Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1; 24) zum Auftragen und zur Aufbewahrung eines flüssigen oder pastösen Produkts, wie beispielsweise eines kosmetischen Produkts, umfassend einen Behälter (2; 2'), der geeignet ist, das Produkt zu enthalten, und der geeignet ist, um unter Druck gesetzt zu werden, um das Produkt auszugeben bzw. zu verteilen, sowie eine Auftragevorrichtung (3; 3') in Gestalt eines Doms, um das Produkt auf eine große Oberfläche aufzutragen, wie beispielsweise auf die Haut, welche innenseitig mit dem Behälter kommuniziert und mit Austrittsöffnungen für das Produkt zur Ausgabe bzw. Verteilung versehen ist, wobei die Abgabe des Produkts durch diese Öffnungen hindurch durch das unter Druck Setzen des Produkts stromaufwärts von Letzteren bewirkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragevorrichtung in Form eines Doms eine Innenwand (7; 7') aus einem steifen oder semisteifen Kunststoffmaterial umfaßt, die an dem Behälter befestigt ist und von den Speisungsöffnungen (10; 10') durchstoßen wird, eine Außenmembran (8; 8'), die von der Innenwand getragen wird und die Ausgabe- bzw. Verteilungsöffnungen (11; 11') darbietet, die mit den Speisungsöffnungen ausgerichtet sind, die jedoch einen Kleineren Abschnitt zum Durchtritt des Produkts darbietet, daß die Auftragevorrichtung außerdem innenseitig Verschlußspitzen (12; 12') der genannten Ausgabe- bzw. Verteilungsöffnungen umfaßt, die mit Spiel auf der Innenseite der Speisungsöffnungen so angeordnet sind, um bei Nichtvorliegen eines unter Druck Setzens des Produkts zum Zwecke seiner Ausgabe bzw. Verteilung die Ausgabe- bzw. Verteilungsöffnungen zu verschließen, wobei die Membran außerdem die Verschlußspitzen elastisch unter dem Einfluß des Ausgabedrucks des Produkts auseinanderspreizen Kann, um den Austritt des Produkts aus der Auftragevortichtung zuzulassen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußspitzen (12; 12') von einer Haltestruktur (14; 14') getragen werden, die durch Formung bzw. Formguß mit der Innenwand (7; 7') ausgebildet wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltestruktur (14; 14') mit der Innenwand (7; 7') über einen Scharnierfilm (16, 16') verbunden ist, und daß die Verschlußspitzen (12; 12') in der Auftragevorrichtung durch Drehen bzw. Klappen der Haltestruktur (14; 14') um die Gelenkachse des Scharnierfilms nach Abschluß der Formung angeordnet werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltestruktur (14; 14') und die Innenwand sich entsprechen, um sich durch Einrasten zum Ende der Drehbewegung der Haltestruktur zusammenzufügen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußspitzen (12) von Haltelaschen (14) getragen werden, die sich sensibel der Form der Innenseite der Innenwand (7) anpassen, und daß die Letzteren Klauenpaare (17) umfassen, die in der Form ausgelegt sind, um durch Zusammenwirken der Form die Haltelaschen nach dem Einrasten der Letzteren in der Innenwand zurückzuhalten.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußspitzen (12') von Haltebögen (14') getragen werden, die sich sensibel der Form der Innenseite der Innenwand (7') anpassen, und daß die Innenräume (27) in diesen letzteren ausgespart sind, um die Einrastzähne (26) aufzunehmen, die am Rand der Bögen (14'), gegenüberliegend dem Scharnierfilm (16'), ausgebildet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußspitzen von einer Haltestruktur getragen werden, die unabhängig von der Innenwand realisiert ist, und zur Befestigung durch Einrasten in der Letztgenannten bestimmt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eine passende Verschlußkappe (4; 4') umfaßt, um die Auftragevorrichtung (3; 3') zu überdecken, und zwar in Gestalt eines Doms, und um die Membran aufrechtzuerhalten, und zwar um die Ausgabe- bzw. Verteilungsöffnungen (11; 11') herum, welche auf die Verschlußspitzen (12; 12') aufgesetzt ist, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Austreten des Produkts zu verhindern.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenmembran (8; 8') mit der Innenwand (7; 7') zur Formung bzw. Formguß durch Bi-Injektion realisiert ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenmembran (8; 8') auf die Innenwand (7; 7') geklebt ist.
