Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication en continu d'un fil de trame multifil, avec capacité d'allongement, en filaments de polyester POY, pour tissus de câbles pour pneumatiques, caractérisé en ce que le filament de polyester POY d'un titre initial de 170-260 dtex est entremêlé avec du gaz comprimé et consécutivement rétracté à 230-240°C avec une suralimentation de 40-80 %.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entremêlement est obtenu sous une pression de 0,5-3 bar dans une buse d'entremêlement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rétraction thermique est réalisée à une température de 220-235°C pendant au moins 0,2 s dans un four convectif.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame est post-étiré en continu de 1-5 % à 100-220°C dans une étape complémentaire et intégrante du procédé.
  5. Fil de trame en polyester, fabriqué selon le procédé conforme aux revendications 1-4, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame remplit simultanément les conditions suivantes : la surface du fil de trame est rugueuse et résistante au glissement, la ténacité est supérieure à 7 cN / tex, l'allongement est compris entre 170 % et 270 %, le retrait thermique (à 160°C) est compris entre + 2 % et - 2 %.
  6. Fil de trame selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par un nombre de points d'entremêlement d'au moins 25 points / m.
  7. Fil de trame selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par un allongement résiduel d'au moins 110 % après un traitement thermique à 235°C pendant 2 minutes sans force de tension, et par un allongement du fil de moins de 5 %.
