Abstract

在由聚酯-POY-丝连续制造用于轮胎帘子布的可延伸复丝纬纱的方法中,对初始纤度为170-260dtex的聚酯-POY-丝喷气变形,然后立刻在230-240℃以40-80%的超喂量进行收缩。得到的纬纱的表面粗糙并防滑、断裂强力>7CN/tex,延伸率≥180%,热收缩(160℃)为+2%至-2%。

Description

用聚酯制造轮胎帘子布纬纱的方法
本发明涉及一种用聚酯-POY-丝连续制造用于轮胎帘子布的可延伸复丝纬纱的方法,以及按此方法制成的纬纱。
聚酯-POY(部分取向丝)是指以2800至约4200米/分的速度通过对聚酯熔融纺丝而制成的丝。
我们已知一些具有粗糙防滑表面的并在轮胎制造中能满足高的热和机械负荷的轮胎帘子布纬纱的制造方法。除上胶纬纱的制造方法外我们还知道不上胶聚酯纬纱的制造方法。在已知的方法中是通过与天然纤维进行卷绕或通过加捻聚酯-POY纤维并随后热处理而得到防滑性(EP-A-0223301)。卷绕丝在喷气机上会导致形成不希望有的飞毛。加捻的可延伸纬纱的制造在至少两个加工阶段在技术上是昂贵的,额外的喷气变形给此昂贵的方法又附加上了一个步骤。在现有技术中已提到在卷绕区域进行喷气变形的可能性,但未说明工艺上实施的方法。喷气变形/加捻的结合本身毫无意义,因为为得到纱线紧密度而将较差的方法与较好的方法结合使用会使第一个加工步骤是多余的。逆向实施这两个步骤,即加捻/喷气变形也无多大意义,因为经加捻并因而编织大大紧密的丝束不能进行足够的喷气变形。
若仅进行喷气变形,则通常是在络纱之前,即在所有其它加工步骤结束之后进行。在此情形下,在收缩的POY进行喷气变形时,该过程会得到有许多纤维弧形的不均匀丝,从而妨碍了筒子退绕的完善性。
本发明的任务是,提供一种工艺简单并经济的方法,用以制造用于轮胎帘子布的高延伸性聚酯纬纱。
本发明的另一个任务是,提供在极端的热负荷之后仍保留有高延伸性的纬纱。同时这种纬纱应有很小的热收缩以及尽可能大的单位重量的公制长度。
该任务可由本发明加以解决,即用加压气体对有170-260dtex初始纤度的聚酯-POY-丝进行喷气变形并在其后立即以40-80%的超喂量在230-240℃进行热收缩。
纤度范围在170-260dtex,特别170-210dtex,优选170-190dtex时证明是特别有利的,因为由于机织技术原因,高于260dtex的纤度很不适合轮胎帘子布并且在80%的延伸率时需要太高的应力。帘子布中的丝应尽可能地平,从而在经纱/纬纱的交汇点不会出现不希望有的凸起,而凸起在浸渍处理时会使上胶不均匀。在纤度低于170dtex时拉伸强力太低和可逆性极限(Reversibilittsgrenze)不足。另外证明是合理的是直接在喷气变形之后进行热处理,其中在低于230℃的温度下会使收缩复原不足,高于240℃时对聚合物会造成伤害。同时,40-80%,特别50-70%的超喂量是合理的。
在喷气变形喷嘴中,特别是在封闭的喷气变形喷嘴中在0.5-3巴,特别是1-2巴时进行喷气变形是合理的。在开口的喷气变形喷嘴中,在小的纱线张力(仅仅是退卷张力)和合适的压力下无法一直保证可靠的喷气变形,因为丝会从喷嘴中被吹出。压力低于0.5巴时会使纱线紧密度不足。压力高于3巴时纱线紧密度没有改善,而部分地会对丝造成伤害。
在220-235,特别在230-235℃时,优选在一对流加热器中进行热收缩是合理的,时间至少0.2秒。其优点是,得到一个大于3CN/tex的可塑性极限并保证有足够的粗糙度和防滑性。
经验表明,在下面的热负荷下(正如帘子布在浸渍时承受的负荷一样)收缩的聚酯一POY制成的高延伸性纬纱易于拉长。这会使帘子布不均匀,使进一步加工出现困难。在这样的情况下合理的是,在制造时进一步的、特别是综合加工步骤中直接在热收缩之后在100-200℃,特别是110-170℃时对纬纱后拉伸1-5%并随后进行络纱。
本发明的纬纱同时满足下列条件:其表面粗糙并防滑,断裂强力>7CN/tex,延伸率170-270%,热收缩(160℃)在+2%至-2%范围。
当结头数大于25结头/米时是有利的。小于25结头/米时原纤维绷带不足够致密,从而出现了退绕问题和浸渍污点。
在235℃进行了2分钟的纱线无拉伸强力的热处理之后,纬纱的剩余伸长至少为110%,纱线延伸率小于5%。
本发明借助实施例进一步解释。
实施例1
由以3100米/分熔融纺成的聚酯-POY dtex 170 f72出发,在条筒架和第一个输出辊之间以2巴的压力在封闭的喷气变形喷嘴(2×1.2mm)中进行喷气变形处理,然后立刻以60%的超喂量在230℃进行收缩并随后在室温或160℃进行后拉伸。
在实施例中说明了本发明的丝在收缩后有和无5%后拉伸的情况下的性质。实施例2-4涉及无后拉伸时本发明的制备条件。

本发明的纬纱除了制造方法是单步骤外,其中在一个加工步骤中连续进行喷气变形、收缩和后拉伸,还特别是大大减少了在235℃的附加热处理后的延伸趋势,这样该纬纱就特别适合用于轮胎制造。意外的是,不用加捻或上胶就能达到粗糙度和防滑性的要求。进行加捻后,通过附加的热拉伸,可大大减少不利的延伸。

Claims (7)

1.用聚酯-POY-丝连续制造用于轮胎帘子布的可延伸复丝纬纱的方法,其特征是,用加压气体对初始纤度为dtex 170-260的聚酯-POY-丝进行喷气变形,然后立刻以40-80%的超喂量在230-240℃进行收缩。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是,在0.5-3巴的压力下在喷气变形喷嘴中进行喷气变形。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是,在对流加热器中在220-235℃的温度下进行热收缩至少0.2秒。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是,在一个进一步的综合加工步骤中在100-220℃连续对纬纱进行后拉伸1-5%。
5.聚酯纬纱,根据权利要求1-4的方法制造,其特征是,纬纱同时满足下列条件:纬纱的表面粗糙并防滑,断裂强力>7CN/tex,延伸率为170-270%,热收缩(160℃)在+2%至-2%之间。
6.根据权利要求5的纬纱,其特征是,结头数至少为25结头/米。
7.根据权利要求5的纬纱,其特征是,在235℃进行2分钟的纱线无拉伸强力的热处理之后其剩余伸长至少为110%和纱线延伸率<5%。
