Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Grobzerkleinern keramischer Massen, mittelharter Gesteine oder dergleichen mit zwei in einem Maschinenständer (1) drehbar gelagerten Messerwalzen (3, 4), die von je einem eigenen, reversierbaren Antrieb (2, 2) antreibbar sind und deren Walzenspalt (s) durch translatorische Parallelverschiebung einer Walze (4) zu sich selbst einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine bewegliche Walze (4) bezüglich der anderen feststehenden Walze (3) in eine tiefere Lage verschiebbar ist, daß gleichzeitig und gekoppelt mit dieser Verschiebung eine Öffnung (15) im Maschinenständer (1) freigegeben wird, die zum Auswerfen von nicht zerkleinerbarem Gut (9) dient und auf der dem Walzenspalt (s) abgewandten Seite dieser Walze (4) im Maschinenständer (1) vorgesehen ist,und daß zu diesem Auswerfen die Drehrichtung mindestens einer Walze (4) mindestens einmal reversiert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der beweglichen Walze (4) in Kulissensteinen (42) gelagert sind, welche in parallelen Schlitzen (13) im Maschinenständer (1) geführt mittels Hubelementen (7) in eine Position verschiebbar sind, in der eine die Achsen (A, B) der beiden Walzen (3; 4) enthaltende schiefe Ebene (E-E) mit tieferer Lage der beweglichen Walze (4) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Maschinenständer (1) eine Klappe (8) zum Freigeben und Absperren der Öffnung (15) angeordnet ist, deren Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung mit der Absenk- und Hubbewegung der Hubelemente (7) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung um ein Scharnier (81) am Maschinenständer (1) mittels eines Hebelmechanismus (6) mechanisch mit der Absenk- und Hubbewegung der beweglichen Walze (4) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Hubelementen mechanisch unabhängige Betätigungsmittel für die Klappe (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerwalzen (3,4) durch Walzennuten (51) getrennte, mit Messern (5) besetzte Messerscheiben (31,41) aufweisen.
