Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에스테르 POY 필라멘트로부터 타이어 직물용 다중필라멘트 신축성 씨실의 연속 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 초기 섬도가 170-260 dtex인 POY 필라멘트를 스월링시킨 후, 즉시 230-240℃에서 40-80 %의 과잉 공급으로 수축시켰다, 얻은 씨실은 울퉁불퉁한 비윤활 표면을 갖고, 인장이 7 N/tex를 초과하고, 신장이 180% 이상이고, 160℃에서 열 수축율이 +2% 내지 -2%였다.

Claims (7)
- 초기 섬도(titre)가 170-260 dtex인 폴리에스테르-POY-필라멘트를 가압 기체를 이용하여 스월링(swirling)시키고, 그 직후 230-240℃에서 40-80%의 과잉 공급으로 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에스테르-POY-필라멘트로부터 타이어의 코드 직물용 다중 필라멘트 신축성 씨실의 연속 생산 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스윌링이 0.5-3바의 압력하에서 스윌링 노즐에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열수축이 220-235℃의 대류 가열기에서 적어도 0.2초 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 집적 단계에서 씨실이 100-220℃에서 1 내지 5% 정도 연속적으로 재연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 씨실의 표면이 울퉁불퉁하고 비윤활 특성을 가지고, 인성이 7 cN/tex 이상이고, 신장도가 170-270%이고, 160℃에서의 열수축이 +2% 내지 -2%인 조건을 동시에 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생산된 폴리에스테르 씨실.
- 제5항에 있어서, 마디 수가 25마디/m 이상인 씨실.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인장력이 없이 235℃에서 2분 동안 열처리 후 잔류 신장도가 110% 이상이고, 실 신장도가 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 씨실.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
