Claims (14)
- Procédé de séparation en cartouches de cahiers, imprimés ou non, empilés horizontalement de haut en bas, leur dos reposant contre la table d'empilage (1), dans lequel on amorce, par dessous la cartouche de cahiers (C) empilés en formation sur la table d'empilage, un écartement entre les dos de deux cahiers (C) adjacents, par engagement au sein de la cartouche entre les dos de deux cahiers d'un onglet d'amorçage, installé sous la table d'empilage (1), caractérisé en ce que cet onglet d'amorcage est pivotant du bas vers le haut dans un plan parallèle à l'axe d'avancement de la table d'empilage et retient l'un des dos de cahiers pour créer ledit écartement, on introduit dans ledit écartement un séparateur (5) de deux pièces (5a, 5b), on écarte de l'extrémité de la cartouche en formation la seconde extrémité de la cartouche de cahiers (C) empilés ainsi formée, on évacue la cartouche (9) formée et on retire ledit séparateur (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le séparateur (5), lors de l'introduction dans la cartouche de cahiers (C) en formation présente une vitesse synchrone à la vitesse de translation de ladite cartouche sur la table d'empilage (1). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'introduction du séparateur (5) est synchronisée par rapport à l'amorçage et à la vitesse de translation des cahiers (C) empilés sur la table d'empilage (1). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'après l'introduction du séparateur (5), des plaques d'arrêt (7) sont placées de part et d'autre dudit séparateur. - Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, du type comportant un séparateur (5) constitué de deux pièces (5a, 5b) écartables l'une de l'autre
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
un onglet d'amorçage de séparation (3) installé, de préférence fixe, sous la table d'empilage (1), pivotant du bas vers le haut dans un plan parallèle à l'axe d'avancement de la table d'empilage (1) pour s'engager au sein de la cartouche de cahiers (C) empilés en formation, entre les dos de deux cahiers (C) adjacents, et amorcer un écartement entre ceux-ci, et un chariot (4) mobile parallèlement à la table d'empilage (1) au-dessous de celle-ci et sur lequel est installé ledit séparateur (5), ledit chariot (4) comportant des moyens de déplacement du séparateur orthogonalement à la table d'empilage (1) pour l'introduire dans la cartouche de cahiers (C) empilés en formation et l'en extraire avec ses deux pièces (5a, 5b) serrées, ledit chariot (4) comportant des moyens d'écartement et de rapprochement des deux pièces (5a, 5b) du séparateur (5) en position d'introduction dans la cartouche de cahiers (C) en formation, ledit chariot (4) se déplaçant entre une position d'introduction dans laquelle celui-ci est adjacent audit onglet (3) et une position de retrait dudit séparateur (5). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que, lors de son introduction, le séparateur (5) se synchronise mécaniquement ou électriquement avec la table d'empilage (1) et présente une vitesse identique à celle de ladite table (1). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'écartement des deux pièces (5a, 5b) du séparateur (5) sont constitués par un vérin (8). - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que le vérin (8) est du type sans tige et coulisse le long d'un axe du chariot (4). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que l'onglet d'amorçage de séparation (3) est monté pivotant au sommet d'un support (2) installé de manière fixe sous la table d'empilage (1), de manière à s'engager entre les dos de deux cahiers (C) adjacents. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens propres à assurer l'introduction et le retrait du séparateur (5) dans la cartouche de cahiers empilés en formation sont constitués par un vérin pneumatique. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens propres à assurer l'introduction et le retrait du séparateur (5) dans la cartouche de cahiers empilés en formation sont constitués par un système pignon-crémaillère le long d'un axe (6) du chariot mobile (4). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11,
caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur optique est prévu au niveau de la table d'empilage (1) de manière à permettre le déclenchement de l'onglet d'amorçage de séparation (3). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 12,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, au-dessus de la nappe de cahiers (C) arrivant à l'empilage, un dispositif de comptage des cahiers (C) de manière à permettre le déclenchement de l'onglet d'amorçage de séparation (3). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 13,
caractérisé en ce que l'onglet d'amorçage de séparation (3) est commandé par un électro-aimant.
