avoids, especially easy to fill, too transport, to a spray gun with conventional Connect mechanism and reusable is.
This object is achieved with a spray gun cleaner bottle according to claim 1.
With the detergent bottle designed according to the invention the above objectives are achieved. The Bottle is no longer designed as a pressure bottle, but becomes a after placing on the connector Spray gun by simply pressing with the Hand operated. The connection to the spray gun is made about the connecting element, the dimensional to the connector of a conventional spray gun is adapted, with one or more sealing lips therefor ensure that the detergent through the intended entry opening into the interior of the Spray gun arrives. By adapting the connection element the dimensions of the detergent bottle the connecting part of the spray gun is ensured that all the parts of the spray gun that come with come into contact with the foaming agent, including cleaning agents can be wetted and rinsed.
Dimensional adjustment means that the connector the detergent bottle essentially the Shape and dimensions of the valve stem of a common one Has a pressure cell for polyurethane foaming agents.
To ensure an adequate seal between the detergent bottle and spray gun to achieve several sealing lips, for example three or four, provided in parallel. This Sealing lips are preferably located on the bottle opposite end of the connecting element and have - in Longitudinal section - a sawtooth-like structure. It understands themselves that at least the sealing lips, preferably the entire material of the closure body, about has a certain elasticity, which is quite low can be as the elasticity of the flexible Plastic material of the clean bottle, but sufficient must also have the desired sealing effect bring about vigorous actuation of the bottle.
To improve the sealing effect and in particular also to promote the seat of the connector in It is advisable to connect the spray gun to the Closure body with a step-like design Equip a head start that is in the area of approach of the connecting element is located. This lead lies on with the cleaning bottle attached the hollow cylindrical valve seat of the Connection part of the spray gun. The lead is expedient in the direction of the connecting element trained increasing.
The closure body, the cleaner bottle according to the invention is conveniently towards the bottle as a screw cap trained so that he can refill the bottle can be removed. To a factory made with cleaning fluid filled detergent bottle can be stored to keep and not expose the contents to evaporation, it is also expedient to use the outlet opening with an extruded and cutable Cap. It is also expedient on the closure body via a flexible connection Cover hood to provide for opened To be able to close detergent bottles.
To cleanly cut the above mentioned to allow extruded cap and in particular excessive or insufficient cutting of the outlet channel to avoid the cap by a Groove against the connection element, which as Starting point for the cut can serve.
Preferred bottle sizes for the inventive Detergent bottles are those with 250 and 500 ml content. With such sizes, an optimal hand can Pressing pressure can be exerted.
