Abstract

Selon un procédé de production en continu d'un fil de trame multifilament extensible, constitué de filaments de polyester partiellement orientés, pour toile de pneumatique, le filament de polyester partiellement orienté est tourbillonné à un titre initial de 170-260 dtex et immédiatement après soumis à un retrait à une avance de 40-80 % à 230-240 DEG C. Le fil de trame ainsi obtenu présente une surface rugueuse non glissante, une résistance supérieure à 7cN/tex, un alongement supérieur ou égal à 180 % et un taux de retrait thermique (à 160 DEG C) de +2 % à -2 %.
