Claims (21)
- Verfahren zur Durchlauf-Bearbeitung von im wesentlichen flächigen oder leistenförmigen Werstücken (1) aus offenporigen Holzwerkstoffen und dergleichen im Kantenbereich (5) mit folgenden Schritten:Bearbeiten des Werkstücks (1)im Kantenbereich durch Fräsen (B) und/oder Schleifen (C);Auftragen (D) einer heißen Vergütungsmasse (3) auf den Kantenbereich (5) undHeißeinspachteln (D) der Vergütungsmasse mit einem oder mehreren Rakelelementen (4), die in Durchlaufrichtung des Werkstücks (1) in einem spitzen Winkel (α) zur Kante (5) des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks (1) angestellt sind und die zuvor aufgetragene heiße Vergütungsmasse beim Durchlauf des Werkstücks (1) gleichmäßig in die Poren des Kantenbereichs eindrücken.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Auftragen (D) und Heißeinspachteln (D) der Vergütungsmasse (3) während des Durchlaufs mehrmals hintereinander erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf das Heißeinspachteln (D) der Vergütungsmasse (3) ein Schleifbearbeitungsschritt (E) folgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zusätzlich eine zweite Vergütungskomponente auf die Vergütungsmasse (3) aufgetragen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bearbeitungsschritt des Fräsens und/oder Schleifens als Profilfräsen (B) und/oder Profilschleifen (C) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als weiterer Bearbeitungsschritt während des Durchlaufes ein Lackauftrag (F) mit anschließendem Trocknen (G) durch ultraviolette Bestrahlung und anschließendem Schleifen (H) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als weiterer Bearbeitungsschritt während des Durchlaufs ein Heißprägen (I) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als weiterer Bearbeitungsschritt während des Durchlaufs ein Beleimen mit einem Beschichtungsmaterial erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vergütungsmasse (3) eine thermoplastische Masse, eine duroplastische Masse oder eine zu einem Duroplasten aushärtende thermoplastische Masse ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einer das jeweilige Werkstück (1) im Durchlauf haltenden Einspannvorrichtung und folgenden, für eine Durchlaufbearbeitung hintereinander angeordneten Bearbeitungsstationen:einer Fräs- und/oder Schleifstation (B, C),einer Auftragsstation (D) für die Vergütungsmasse (3) undeiner Heißspachtelstation (D) mit einem oder mehreren Rakelelementen (4), die in Durchlaufrichtung des Werkstücks in einem spitzen Winkel (α) zur Kante (5) des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks (1) angestellt sind und die zuvor aufgetragene heiße Vergütungsmasse beim Durchlauf des Werkstücks (1) gleichmäßig in die Poren des Kantenbereichs eindrücken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fräs- und/oder Schleifstation als Profilfräs- und/oder Profilschleifstation (B, C) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auftragsstation als Düsen-, Walzen- (2), Transferbandauftragswerk oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Heißspachtelstation aus beheizten Rakelelementen (4) besteht, die um das Kantenprofil (5) des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes (1) herum angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in der Heißspachtelstation mehrere Gruppen aus um das Kantenprofil (5) herum angeordneten Rakelelementen (4) hintereinander geschaltet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anstellwinkel (α) der Rakelelemente (4) in Bezug auf die zu bearbeitende Werkstückkante (5) einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rakelelemente als Spachtelklingen (4) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der Vorrichtung mehrere Auftrags- und Heißspachtelstationen (D) hintereinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der Vorrichtung zumindest der in Durchlaufrichtung letzten Heißspachtelstation (D) eine Schleifstation (E) nachgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der Vorrichtung den Bearbeitungsstationen eine Lackierstation (F) mit anschließender Trocknungsstation (G) mit ultravioletten Strahlern und anschließender Schleifstation (H) nachgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der Vorrichtung den Bearbeitungsstationen eine Heißprägestation (I) nachgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
innerhalb der Vorrichtung den Bearbeitungsstationen eine Verleimstation zur Beschichtung mit einem Beschichtungsmaterial nachgeordnet ist.
