Claims (6)
- Manuelles Auspressgerät für pastöse Massen, welches eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) für ein die pastöse Masse enthaltendes Gebinde, wenigstens einen auf einer gegenüber der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) axial verschiebbaren Kolbenstange (13) angeordneten Auspresskolben und ein mit einem Handgriff (21) und einem Verschiebemechanismus ausgestattetes Griffteil (2) aufweist, wobei der Verschiebemechanismus einen handbetätigbaren Transporthebel (5) umfasst, der um eine Achse (S) schwenkbar ist und an seinem, einem Mitnehmer (9) für die Kolbenstange (13) zugewandten Ende mit einer Rolle (10) oder Walze ausgestattet ist, die in Anlage mit dem Mitnehmer (9) steht und eine Drehachse (D) aufweist, die parallel zur Schwenkachse (S) des Transporthebels (5) verläuft und im Abstand (a) von dieser den die Schwenkachse überragenden Bereich (51) des Transporthebels (5) durchsetzt, wobei der Handgriff (21) und der Transporthebel (5) von dem an die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) anschliessenden Teil des Griffteils (2) nach unten abragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (a) der Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) oder Walze von der Schwenkachse (S) des Transporthebels (5) mit Hilfe von Verstellmitteln (6) verstellbar ist, die einen Hebel bzw. ein Stellrad (7) und eine Anzeigeeinrichtung (8) umfassen, welche die Abstandsverstellung anzeigen, und dass der Hebel bzw. das Stellrad (7) und die Anzeigeeinrichtung (8) seitlich aussen am Handgriff (21) angeordnet sind.
- Manuelles Auspressgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel (6) mit der Schwenkachse (S) des Transporthebels (5) zusammenwirken, welche mit einem Exzenter (71) ausgestattet ist, wobei durch Verstellen des Exzenters (71) der Abstand (a) der Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) von der Schwenkachse (S) einstellbar ist.
- Manuelles Auspressgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel (6) mit der Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) oder Walze zusammenwirken, welche einen Exzenter (72) trägt, wobei durch Verstellen des Exzenters (72) die Lage der Drehachse (D) relativ zur Schwenkachse (S) einstellbar ist.
- Manuelles Auspressgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) oder Walze im die Schwenkachse (S) überragenden Bereich (51) des Transporthebels (5) stufenlos höhenverstellbar ist.
- Manuelles Auspressgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) oder Walze in einer Buchse (79) gelagert ist, welche den die Schwenkachse (S) überragenden Bereich (51) des Transporthebels (5) durchsetzt und durch eine Einstellschraube (75) höhenverstellbar ist, die über ein Kegelradgetriebe (74, 76) mit einem am Griffteil (2) angeordneten Verstellrad (7) zusammenwirkt.
- Manuelles Auspressgerät für pastöse Massen, welches eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) für ein die pastöse Masse enthaltendes Gebinde, wenigstens einen auf einer gegenüber der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) axial verschiebbaren Kolbenstange (13) angeordneten Auspresskolben und ein mit einem Handgriff (21) und einem Verschiebemechanismus ausgestattetes Griffteil (2) aufweist, wobei der Verschiebemechanismus einen handbetätigbaren Transporthebel (5) umfasst, der um eine Achse (S) schwenkbar ist und an seinem, einem Mitnehmer (9) für die Kolbenstange (13) zugewandten Ende mit einer Rolle (10) oder Walze ausgestattet ist, die in Anlage mit dem Mitnehmer (9) steht und eine Drehachse (D) aufweist, die parallel zur Schwenkachse (S) des Transporthebels (5) verläuft und im Abstand (a) von dieser den die Schwenkachse überragenden Bereich (51) des Transporthebels (5) durchsetzt, wobei der Handgriff (21) und der Transporthebel (5) von dem an die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (3) anschliessenden Teil des Griffteils (2) nach unten abragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (a) der Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) oder Walze von der Schwenkachse (S) des Transporthebels (5) mit Hilfe von Verstellmitteln (6) verstellbar ist, die einen Stellhebel (170) umfassen, der mit einem Schubgestänge (80) zusammenwirkt, wobei das Schubgestänge (80) und der Stellhebel (170) innerhalb des Transporthebels (5) angeordnet und mit der Drehachse (D) der Rolle (10) oder Walze derart verbunden sind, dass durch Verstellung des Stellhebels (170) eine Höhenverstellung des Schubgestänges (80) in einer Veränderung des Abstands (a) der Drehachse (D) von der Schwenkachse (S) resultiert.
