Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Transportwagen, der zur Aufnahme und zum Transport von Behältern und Geräten zum gewerblichen Reinigen und Desinfizieren von Fußböden und anderen Flächen, als Wertstoffsammler und für andere Aufgaben der gewerblichen Gebäudereinigung geeignet ist, mit einer Grundplatte, die auch Chassis genannt wird, und im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Standholmen. Üblicherweise sind mindestens zwei Standholme vorgesehen.
Bekannte derartige Transportwagen sind als Desinfektions- oder Entsorgungswagen oder als Wertstoffsammler in Gebrauch. Solche Transportwagen werden außerdem bei der gewerblichen Gebäudereinigung zum Mitführen von Eimern für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit und das Schmutzwasser sowie von Wischmops und Müllsäcken und anderen Utensilien als sogenannter Reinigungs- oder Gerätewagen eingesetzt. Der Begriff "Transportwagen" wird in dieser Anmeldung für alle diese und ähnliche Wagen verwandt.
Die bekannten Transportwagen bieten zum Befördern der Reinigungsutensilien mehr oder weniger große Stellflächen an. Sie sind insbesondere zum Abstellen von Eimern, z. B. für Reinigungsmittel und Schmutzwasser, sowie von kleineren Reinigungsgeräten gut geeignet. Die Fläche der Grundplatte reicht jedoch in der Regel nicht aus. Daher werden, wie es zum Beispiel aus der DE-A-39 37 189 bekannt ist, lotrechte Standholme an der Grundplatte montiert, die unter anderem Transportschalen tragen.
Die Befestigung der Standholme an der Grundplatte stellt jedoch ein Problem dar. Im Stand der Technik werden die Standholme mit der Grundplatte verschweißt oder über eine durch die Grundplatte geführte Schraube verbunden, die in eine im Standholmende eingelassene Mutter eingedreht wird.
An der Verbindungsstelle zwischen Standholm und Grundplatte greifen im Gebrauch jedoch so große Hebelkräfte an, daß sie oft einen Bruch am Standholmende zur Folge haben.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem Transportwagen der eingangs genannten Art den oder die Standholme an der Grundplatte auf eine solche Weise zu befestigen, daß die Bruchgefahr deutlich verringert wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung soll außerdem preiswert sein und keine zusätzlichen Nachteile gegenüber dem Stand der Technik haben.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Grundplatte mindestens einen nach unten ragenden und zur Aufnahme der Standholme geeigneten Schaft aufweist, der zusätzlich durch Streben mit der Unterseite der Grundplatte verbunden ist. Der in den Schaft eingesetzte Standholm ist über die Streben fest mit einer relativ großen Fläche der Grundplatte verbunden. Es besteht daher keine Gefahr, daß der Schaft mit dem eingesetzten Standholm ausreißt.
Eine besonders stabile Verbindung zwischen dem Standholm und der Grundplatte wird erreicht, wenn die Streben den Schaft allseitig umgeben.
Die Art und Gestaltung der Streben kann unterschiedlich sein. Für sehr stabile Streben bei einem relativ geringen Materialeinsatz wird insbesondere die Form von flächigen Lamellen vorgeschlagen.
Besondere und eventuell aufwendige Vorkehrungen zur Sicherung der Standholme in den Schäften sind nicht erforderlich, wenn die Öffnung des Schafts paßgenau an den entsprechenden Standholm angepaßt ist.
Als zusätzliche Sicherung ist außerdem eine Spannschraube zum Anpressen des Schafts an den Standholm vorteilhaft, wobei die Spannschraube insbesondere sowohl durch den Schaft als auch durch den Standholm geführt ist. Man erreicht damit eine sowohl reibschlüssige als auch formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Standholm und Grundplatte.
Die Erfindung erfordert keine aufwendige Abänderung des Herstellungsverfahrens für den Transportwagen. Besonders günstig ist es, wenn die Grundplatte als ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes, einstückiges Teil mit eingeformten Schäften und Streben ausgebildet ist. Damit kann die Grundplatte zusammen mit den Schäften in nur einem Arbeitsgang produziert werden. Die Verwendung von Kunststoff hat ferner den Vorteil, daß keine Korrosionsprobleme beim Gebrauch des Transportwagens auftreten.
Die mechanische Stabilität des Transportwagens wird noch weiter erhöht, wenn die Standholme untereinander und mit den anderen Aufbauten der Grundplatte verbunden, insbesondere verschraubt sind.
In der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Beschränkung auf eine bestimmte Art und Größe von Standholmen nicht notwendig, falls die Grundplatte Schäfte unterschiedlicher Größe aufweist, von denen nur einige in Gebrauch sein müssen. Es ist auch ohne weiteres möglich, eine Vielzahl von eng beieinander auf der Grundplatte angeordneter Schäfte unterschiedlichster Größe vorzusehen, ohne daß die Stabilität der Grundplatte beeinträchtigt wird, denn die erfindungsgemäß angeformten Streben gleichen den Verlust an Stabilität durch die Schäfte mehr als aus. Zur Verbesserung der Handhabung sowie des optischen Aussehens werden Abdeckkappen auf den unbenutzten Schäften vorgeschlagen.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen

eine Seitenansicht einer Ausführung eines Transportwagens, bei dem die Erfindung eingesetzt werden kann und
Figur 2
einen vertikalen Teilschnitt durch die Grundplatte des Transportwagens nach Figur 1.
Der Transportwagen nach Figur 1 besteht aus einer stabilen Grundplatte 1 mit Rollen 2, auf der ein Behälter 3 mit Reinigungsmittel steht. Am Behälter 3 ist eine Presse 4 für Wischmops angebracht. An der Grundplatte 1 sind vertikale Standholme 5 befestigt, an denen Transportschalen 6 angeschraubt sind. Die Schalen 6 vergrößern die Transportkapazität des Wagens und können zum Beispiel einen weiteren Eimer 7 aufnehmen.
Die Grundplatte 1 besteht vollständig aus Kunststoff. In die Plattenfläche sind Schäfte 8 eingeformt, von denen einer in Figur 2 dargestellt ist. Die Schäfte 8 sind ringsum von flächigen Lamellen 9 zur Verstärkung der Stabilität umgeben, die den Mantel 10 des Schafts 8 mit der Unterseite der Grundplatte 1 verbinden. Die Öffnung der Schäfte 8 sind paßgenau für den jeweils vorgesehenen Standholm 5 gearbeitet.
Jeder Standholm 5 ist mit seinem unteren Ende in die Öffnung des jeweiligen Schafts 8 eingesteckt. Die Paßgenauigkeit von Standholm 5 und Schaft 8 reicht aus, um einen für den Gebrauch des Transportwagens ausreichend festen Sitz zu gewährleisten. Zusätzlich ist nach Figur 2 eine Verbindungsschraube 11 vorgesehen, die durch den Mantel 10 des Schafts und das in Figur 2 nicht dargestellte Ende des Standholms 5 ragt. In angezogenem Zustand ermöglicht die Schraube 11 eine außerordentlich stabile Verbindung des Standholms 5 mit der Grundplatte 1.
Eine große Vielfalt in der Auswahl der Aufbauten wird durch eine Vielzahl von Schäften mit unterschiedlichem Öffnungsquerschnitt ermöglicht. Dabei werden die nicht benutzten Schäfte durch aufgesetzte Kappen abgedeckt, so daß sie beim Gebrauch des Transportwagens nicht hinderlich sind.

Claims (9)

  1. Transportwagen, der zur Aufnahme und zum Transport von Behältern und Geräten zum gewerblichen Reinigen und Desinfizieren von Fußböden und anderen Flächen, als Wertstoffsammler und für andere Aufgaben der gewerblichen Gebäudereinigung geeignet ist, mit einer Grundplatte (1) und im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Standholmen (5),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Grundplatte (1) mindestens einen nach unten ragenden und zur Aufnahme eines Standholmes (5) geeigneten Schaft (8) aufweist, der zusätzlich durch Streben (9) mit der Unterseite der Grundplatte (1) verbunden ist.
  2. Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Streben (9) den Schaft (8) allseitig umgeben.
  3. Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Streben in Form von flächigen Lamellen (9) ausgebildet sind
  4. Transportwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Öffnung des Schafts (8) paßgenau an den entsprechenden Standholm (5) angepaßt ist.
  5. Transportwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Spannschraube (11) zum Anpressen des Schafts (8) an den Standholm (5), wobei die Spannschraube (11) insbesondere sowohl durch den Schaft (8) als auch durch den Standholm (5) geführt ist.
  6. Transportwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Grundplatte (1) als ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes, einstückiges Teil mit eingeformten Schäften (8) und Streben (9) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Transportwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Standholme (5) untereinander und mit den anderen Aufbauten (6) der Grundplatte (1) verbunden, insbesondere verschraubt sind.
  8. Transportwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Grundplatte (1) Schäfte (8) unterschiedlicher Größe aufweist.
  9. Transportwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    Abdeckkappen auf den unbenutzten Schäften (8).
