Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for extracting suction material by means of a propellant gas operated propellant nozzle, which has a suction hose on the suction side with an end suction tool for extracting the suction material and is connected on the pressure side to an exhaust air pipe leading to an exhaust air and filter system.
- the vacuum cleaner blows off air again, creating air turbulence that can stir up dust.
- a device of the type mentioned can be found in DE-C-37 17 569.
- the suction hose In order to extract suction material via the suction tool or a suction hose connected to it, the suction hose either leads to a blower or to a venturi nozzle, in front of which a compressed air line, which can be shut off by a cock to the required extent, extends to supply propellant gas.
- the present invention is based on the object of designing a device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that problem-free handling is ensured, in particular actuation of the driving nozzle is possible directly by operating the suction tool, without additional handles being required.
- the object is achieved in that means are provided which automatically trigger a function that switches on the driving nozzle when the suction tool is removed from its rest position, and which automatically trigger a function that switches off the driving nozzle when the suction tool is brought into its rest position.
- the teaching according to the invention provides a compact device for suctioning off suction material, which practically enables one-hand operation: since the driving gas is supplied to the driving nozzle or blocked off only when the suction tool is detected or replaced.
- no additional units such as valves or blowers are required in order to be able to extract suction material. This in turn means that the device is easy to maintain.
- a device 20 for suction of suction material by means of a driving nozzle 1 actuated by propellant gas is shown in order to feed the suction material to a suction pipe 9, which can lead to a filter system.
- the nozzle 1 which is an annular gap nozzle, is connected via a pipe 4 to a suction pipe 20.1, which has the function of a suction tool 20 and has a suction opening 8 at the end.
- the suction tool 20 or the suction pipe 20.1 with its suction opening 8 can be inserted into a tool holder 7 into which a valve tappet 6 of a valve 5 projects.
- propellant gas flows via a connection 10.1 to the gap 2 of the nozzle 1 in order to suck off suction material 20 when the suction tool is actuated.
- the valve 5 is automatically opened when the suction tool 20 is removed from the tool holder 7. Conversely, the valve 5 is closed by pushing back the valve tappet 6 when the suction pipe 20.1 is inserted into the opening 7.1 of the tool holder 7.
- the pipe 3 leading from the valve 1 to the suction pipe 9 opens into the latter in such a way that the suction material is blown in in the direction of flow during operation.
