Description

The invention relates to a construction elevator with a vertically aligned, made of three stiffened together Belts existing, connectable by several Sections formed mast as well as an over a rack guided, between a loading position and an unloading movable carriage.

Such a construction elevator or in particular a mast for such a construction elevator is the subject of the German patent P 38 43 996.4 and European Patent 376 167. This mast has two adjacent corner supports stiffened by struts consisting of two opposite one another polygonal, flat honeycomb elements in Form of discs.

This configuration is completely unsuitable for smaller payloads, since the mast is too labor intensive, much too heavy and too unwieldy. For its assembly two mechanics or one mechanic using an auxiliary crane needed. In addition, the known Mast does not rule out that the carriage in one possibly not yet secured, i.e. with the previous one The mast section retracts the screwed section. This can lead to a risk of falling with a mostly fatal outcome to lead.

In view of this problem, the object of the invention based on the construction elevator of the type mentioned above To design that with a light, labor and material saving Construction ensures increased security is.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the Characteristics of the main claim specified features, wherein with regard to preferred embodiments of the invention Construction elevator referred to the features of the subclaims becomes.

According to the invention, there is only one stiffening Side surface of the mast made of trapezoidal sheets, the parallel edges welded to the straps of the mast are, the rack for guiding the carriage in the plane of the sheets is welded to a belt. At The trapezoidal sheets are at right angles or almost on this mast perpendicular to the carriage guide. The burden of Load handling equipment is removed on one level in the mast. Accordingly, the load handler only needs a boom fork, making it lighter. In the same Dimensions of how the dead weight is reduced increases Payload or with a constant payload, the drive power, which is an essential cost factor, reduced and the mast can be constructed more easily.

The total forces transmitted by the carriage become almost completely from the rack and plane of the sheets added. The third belt, the one with the other two belts welded to the sheet metal each using round iron struts essentially only serves of stabilization or leadership. The mast owns despite a considerably reduced weight, a relative increased load capacity in relation to the relatively low Material requirements. Despite the small cross section this mast anchor spacing which is more familiar to those Masts exceed 50% and more.

The advantage of this new solution is the greater, the more the trapezoidal sheets approach a right-angled triangle. In the case of an isosceles triangle, this would be approx. 1/3 this advantage is given away by redirecting the forces in the mast.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the construction elevator the strap that is welded to the rack as Rectangular section tube formed while the other two Belts consist of tubes with a round cross-section. By the belt with the rack is capable of this training is welded, the particularly high load occurring here to record.

Advantageously, the sheets are essentially provided circular recesses, whereby another Material saving is achieved which the static force absorption due to the reduction in the risk of buckling of the sheets and the wind forces increased.

The sheets are expediently along their peripheral edges bevelled, which increases stability becomes. At the same time, these bevels give the possibility a longer weld seam and thus a more intimate one Connection with the adjacent belts.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention a leading arm is pivotally held on the carriage, which rests against the mast under the pressure of a spring and with a device for interrupting the control current connected is. If the carriage does not approach you secured mast section, the leading arm presses with its free end this from the vertical position, whereby the control current is interrupted and the carriage is stopped immediately. This results in a high level of security that meets the legal requirements.

Advantageously, the leading end is at the free end Armes held a roller or gear leading to one Reduction of friction and a reduction in wear to lead. The arm preferably consists of an essentially centrally mounted rocker arm, one end of which is under the pressure of the spring while the other is the Roller-bearing end in connection with an off switch stands.

It rests on height-adjustable supports 12 which any unevenness in the stand area can be adjusted are. A pair of wheels 14 are held on the stand frame 16 and enables road transport of the construction elevator 10. A load handler surrounded by a protective grille 18 is about a not shown in detail Motor up and down on mast 20, one of the motor driven pinion with a dashed line in FIG. 1 Lines indicated rack 22 combs. In the Fig. 1 and 2 is the load handler 18 in both the lower Loading position and the upper driving position shown.

The mast 20 consists, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, from individual subsections 24, one of which is shown in FIG. 3 is reproduced. The structure of the mast 20 or the sections 24 is to be described in more detail below with reference to FIGS are explained. As can be seen from Fig. 4, a first belt 26 a rectangular or square Cross-section. With this belt 26 is the rack 28 welded. The second and third belts 30 and 32 consist of a tube with a uniform cross section. For receiving or deriving from the load handling device 18 transferred to the rack 28 Forces are between the first and second belts 26 and 30 trapezoidal sheets 34 welded in. The whole force is practically taken up by the plane of the sheets 34. To the third belt 32 is a lattice-shaped connection via round iron bars 36.

From Fig. 3 it is clear that the sheets 34 along their Edges are provided with bevels 38. The folds 38 can each end with the two belts 26 and 30th be welded. The sheets 34 are with circular recesses 40 provided, which leads to a material saving and Lead to weight reduction, the force absorption or Power transmission capabilities by reducing the risk of buckling and increase the wind forces. Virtually the whole Force is absorbed by the plane of the sheets 34.

The mast sections 24 each carry at the upper end of the Belts 26, 30 and 32 diameter-reduced projections 42, in corresponding recesses at the lower end of the next section 24 intervene. For assembly the respective sections 24 are connected to one another via tabs 44 screwed.

Bei einem Einschwenken des Kipphebels 46 betätigt dieser einen Steuerschalter 56, der die Stromzufuhr unterbricht.5 and 6 show, is on the load suspension device 18th a leading arm 46 is provided in the form of a rocker arm. On the frame of the load suspension device 18 is a Cross-section U-shaped tab 48 held a bolt 50 carries as a pivot axis for the rocker arm 46. From the 6 it is clear that the rocker arm 46th is under the pressure of a spring 52 at the lower end. At the opposite end of the rocker arm 46 is a roller 54 arranged under the pressure of the spring 52 in contact with the inside of the mast section 24 stands. When swiveling in the rocker arm 46 actuates a control switch 56, which cuts off the power supply.

If the carriage is on an unsecured mast section 24 approaches, presses the roller 54 under the action the force of the spring 52 the section 24 of the mast 20th from the vertical position. This will make the control switch 56 actuates and interrupts the onward journey. At a lowering of the carriage also leaves the leading one Arm 46 with the roller 54 the section 24 of Mastes 20, whereby the deflection forces are canceled and the mast section 24 resumes its vertical position. This ensures that the load handler 18 do not move into a section 24 of the mast 20 can.
