Claims (15)
- Universalwerkzeug, miteiner zusammensetzbaren, insb. klappbaren, Grundplatte (12), bestehend aus wenigstens zwei verbindbaren Plattenteilen (18,20),einem Schraubstock (16), der ein Tragprofil (30) aufweist, undeiner auf der Grundplatte (12) durch Befestigungsmittel (26) lösbar montierbaren Aufnahme (14) für das Tragprofil (30),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufnahme (14) mit den Befestigungsmitteln (26) auf beiden Plattenteilen (18,20) festgelegt ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Plattenteile (18,20) über ein Scharnier (22) klappbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufnahme (14) auf der dem Scharnier (22) abgewandten Seite der beiden Plattenteile (18,20) festgelegt ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Befestigungsmittel (26) Schrauben sind, unddaß die Schraublöcher auf beiden Plattenteilen (18,20) in einem gleichen Abstand von der Stoßfuge zwischen beiden Plattenteilen (18,20) angeordnet sind. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Werkzeug in einem Koffer (52) transportabel angeordnet ist, und daß eine Werkstückstütze (62) vorgesehen ist, die an dem Koffer (52) montierbar ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Werkstückstütze (62) in montiertem Zustand in etwa die Höhe der unteren Spannbacke (32) des montierten Schraubstocks (16) hat. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Werkstückstütze (62) eine horizontal gelagerte Laufrolle (64) für das Werkstück aufweist. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Werkstückstütze (62) an der Innenseite der Stoßkante zweier Seitenwände des Koffers (52) festlegbar ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schraubstock (16) einen als Aluminiumstrangpreßteil hergestellten Schraubstockkopf (28) aufweist, und daß das Tragprofil als mit dem Schraubstockkopf (28) fest verbundene Rohrhülse (30) ausgebildet ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufnahme (14) als Klemmmuffe ausgebildet ist, die senkrecht auf einer an den Plattenteilen (18,20) befestigbaren Befestigungsplatte (24) angeordnet ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die eine Spannbacke (36) des Schraubstocks (16) gegen die andere (32) über eine Gewindespindel (34) axial beweglich geführt ist,daß das freie Ende der Gewindespindel eine quer zur Achse verlaufende Durchbohrung für eine Kurbel (40) aufweist,daß die Kurbel (40) einen abgewinkelten Kurbelteil (42) aufweist, unddaß die Kurbel (40) in der Durchbohrung drehbar ist. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schraubstock Aufnahmebohrungen (44) für ein Gegenhaltegestänge (48) aufweist. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufnahmebohrungen (44) parallel zur Spannbackenachse ausgerichtet und als Innensechskant mit unterschiedlicher Orientierung ausebildet sind. - Universalwerkzeug nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gegenhaltegestänge (48) einen Adapterstift (50) zur drehbaren Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Werkzeuge und Werkzeugmaschinen aufweist. - Universalwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufnahme (14) mittig über der Stoßfuge der beiden Plattenteile (18,20) festlegbar ist.
