Abstract

In a garbage sorting installation, in particular for a biological waste composting installation in which obnoxious materials contained in the garbage are manually sorted out, the collected materials that give off obnoxious odours and/or pollutants into the ambient air are conveyed on a conveyor belt (1) past manual sorting stations (4) next to which are arranged discharge containers (5) for the obnoxious materials. In order to keep the sorting personnel (16) constantly supplied with clean air, the manual sorting stations (4), the discharge containers (5) and the corresponding section of the conveyor belt (1) are surrounded by a common enclosure (2). At least one large fresh air supply vent (10) is associated with the lower area of each manual sorting station (4), and an outgoing air vent (22) set into a continuous outgoing air hood (12) that extends in a parallel direction above the conveyor belt (1) is associated with the upper area of the manual sorting station (4).

Description

The invention relates to a waste sorting system, especially for a bio-waste composting plant, for manual Sorting out contaminants contained in the waste of the odor and / or pollution in the ambient air delivering groupage on a conveyor belt Manual picking workplaces with drop boxes next to them for the interfering substances.

More and more cities and towns, counties and special-purpose associations go over to this, especially for residents who have no composting facility have to introduce the so-called "organic waste bin". This is essentially for raw and cooked Household food and kitchen waste and green waste provided from home gardens. As practice shows, the Bio waste bin - due to different separation discipline - 0.5% to 12.5% misses, i.e. Interfering substances, dependent on the population density and the social structure of the collection area. Since these contaminants (plastic products, glass bottles, Batteries, metals etc.) often heavy metals such as cadmium and contain lead during the composting process are given to the compost and make marketing more difficult or prevent, it is essential to prevent the contaminants to sort out the composting. Although different automatic separation systems, e.g. Screening plants (Drum sieves, vibrating sieves), magnetic separators, gravity separators, Throwing parabola separators and eddy current separators were used, can with the currently available possibilities hand sorting is not to be avoided consistent compost quality and economical Guarantee recovery.

The inevitable manual sorting is essential for the sorting staff as psycho-mental stress factors, optical impairments, considerable germ contamination and unpleasant smells with related disgust. The one to be sorted In addition to the above-mentioned contaminants, biowaste contains numerous microorganisms that, especially in the case of endanger health. Through an effective Ventilation can be a potential health hazard mitigated by fungi, spores, germs etc. To this So far, you always have to reach the goal in which the conveyor belts for the groupage, the odor and / or Pollutant pollution in the ambient air and thus in the breathing area of the sorting staff, if possible large in size, with windows and a ventilation system Mistake. The relatively large room with windows and ventilation system at best has one Dilution of the smell and pollutants causes, however mostly only to a more or less strong turbulence the fresh with the polluted air.

A waste sorting system is known from EP-A-0 443 314, which is a conveyor system with manual waste Sorting the waste contains. The conveyor system runs through an enclosure that supports the conveyor system and the jobs of the people involved in it. About that In addition, an odor barrier is provided that covers the lounge area of the sorting staff employed at the workplaces separates from the conveyor system. This odor barrier will from an air curtain with fresh air supply and exhaust air extraction educated. To the people working in the housing Providing fresh air is also in the enclosure an air conditioning system, i.e. a second ventilation system. This makes the enclosure in two ventilation areas divided. Another disadvantage is that when sorting out the contaminants contaminated with odors and pollutants into the Dumps still smell and dirt in the people surrounding work area because the discharge chutes in the area in which the people stand. About that In addition, there can be undesirable and significant air turbulence come when, for example, cold outside air comes in the delivery area and warm air through the additional air conditioning in connection with relatively warm compost material in the Conveyor system meet due to the small distance the exhaust hood to the conveyor system cannot be controlled can. This air turbulence will also change affect the area where people work there, so that these are usually not in pure ambient air stop.

The invention has for its object a waste sorting system of the type mentioned at the beginning places where an individually adjustable comfortable Working atmosphere for the sorting staff is created to the Sorting staff constantly with no drafts, with cleaner To supply air.

This object is achieved in that everyone Hand picking workplace in the lower area of the same at least a large fresh air supply outlet assigned is, which can be supplied to each hand picking workplace Fresh air volume through the large fresh air supply outlet upstream regulator can be set separately is.

These measures make draft-free displacement ventilation possible achieved where the fresh air is targeted from bottom to top flows past the sorting staff. Every hand picking workplace is constantly with fresh, draft-free air provided. The enclosure serves to avoid External air and the reduction of the room volume, in order to have a large number of air changes despite small amounts of air ensure in the enclosure. Due to the separate adjustability the sorting staff can regulate the the amount of fresh air individually desired by him Wise determine yourself.

To minimize the influence of false or external air is to hold, according to an advantageous embodiment the invention, the enclosure is largely airtight.

So that the sorting staff does not have an impression of being cramped Space conditions arise after further training the invention, the housing predominantly made of translucent Material.

Furthermore, the housing in the area of the Entry and exit of the conveyor belt each with a belt bulkhead sealing the top of the conveyor belt, which consists of flexible slats. On this way the entry of false air into the interior the housing largely avoided.

To achieve a low air exchange when visiting and the sorting staff leave the manual picking workplaces is after an advantageous development of the Subject of the invention every hand picking workplace one in the door is assigned to the tightly fitting door, by means of a fast-acting automatic from the open can be transferred to the closed position. It is preferred here to further reduce the air exchange between the Outside air and the inside air of the enclosure of each door one Air lock in front.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, everyone is Manual picking station through the side, above the waste bin arranged and with a front notch Provided partitions from the drop boxes. This makes the character of a single cabin pro Manual picking workplace reached within the housing, and also the targeted flow of fresh air to Exhaust hood supported. To avoid visual impairment of the sorting staff, the partition walls are expedient made of a transparent material.

Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the long sides of the Conveyor belt continuous armrests within the enclosure assigned. These armrests make it easier Sorting process for the sorting staff. On the bottom each armrest is suitably a continuous Flexible protection extending to the bottom of the housing attached. This will result in unwanted air movements between the hand picking workplaces and the conveyor belt prevented.

To further increase the avoidance of drafts are according to an advantageous development of the invention the large-area fresh air supply outlets as displacement air outlets trained and to the side or behind the sorting staff arranged in the same leg area.

Every hand picking workplace is expedient with an air exchange rate of 60 to 150 each Loadable hour. So that the supplied fresh air Generate the desired room temperature within the enclosure can, is according to a further embodiment of the invention the supplied to the large fresh air supply outlets Fresh air thermally pretreated as cooling air or heating air.

According to an advantageous development of the invention Pollutant and / or removable from every hand picking work station odor-laden exhaust air volume over a corresponding Exhaust air inlet in the exhaust hood downstream Regulator adjustable separately. This enables if necessary in connection with the regulatory body of the the air flow according to the corresponding fresh air outlet to regulate for the sorting staff.

For cheap illumination of hand picking workplaces is to be obtained according to a further embodiment of the invention which correspond to the width of the conveyor belt designed exhaust hood at its angled downwards Long sides inside with opposite lighting strips Mistake.

It is understood that the above and the Features to be explained below not only in the combination given in each case, but also in others Combinations or alone can be used without to leave the scope of the present invention.

The housing 2 is with an air pollution control system for provide the breathing area of the sorting staff 16. Everyone Hand picking workplace 4 has in the lower area, that is Leg area of the sorting staff 16 on the side two opposite, large-area air diffusers designed as source air outlets Fresh air supply outlets 10, which despite the fresh air lower flow velocities in the range of Blow in manual picking station 4 free of draft. The sorting staff 16 is therefore always from bottom to bottom Fresh air flows around the top, i.e. the sorting staff 16 stands in the area of clean fresh air. Via a central Supply air line 20 and branch lines outgoing therefrom 21, the fresh air is the individual fresh air supply outlets 10 fed. In the branch lines 21 is in each case a regulating member 11 in front of the fresh air supply outlets 10 used to adjust the fresh air flow. The exhaust air inside the enclosure 2 is over one parallel to the conveyor belt 1 in the lowest possible Height above the same arranged exhaust hood 12, however, headroom of the sorting staff 16 ensures is. In the upper area of the exhaust hood 12 are 4 according to the distance between the hand picking workplaces Exhaust air inlets 22 let in via connecting lines 23 are connected to a central exhaust air line 24. In the Connection lines 23 are each a regulating member 13 for determining the amount of exhaust air flowing through. The width of the exhaust hood 12 angled in cross section corresponds to the width of the conveyor belt 1, while the Length of the exhaust hood 12 the length of the inside of the enclosure 2 lying section of the conveyor belt 1 adapted is. On the long sides of the Exhaust hood 12 are continuously opposite on the inside Lights tapes 14 attached. These lights bands 14 consist of individual damp-proof luminaires.
