Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a waste sorting system for a bio-waste composting plant for manual sorting of contaminants contained in the waste, in which the odor and / or release pollutants into the ambient air de Groupage on a conveyor belt on hand picking work places with adjacent drop boxes for the Interfering substances are led past.
More and more cities and towns, counties and special-purpose associations de change to this, especially for residents who do not Have composting facilities, the so-called "organic waste bin" introduce. This is essentially for raw and cooked Household food and kitchen waste and green waste provided from home gardens. As practice shows, the Biowaste bin - due to different separation disks plin - 0.5% to 12.5% misses, d. H. Interfering substances, dependent on the population density and social structure of the Collection area. Since these contaminants (plastic products, Glass bottles, batteries, metals etc.) often heavy metals like Cadmium and lead contained during the composting pro Processes are given to the compost and a marketing complicate or prevent it is inevitable, the sturgeon sort out materials before composting. Although this Various automatic separation systems, such as. B. Screening plants (drum screens, vibrating screens), magnetic separators, Gravity separator, throwing parabola separator and vortex current separators can be used in the current given possibilities not to hand sorting be waived to ensure a constant quality of the compo guaranteeing economic and economic exploitation.
The inevitable manual sorting is essential for sorting personnel as psycho-mental stress factors optical Impairments, considerable germ contamination and smell nuisance associated with disgust. The one to sor In addition to those already called contaminants numerous microorganisms that, spe especially with weakened immune systems that endanger health. Effective ventilation enables possible Health hazards caused by fungi, spores, germs, etc. be changed. So far, one has to achieve this goal always the rooms in which the conveyor belts for the Sam melgut, which indicates the odor and / or pollution the ambient air and thus into the breathing area of the sorting personnel, designed as large as possible, with windows as well as a ventilation system. That behaves Spacious room with windows and ventilation plant has at best a dilution of the Ge odor and pollutants causes, but mostly only to a more or less strong swirling of the fresh with the polluted air.
From US-PS 5 205 417 is a sanitary waste recycling An was known, at the Per sitting on a conveyor belt through a protective hood covering the conveyor belt have to grab. For this purpose, side openings are in the protective hood attached, sometimes on long hand shoes are provided, into which the respective sorting person must intervene in order to sort under the protective hood To be able to reach waste without direct contact. Furthermore, the sorting system is surrounded by an outer hood, the sorting staff only from the toilets Breaks and rest areas, the drinks and dining to separate machines etc. However, the outer hood is sufficient only up to about the belt line of the seated sorting staff. Therefore, the sorters are not completely from the Shielded outside environment.
The invention has for its object a waste sor to create animal facility of the type mentioned at the the sorting staff constantly with no drafts clean air is supplied.
This object is achieved in that the Manual picking workplaces, the waste containers and the ent speaking section of the conveyor belt of a mean seeds, largely sealed airtight are surrounded, each hand picking workplace in the lower area of it at least one large area Fresh air supply outlet and an exhaust air in the upper area inlet in a parallel above the conveyor belt running, continuous exhaust hood is used is arranged.
These measures make draft-free displacement ventilation possible achieved where the fresh air is targeted from bottom to top flows past the sorting staff. Every hand selection As a result, the workplace is constantly supplied with fresh, draft-free air provided. The enclosure serves to avoid External air and the reduction of the room volume, in order to have a large air change despite the lower air volume number in the enclosure.
So that the sorting staff does not have an impression of being cramped Space conditions arise after further training the invention the housing predominantly from translucent material.
Furthermore, the housing in the area is expedient the entry and exit of the conveyor belt in each case with a sealing the top of the conveyor belt Ribbon bulkhead, which consists of flexible slats, verse hen. In this way, the entry of false air in the Interior of the enclosure largely avoided.
To achieve a low air exchange when visiting and leaving the hand picking jobs by the Sor animal staff is after an advantageous training of Subject of the invention every hand picking workplace one in the door is assigned to the tightly fitting door, by means of a fast-acting automatic from the open can be transferred to the closed position. It is preferred here to further reduce the air exchange between the Outside air and the inside air of the enclosure of each door one Air lock in front.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, everyone is Hand picking workplace through the side, above the Ab drop container arranged and with a front end partition walls provided with a latch from the discharge containers divided. This makes the character of a single cabin pro Manual picking workplace reached within the housing, and also the targeted flow of fresh air to Exhaust hood supported. To avoid a visual obstruction change of the sorting staff, the partitions are expedient partially made of a transparent material.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the long sides of the Conveyor belt continuous arm inside the enclosure conditions are assigned. These armrests make it easier Sorting process for the sorting staff. On the bottom each armrest is suitably a continuous Flexible protection extending to the bottom of the housing attached. This will result in unwanted air movements between the hand picking workplaces and the conveyor belt prevented.
To further increase the avoidance of drafts are according to an advantageous development of the invention the large fresh air supply outlets as displacement air outlets designed and on the side or behind the sorting staff arranged in the same leg area. Is preferred The fresh that can be supplied to every hand picking workplace air volume via a large fresh air supply let upstream regulator adjustable separately.
In this way, the sorting staff can individually adjust the desired amount of fresh air in a simple way be voices. Every hand selection is expedient workplace with an air exchange rate of 60 to 150 per Loadable hour. So that the supplied fresh air Generate the desired room temperature within the enclosure can, is according to a further embodiment of the invention the supplied to the large fresh air supply outlets Fresh air as cooling air or heating air thermally reserved delt.
According to an advantageous development of the invention Pollutable substances that can be removed from every hand-picked work station and / or odor-contaminated exhaust air volume over a corresponding The following exhaust air inlet in the exhaust hood Regulator adjustable separately. This enables if necessary in connection with the regulatory body of the corresponding fresh air outlet the air flow indi viduell to regulate for the sorting staff.
For cheap illumination of hand picking workplaces according to a further embodiment, the Er finding the according to the width of the conveyor belt designed exhaust hood at its angled downwards Long sides on the inside with opposite lamp banks provided.

The housing 2 is provided with an air pollution control system for the breathing area of the sorting staff 16 . Each hand picking work station 4 has in the lower area, i.e. in the leg area of the sorting staff 16, two large fresh air supply outlets 10 located opposite one another and designed as source air outlets, which blow the fresh air into the area of the hand picking work station 4 without draft despite low flow speeds. The sorting staff 16 is therefore always completely surrounded by fresh air from bottom to top, ie the sorting staff 16 is in the area of clean fresh air. The fresh air is supplied to the individual fresh air supply outlets 10 via a central supply air line 20 and branch lines 21 extending from the latter. In the branch lines 21 in front of the fresh air supply outlets 10, a regulating member 11 is set for the adjustment of the fresh air flow rate. The exhaust air within the housing 2 is detected via a parallel to the conveyor belt 1 at the lowest possible height above the same arranged exhaust hood 12 , but a headroom of the sorting staff 16 is guaranteed GE. In the upper area of the exhaust hood 12 , according to the distance between the manual picking workplaces, 4 exhaust inlets 22 are let in, which are connected via connecting lines 23 to a central exhaust air line 24 . A regulating member 13 is used in each of the connecting lines 23 for determining the amount of exhaust air flowing through. The width of the angled exhaust hood 12 corresponds to the width of the conveyor belt 1 , while the length of the exhaust hood 12 is the length of the inside of a housing 2 section of the conveyor belt 1 is fitted. On the downwardly angled long sides of the exhaust hood 12 , on the inside continuously lying light strips 14 are attached. These luminaire strips 14 consist of individual damp-proof luminaires.
