Abfall-Sortieranlage, insbesondere für eine B i &ogr; abfall-Kompostieranlage Waste sorting plant, especially for a bio waste composting plant
BeschreibungDescription
The invention relates to a waste sorting system, in particular for a biowaste composting plant, for the manual sorting out of impurities contained in the waste, in which the collected material, which emits odors and/or pollutants into the ambient air, is guided on a conveyor belt past manual sorting workstations with disposal containers for the impurities arranged next to it.
Siebanlagen (Trommel siebe, Rüttelsiebe), Magnetabscheider,More and more towns and communities, districts and special purpose associations are starting to introduce the so-called "organic waste bin", especially for residents who do not have the opportunity to compost. This is mainly intended for raw and cooked food and kitchen waste from households as well as green waste from home gardens. As practice shows, the organic waste bin contains - due to different separation disciplines - 0.5% to 12.5% of discards, i.e. impurities, depending on the population density and the social structure of the collection area. Since these impurities (plastic products, gas bottles, batteries, metals, etc.) often contain heavy metals such as cadmium and lead, which are released into the compost during the composting process and make marketing difficult or impossible, it is essential to sort out the impurities before composting. Although various automatic separation systems are already available, such as screening systems (drum screens, vibrating screens), magnetic separators,
Gravity separators, parabolic separators and eddy current separators were used, with the current options available, manual sorting cannot be dispensed with in order to guarantee consistent compost quality and economic utilization.
The unavoidable manual sorting causes psycho-mental stress factors for the sorting staff in the form of visual impairments, significant germ contamination and unpleasant smells, with the associated feeling of disgust. In addition to the contaminants already mentioned, the organic waste to be sorted contains numerous microorganisms that are a health hazard, especially for those with weakened immune systems. Effective ventilation can reduce potential health hazards from fungi, spores, germs, etc. In order to achieve this goal, the rooms in which the conveyor belts for the collected material, which releases the odors and/or pollutants into the ambient air and thus into the breathing area of the sorting staff, have always been designed as large as possible, with windows and a ventilation system. However, the relatively large room with windows and ventilation system has at best diluted the odors and pollutants; However, this usually only leads to a more or less strong mixing of the fresh air with the polluted air.
The invention is based on the task of creating a waste sorting system of the type mentioned above, in which the sorting personnel are constantly supplied with clean air without any drafts.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the manual picking workstations, the drop containers and the corresponding section of the conveyor belt are surrounded by a common housing, whereby each manual picking workstation
At least one large fresh air supply outlet is assigned to each workstation in the lower area and an exhaust air inlet in the upper area, which is installed in a continuous exhaust air hood running parallel above the conveyor belt.
These measures achieve draft-free displacement ventilation, in which the fresh air flows from bottom to top, past the sorting staff. Each manual picking workstation is thus constantly supplied with fresh, draft-free air. The enclosure serves to prevent the ingress of external air and to reduce the volume of the room, in order to ensure a high air exchange rate in the enclosure despite small air volumes.
In order to keep the influence of false or extraneous air as low as possible, according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the housing itself is largely hermetically sealed.
In order to avoid the impression of cramped conditions for the sorting personnel, according to a further development of the invention the enclosure consists predominantly of opaque material.
Furthermore, the housing in the area of the inlet and outlet of the conveyor belt is expediently provided with a belt partition that seals the top of the conveyor belt and consists of flexible slats. In this way, the entry of false air into the interior of the housing is largely avoided.
Zur Erreichung eines geringen Luftaustausches beim Aufsuchen und Verlassen der Handverlesearbeitsplätze durch das Sortierpersonal ist nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes jedem Handverlesearbeitsplatz eine inIn order to achieve a low air exchange when the sorting personnel enters and leaves the hand-picking workstations, according to an advantageous development of the subject matter of the invention, each hand-picking workstation is provided with a
The enclosure is assigned a tightly sealed door, which can be moved from the open to the closed position using a fast-acting automatic mechanism. Preferably, an air lock is installed in front of each door to further reduce the air exchange between the outside air and the inside air of the enclosure.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, each hand-picking workstation is separated from the waste containers by lateral partition walls arranged above the waste containers and provided with a notch on the front. This creates the character of an individual booth per hand-picking workstation within the enclosure, and also supports the targeted flow of fresh air to the exhaust hood. To avoid obstructing the view of the sorting personnel, the partition walls are expediently made of a transparent material.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that continuous armrests are assigned to the long sides of the conveyor belt within the housing. These armrests make the sorting process easier for the sorting personnel. A flexible protection extending to the bottom of the housing is expediently attached to the underside of each armrest. This prevents unwanted air movements between the manual sorting workstations and the conveyor belt.
To further increase the prevention of drafts, according to an advantageous development of the invention, the large-area fresh air supply outlets are designed as source air outlets and are arranged to the side or behind the sorting personnel in the leg area of the same. Preferably, the amount of fresh air that can be supplied to each hand-picking workstation can be adjusted separately via a regulating device upstream of the large-area fresh air supply outlet.
This allows the sorting staff to easily determine the amount of fresh air they individually require. Each manual sorting workstation can be suitably supplied with an air change rate of 60 to 150 per hour. In order for the supplied fresh air to produce the desired room temperature within the enclosure, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the fresh air supplied to the large-area fresh air supply outlets is thermally pre-treated as cooling air or heating air.
According to an advantageous development of the invention, the amount of exhaust air containing pollutants and/or odors that can be discharged from each manual sorting workstation can be separately adjusted using a regulating device connected downstream of the corresponding exhaust air inlet in the exhaust air hood. This makes it possible, if necessary in conjunction with the regulating device of the corresponding fresh air outlet, to regulate the air flow individually for the sorting personnel.
In order to obtain good lighting of the hand-picking workstations, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the exhaust air hood, which is designed to match the width of the conveyor belt, is provided with opposing light strips on its downwardly angled longitudinal sides on the inside.
It is understood that the features mentioned above and those to be explained below can be used not only in the combination specified in each case, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
The idea underlying the invention is explained in more detail in the following description using an embodiment shown in the drawing.

Für das Sortierpersonal 16 befindet sich oberhalb j.eder Längsseite des Transportbandes 1 eine ArmauflageThe waste 1 sorting system comprises a conveyor belt 1 on which collected material that releases odors and/or pollutants into the ambient air is delivered. In order to sort out impurities such as plastic products, glass bottles, batteries, metals, etc. from this collected material, hand-picking workstations 4 are assigned to the conveyor belt 1, with disposal containers 5 to the side of the hand-picking workstations 4 for collecting the impurities. The hand-picking workstations 4, the disposal containers 5 and the corresponding section of the conveyor belt 1 are surrounded by a common, largely airtight enclosure 2. The walls 3 of the enclosure 2 consist mainly of translucent material. Each hand-picking workstation 4 is accessible via a door 7 designed as a swing door, which is inserted tightly into the enclosure. Each manual sorting workstation 4 is designed like a cabin by means of opposing partition walls 8 arranged above the drop containers 5 with a notch 15 on the front. The partition walls 8 are made of transparent material. There is an armrest for the sorting personnel 16 above each long side of the conveyor belt 1.
In the area of the entry and exit of the conveyor belt 1 into the housing 2, a belt partition 6 made of flexible slats 19 is arranged above the conveyor belt 1, sealing the top of the conveyor belt 1 or the collected goods lying on it.
Die Breite der im Querschnitt abgewinkelten Ablufthaube 12 entspricht der Breite des Transportbandes 1, während dieThe enclosure 2 is equipped with an air purification system for the breathing area of the sorting personnel 16. Each hand-picking workstation 4 has two large fresh air supply outlets 10 on the sides in the lower area, i.e. in the leg area of the sorting personnel 16, which blow fresh air into the area of the hand-picking workstation 4 without any drafts despite low flow speeds. The sorting personnel 16 is therefore always completely surrounded by fresh air from bottom to top, i.e. the sorting personnel 16 is in the area of clean fresh air. The fresh air is supplied to the individual fresh air supply outlets 10 via a central supply air line 20 and branch lines 21 leading from this. A regulating element 11 is inserted into the branch lines 21 in front of the fresh air supply outlets 10 to adjust the amount of fresh air flowing through. The exhaust air within the housing 2 is collected via an exhaust air hood 12 arranged parallel to the conveyor belt 1 at the lowest possible height above it, but ensuring that the sorting personnel 16 have enough headroom. In the upper area of the exhaust air hood 12, 4 exhaust air inlets 22 are inserted according to the distance between the hand-picking workstations, which are connected to a central exhaust air line 24 via connecting lines 23. A regulating element 13 is inserted into the connecting lines 23 to determine the amount of exhaust air flowing through. The width of the exhaust air hood 12, which is angled in cross-section, corresponds to the width of the conveyor belt 1, while the
The length of the exhaust hood 12 is adapted to the length of the section of the conveyor belt 1 located inside the housing 2. On the downwardly angled long sides of the exhaust hood 12, continuously opposite lighting strips 14 are attached on the inside. These lighting strips 14 consist of individual damp room lights.
