Description
Claims (7)
- UV-Strahler zur Trocknung oberflächenbeschichteter Substrate (19) miteinem Gehäuse (1), das eine auf das Substrat (19) ausgerichtete Öffnung (7) aufweist,einer innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten Strahlungsquelle (3), wobei an der Öffnung (7) wenigstens ein Luftauslaß (13) vorgesehen ist,
daß der aus dem Luftauslaß (13) austretende Luftstrom die Öffnung überstreicht und einen Luftvorhang bildet. - UV-Strahler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein zusätzlicher Luftauslaß (17) für einen das Substrat (19) aufschlagenden Luftstrom vorgesehen ist.
- UV-Strahler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlungsquelle (3) außer einem abgeschalteten Zustand und einem Betriebszustand noch wenigstens einen Standby-Zustand mit gegenüber dem Betriebszustand reduzierter Strahlungsleistung besitzt.
- UV-Strahler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlungsquelle (3) beim Übergang vom Betriebszustand in den Standby-Zustand nicht erlischt.
- UV-Strahler nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlungsquelle (3) zwei Standby-Zustände mit unterschiedlicher Strahlungsleistung besitzt.
- UV-Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (9) vorgesehen sind, um die Strahlungsquelle (3) in einem Luftstrom zu kühlen.
- Vorrichtung zur Oberflächenbeschichtung von Substraten mit einem UV-Strahler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
