Der Antriebsmotor 1 wird zunächst auf dem Motorrahmen 4 aufgesetzt. Dieser ist über die Gelenke 7 mit dem Maschinengestell 3 verbunden und grob justiert. Dann wird der Antriebsmotor 1 gegenüber dem Hauptgetriebe 2 in den Ausrichtschienen 5 exakt ausgerichtet und der Motorrahmen 4 ebenso exakt in seiner Position in Bezug auf das Maschinengestell 3 gebracht. Gleichzeitig wird die Vorspannung auf den Keilriementrieb aufgebracht. Zur Verminderung von Momentenwirkungen und Schwingungen wird schließlich der Motorrahmen 4 mit Hilfe der Abstützschiene 8 noch zusätzlich am Hauptgetriebe 2 abgestützt. Damit ist sichergestellt, daß die Verhältnisse bezüglich der Vorspannung des Keilriementriebes während der gesamten Betriebsdauer immer konstant bleiben.

Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur Lagerung und Ausrichtung eines Antriebes einer Druckmaschine mit einem verstellbaren Motorrahmen (4) zur Befestigung eines Antriebsmotors (1), einem Hauptgetriebe (2) und einem Riementrieb zur Verbindung von Antriebsmotor (1) und Hauptgetriebe (2)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hauptgetriebe (2) außen am Maschinengestell (3) der Druckmaschine gestellfest angebracht ist, daß der Motorrahmen (4) demontierbar und gelenkig mit dem Maschinengestell (3) verbunden und unabhängig vom Maschinengestell (3) abstützbar ist, daß der Antriebsmotor (1) in Richtung der Orientierung des Riementriebes verschiebbar am Motorrahmen (4) angebracht ist, und daß am Motorrahmen (4) Justiermittel (9) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer der Motorrahmen (4) um eine parallel zu den Antriebsachsen von Antriebsmotor (1) und Hauptgetriebe (2) liegende Achse gegenüber dem Hauptgetriebe (2) schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Motorrahmen (4) mittels zweier Gelenke (7) mit dem das Hauptgetriebe (2) tragenden Maschinengestell (3) verbunden ist und daß die Drehachse der Gelenke (7) parallel zu den Drehachsen von Antriebsmotor (1) und Hauptgetriebe (2) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Motorrahmen (4) mittels zweier Gelenke (7) mit dem das Hauptgetriebe(2) tragenden Maschinengestell (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Gelenke (7) so angeordnet sind, daß die Wirkungslinie der Kräfte des Riementriebs zwischen Antriebsmotor (1) und Hauptgetriebe (2) vom Antriebsmotor (1) ausgehend die Achse der Gelenke (7) schneidet oder oberhalb davon verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Motorrahmen (4) und dem Hauptgetriebe (2) oder zwischen dem Antriebsmotor (1) und dem Hauptgetriebe (2) ein Stützelement (8) zur Sicherung des Achsabstandes zwischen Antriebsmotor (1) und Hauptgetriebe (2) vorgesehen ist.
