Blasgeformte Flaschen haben ein weites Anwendungsgebiet gefunden. Sie bestehen in der Regel aus einem Kunststoff, z.B. Polyethylen, der bei der Entsorgung keine Probleme bietet. Die bekannten Kunststoffflaschen werden teilweise mit integriertem Ausguss und teilweise mit eingesetztem Ausguss produziert. Ein eingesetzter Ausguss wird in der Regel dann verwendet, wenn besondere Anforderungen bezüglich des Ausgiessens der Flüssigkeit bestehen. So kann beispielsweise gefordert werden, dass während des Ausgiessens kontinuierlich Luft in die Flasche eindringen kann, so dass die Flüssigkeit ohne Glucksen ruhig ausfliesst, so dass gut dosiert werden kann. Des weiteren kann gefordert werden, dass um den Ausguss herum ein Ringraum besteht, in den nach dem Ausgiessen am Ausguss herunterrinnende Flüssigkeit abfliessen und durch eine Oeffnung in die Flasche zurückfliessen kann, ohne das Gewinde für den Flaschenverschluss zu beschmutzen.Blow molded bottles have found a wide range of applications. Eine Flasche mit eingesetztem Ausguss hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass zur Herstellung des Ausgusses zusätzlich ein teures Spritzwerkzeug notwendig ist. Des weiteren bedingt ein eingesetzter Ausguss eine hohe Passgenauigkeit. Es ist aber nicht leicht, enge Toleranzen für den Flaschenhalsinnendurchmesser zu erreichen, weil beim Blasformen leicht Abweichungen in der Wandstärke auftreten können. Ist jedoch der Innendurchmesser des Flaschenhalses zu gross, so besteht die Gefahr, dass der Ausguss beim Gebrauch der Flasche herausfällt, was sehr unangenehme Folgen und Gefahren nach sich ziehen kann. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist ferner, dass nach dem Blasformen der Flasche noch eine Montageoperation zum Einsetzen des Ausgusses notwendig ist. Hier können gegebenenfalls noch Fehler entstehen, indem beispielsweise bei einer Griffflasche der Ausguss mit dem Luftloch vom Griff entfernt eingesetzt wird. Nach einer solchen fehlerhaften Montage kann beim Ausgiessen von Flüssigkeit keine Luft in die Flasche eindringen, so dass das bekannte Glucksen entsteht, die Flüssigkeit unregelmässig durch den Ausguss ausfliesst und zudem noch weitere Flüssigkeit aus dem Luftloch strömt und Verschlussgewinde und Flasche beschmutzt. Da ferner der eingesetzte Ausguss aus einem anderen Kunststoff besteht als die Flasche, wird ein Recycling verunmöglicht oder mindestens erschwert.A bottle with an inserted spout, however, has the disadvantage that an expensive injection mold is also required to produce the spout. Dadurch aber, dass gemäss dem beschriebenen Verfahren beim Blasformen ein Zwischenstück zwischen dem Hals und dem Ausguss ausgebildet wird, wird der Flasche die gewünschte Form mit einem Ringraum dadurch gegeben, dass nach dem Blasformen der Ausguss in den Hals gestossen wird. Mit dem beschriebenen Verfahren wird somit eine einstückige Flasche hergestellt, welche Eigenschaften besitzt, die bisher nur mit einer blasgeformten Flasche mit eingesetztem Ausguss erzielt werden konnten. Da aber die ganze Flasche aus ein und demselben Material besteht, ist ein Recycling des Materials möglich. Wenn der Inhalt der Flasche praktisch aufgebraucht ist und sich in der Flasche nur noch Restflüssigkeit befindet, kann der Verschlussdeckel 29 als Werkzeug zum Herausziehen des Ausgusses 21 verwendet werden. Er wird zu diesem Zweck mit etwas Kraftaufwand mit dem konusförmigen Zapfen 37 in den Ausguss 21 gesteckt, wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist.
