Claims (9)
- Füll-Einrichtung zur dosierten Abgabe von hochviskosen Materialien, umfassendein Füllrohr (3) mit einem Material-Austrittsende (6) im Bereich einer Stirnseite (16),einen am Austrittsende (6) angeordneten, relativ zum Füllrohr (3) um eine gemeinsame Mittel-Längs-Achse (12) drehbaren Schneidkopf (22; 22'; 22''; 22'''),-- an dem ein Schneidmesser (27; 27'; 27''; 27''') in Richtung der Achse (12) und radial und tangential hierzu fest aber lös- und auswechselbar angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Schneidmesser (27; 27'; 27''; 27''') durch einen Draht gebildet ist,welcher in parallel zur Achse (12) verlaufenden Längs-Nuten (26; 26'; 26''; 26''') mit jeweils einem abgewinkelten Radial-Tangential-Halteabschnitt (29) und/oder in radial zur Achse (12) verlaufenden Radial-Nuten (25; 25'; 25''; 25''') am Schneidkopf (22; 22'; 22''; 22''') festgelegt ist.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Schneidmesser (27'; 27''; 27''') abgewinkelte Axial-Halteabschnitte (34; 34''') aufweist, die am Schneidkopf (22'; 22''; 22''') festgelegt sind.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Axial-Halteabschnitte (34) radial zur Achse (12) nach innen gerichtet sind, die in Radial-Bohrungen (35) am Schneidkopf (22'') eingreifen.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Axial-Halteabschnitte (34''') tangential zur Achse (12) gerichtet sind, die in eine Tangentialnut (38) am Schneidkopf (22''') eingreifen.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der das Schneidmesser (27) mittels eines Gewinderinges (30) am Schneidkopf (22) festgelegt ist.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der die Radial-Nuten (25'; 25''') und die Längs-Nuten (26'; 26''') in einem Ringbund (33; 33''') des Drehrohres (18'; 18''') ausgebildet sind.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der eine der Stirnseite (16) des Füllrohres (3) zugeordnete Stirnseite (15) eines Auslaß-Ventils (7) eine Gegenfläche für das Schneidmesser (27; 27'; 27'') bildet.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der an der Stirnseite (16) des Füllrohres (3) ein Gegenmesser (36) angebracht ist.
- Füll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der das Schneidmesser (27; 27'; 27''; 27''') aus einem Federstahl-Draht besteht.
