Abstract

Dans un procédé de pré-retordage d'un fil synthétique multifilament, le fil est retordu avec une pression de 0,5 à 3,0 bar avant de pénétrer dans les régions d'étirage, de texturation et/ou de texturation par étirage, de façon à permettre une transformation ultérieure sans problème du fil en un tissu textile sans motif sans autre opération de retordage après les opérations de texturation ou d'étirage.

Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour le pré-entrelacement d'un fil alimenteur en polyester-POY partiellement étiré pour le procédé d'étirage, de texturation et/ou d'étirage et de texturation intégré au moyen d'une buse d'entrelacement à air pour la fabrication d'un fil texturé ou d'un fil plat pour des surfaces textiles, caractérisé en ce que le fil alimenteur en polyester est entrelacé avec une pression d'air de 0.5 à 2.0 bar.
  2. Fil entrelacé à l'air issu d'un polyester-POY caractérisé par un nombre de bouts de fil inférieur à 85 pour 100 000 m de fil et par un nombre maximal de noeuds de 51 par m.
