Claims (10)

  1. Une machine pour la mise à dimension et à l'équerre de blocs de matériaux tels que verre, pierre et marbre, carreaux de céramiques et similaires, comprenant:
    un châssis fixe (1);
    au moins un dispositif de support de blocs (2) sur lequel au moins un carreau (3) peut être placé;
    au moins une tête motrice (4) supportant au moins une roue rotative de coupe (40, 41) destinée à opérer sur au moins un côté dudit carreau (3); ledit dispositif de support de blocs (2) et ladite tête motrice (4) étant solidaires dudit châssis fixe (1) de manière à leur permettre un mouvement relatif par rapport à celui-ci dans au moins a plan non parallèle à un plan d'appui dudit carreau (3),
    caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de support de blocs (2), pouvant être pivoté et précisément positionné selon au moins un axe selon des angles différents par rapport audit châssis fixe (1), permet de maintenir le carreau fermement, et en ce qu'il comprend deux desdites têtes motrices (4), situées réciproquement opposées l'une à l'autre et supportant des roues de coupe disposées de manière à pouvoir opérer sur deux côtés opposés desdits carreaux (3); lesdites deux têtes motrices (4) étant fixées sur un châssis mobile (10) fixé audit châssis fixe (1) en un axe fixe et étant fixées au châssis mobile (10) au moyen d'accouplements réglables permettant de régler une distance désirée entre les roues de coupe montées sur les têtes motrices (4).
  2. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de support de blocs (2) comprend une surface de support (20) sur laquelle peut être placée une face dudit carreau (3); au-dessus de ladite surface de support (20) opèrent des moyens de blocage (21) qui, lorsqu'ils sont activés, compriment ledit carreau (3) contre la surface de support (20) de manière à ce que celui-ci soit fermement maintenu.
  3. La machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface de support (20) et lesdits moyens de blocage (21) soient conformés pour interagir avec les zones centrales des faces dudit carreau (3).
  4. La machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de support de blocs (2) et lesdits moyens de blocage (21) sont disposés et conformés de manière à accueillir une pile de carreaux (3) sur ladite surface de support (20).
  5. La machine selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux desdits dispositifs de support de blocs (2) disposés dans des positions réciproques opposées sur une plateforme pivotante (5); ladite plateforme pivotante (5) pouvant pivoter au moins de manière à porter chacun des deux dispositifs de support de blocs (2) précisément dans une position précédement occupée par l'un des deux dispositifs de support de blocs (2).
  6. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites têtes motrices (4) sont montées sur un châssis mobile (10) fixé sur ledit châssis fixe (1) en un axe fixe.
  7. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit châssis mobile (10) est fixé audit châssis fixe (1) en un axe perpendiculaire à un axe autour duquel ledit dispositif de support de blocs (2) peut être pivoté.
  8. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les roues de coupe sont constituées de roues de coupe à action frontale (40).
  9. La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les roues de coupe sont constituées de roues de coupe à action périphérique (41).
  10. La machine selon la revendication 1, 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdites roues de coupe (40, 41) montées sur lesdites têtes motrices (4) sont positionnées réciproquement opposées de manière à former deux plans de travail parallèles à l'axe de rotation selon lequel le dispositif de support de blocs (2) peut être angulairement pivoté au moyen d'un dispositif d'indexage (22).
