Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ausfachsystem für Wände und Verkleidungen im Bauwesen.
- Zum Ausfachen von Wänden und Verkleidungen üblicherweise verwendete Systeme lassen sich je nach ihrer Verlegungsart in drei Klassen unterscheiden:
- 1. Systeme mit seitlicher Überlappung, wobei jedes Bauteil an einem seitlichen Ende das vorangehende Bauteil überlappt und seiner= seits am anderen seitlichen Ende vom darauffolgenden Bauteil überlappt wird.
- 2. Systeme mit seitlichem Zusammenbau, wobei die Ausfachbauteile seitlich ineinandergefügt sind und dabei vielfach ohne besondere Verbindungsbauteile auskommen.
- 3. Systeme mit stirnseitigem Anbau, wobei die Ausfachbauteile neben= einander verlegt werden und dabei besondere Verbindungsbauteile erforderlich machen, damit deren richtige Verlegung , sowie die Wasserdichtigkeit gewährleistet wird.
- Im Vergleich zu Systemen mit seitlicher Überlappung bzw. mit seitlichem Zusammenbau bieten Systeme mit stirnseitigem Anbau bei= spielsweise folgende Vorteile:
- Die Ausfachbauteile können individuell, ohne Eingriff in benach= barte Ausfachbauteile, montiert und abmontiert werden.
- Verbindungsprofile können Tragfunktionen übernehmen, was hohe Tragfähigkeiten ermöglicht, so dass sich aufwendige und unschöne Unterbauten erübrigen.
- Derzeit verwendete Systeme mit stirseitigem Anbau weisen jedoch einige Nachteile auf.
- Ein wesentlicher Nachteil ist durch die Gefahr gegeben, dass die Ausfachbauteile aus ihren Aufnahmen innerhalb der Verbindungsprofile entweichen. Bei manchen Systemen ist dies darauf zurückzuführen, dass entsprechende Ausfachbauteile keinen seitlichen Anhalt in den Verbindungsbauteilen finden und folglich bei Biegung unter Belastung seitlich entweichen können. Im Falle anderer Systeme verfügen die Ausfachbauteile über keine wirksame stirnseitige Verriegelung und können sich daher, insbesondere bei starkem Unterdruck oder bei von innen wirkender Stossbeanspruchung, lostrennen.
- Ein weiterer Nachteil der zur Zeit verwendeten Systeme mit stirn= seitigem Anbau besteht darin, dass die Befestigung der entsprechenden Verbindungsbauteile an die Unterbauten üblicherweise dann nicht erfolgen kann, wenn sämtliche Ausfachbauteile zunächst endgültig verlegt worden sind, so dass die Montage einen erheblichen Zeit-und Kostenaufwand mit sich bringt.
- Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die aufgezeigten Nachteile bei einem gattungsgemässen Ausfachsystem mit stirnseitigem Anbau zu vermeiden. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Massnahmen gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert.
- In der Zeichnung ist eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Ausführungs= beispiels für das erfindungsgemässe Ausfachsystem gezeigt.
- Mit dem Bezungszeichen 1 ist dieses Ausfachsystem in seiner Gesamtheit bezeichnet.
- Das Ausfachsystem weist Ausfachbauteile 2 auf, an deren Enden Hohlräume 3 derart ausgebildet sind, dass deren Einspannung an oberen wulst= artigen Enden 4 von unteren Verbindungsbauteilen 5 ermöglicht ist.
- Die Form dieser wulsartigen Enden 4 entspricht der Form der Hohlräume 3 der Ausfachbauteile 2 und weist daher eine obere Erweiterung auf, derzufolge die Ausfachbauteile 2 daran einspannbar sind. Auf diese Weise sind die Ausfachbauteile 2 sowohl in seitlicher Richtung, als auch - wenngleich in geringerem Ausmass - in stirnseitiger Richtung festgehalten.
- Die unteren Verbindungsteile 5 sind mit zwei nach innen gerichteten Umkehrungen 6 ausgebildet, welche dazu dienen, die oberen Verbindungs - bauteile 7 daran einzuspannen und hierfür mit zwei Haken 8 versehen sind, die sich beim Anbringen der oberen Verbindungsbauteile 7 elastisch biegen und sodann wiederum ihre ursprüngliche Lage einnehmen und dabei eine Kupplung mit den Umkehrungen 6 der unteren Verbindungsbauteile 5 bewerkstelligen.
- Der gegenseitige Abstand der Umkehrungen 6 soll im Ausführungsbeispiel dazu ausreichen, den Durchgang eventueller Schrauben oder Nieten 13 zu gestatten, welche die Befestigung des Verbindungsbauteils 5 ermöglichen.
- Die oberen äusseren Flügel 9 der oberen Verbindungsbauteile 7 gewährleisten die stirnseitige Verriegelung der Ausfachbauteile 2. Damit die oberen Verbindungsteile 7 und die Ausfachbauteile 2 bündig auf die gleiche Höhe gebracht werden, weisen letztere eine Verminderung ihrer Dicke auf, die der Dicke der Flügel 9 entspricht. Die Flügel 9 und die Ausfachbauteile 2 sind derart aneinandergefügt, dass Wasserdurchsickerungen vermieden werden. Rändelungen 10 sowohl an den Flügeln 9, als auch am dickenverminderten Abschnitt der Ausfachbauteile 2 verbessern die Wasserdichtigkeit. Zum gleichen Zweck nimmt die Dickenverminderung der Ausfachbauteile 2 von aussen nach innen zu, so dass eine zweckdienliche Neigung 11 entsteht.
- Die Breite des Mittelabschnittes der oberen Verbindungsbauteile 7 ist derart bemessen, dass damit der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Ausfachbauteilen 2 ausgefüllt wird. Diese Massnahme erhöht die Standfestigkeit des gesamten Systems und dient einer weiteren Ver= meidung von Wasserdurchsickerungen.
- Das untere Verbindungsbauteil 5 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem zweckmässig wie dargestellt geformten Stahlband.
- Die Umkehrung 6 weist vorzugsweise einen solchen Abstand von der Unterseite des Ausfachbauteils 2 auf, dass damit eine dem Abfluss von gegebenenfalls durchgesickerten Wasser dienende Rinne gebildet werden kann.
- Dadurch dass die Hohlräume 3 und die wulstartigen Enden 4 vorgesehen sind, können die Ausfachbauteile 2 montiert werden, ohne dass das obere Verbindungsbauteil 7 sogleich anzubringen wäre, zumal schon eine an sich standfeste Einheit gebildet wird. Die Anbringung der oberen Verbindungsbauteile 7 kann vielmehr auch erst dann erfolgen, nachdem alle unteren Verbindungsbauteile 5 und alle Ausfachbauteile 2 montiert worden sind.
- Die Ausfachbauteile 2 und die Haken 8 der oberen Verbindungsbauteile 7 sollen offensichtlich aus zur Erfüllung ihrer Aufgabe ausreichend elastischem Werkstoff bestehen.
Claims (8)
- Ausfachsystem für Wände und Verkleidungen im Bauwesen mit stirnseitigem Anbau, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ausfachbauteile (2) an ihren Enden derart augebildet sind, dass sie Hohlräume (3) aufweisen, worin die oberen wulstartigen Enden (4) von unteren Verbindungsbauteilen (5) eingespannt sind, welche ihrerseits derart ausgebildet sind, dass obere Verbindungsbauteile (7) daran schnappend anbringbar sind, und dass die oberen Vorbindungsbauteile (7) mit zur Kupplung mit den unteren Verbindungsbauteilen (5) dienenden Haken (B) versehen sind und dass die unteren Verbindungsbauteile (5) mit nach innen gerichteten Umkehrungen (6) ausgebildet sind, deren gegenseitiger Abstand den Durchgang eventueller Schrauben oder Nieten (13) gestatten, welche die Befestigung des Verbindungsbauteils (5) ermöglichen.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unteren Verbindungsbauteile (5) mit zwei nach innen gerichteten Umkehrungen (6) ausgebildet sind.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass obere Verbindungsbauteile (7) im unteren Abschnitt mit je zwei Haken (8) versehen sind.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass obere äussere Flügel (9) der oberen Verbindungsbauteile (7) an einem dickenverminderten Abschnitt der Ausfachbauteile (2) gelagert sind.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Rändelungen (10) sowohl an den Flügeln (9), als auch am dickenverminderten Abschnitt der Ausfachbauteile (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umkehrung (6) des unteren Verbindungsbauteils (5) einen solchen Abstand von der Unterseite des Ausfachbauteils (2) aufweist, dass damit eine Rinne (12) gebildet ist.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Verbindungsbauteil (5) aus einem profilierten Stahlband besteht.
- Ausfachsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausfachbauteile (2) und die Haken (8) der oberen Verbindungs= bauteile (7) aus ausreichend elastischem Werkstoff bestehen.
