Description
- les vues A et B de la Fig.1 illustrent schématiquement, de dessus, une partie d'un aiguillage ferroviaire posé sur des traverses traditionnelles; et
- les Fig.2 à 9 illustrent schématiquement diverses vues montrant des parties d'un aiguillage avec son dispositif de manoeuvre perfectionné selon l'invention et son contrôleur, installés sur des traverses spécialement aménagées ; la vue 2 est une traverse disposée en pointe de rail-aiguille avec contrôleur et moteur placés en bout de traverse; la vue 3 est une section selon le plan III-III de la vue 2; la vue 4 est une traverse intermédiaire avec contrôleur; la vue 5 est une traverse intermédiaire avec contrôleur et moteur placés en bout de traverse; la vue 6 est une traverse intermédiaire avec contrôleur et moteur placés entre les rails aiguilles et fixés sur des blochets; les vues 7 et 8 sont similaires à celles 2 et 4 respectivement mais avec une timonerie mécanique de renvoi; et la vue 9 est une coupe partielle selon le plan IX-IX de la vue 8.
Claims (13)
- Dispositif de manoeuvre d'appareils de voie ferrée tels des aiguillages, qui comprend d'une part au moins une traverse (10) présentant un corps (11) longiligne à section droite rectangulaire ou trapézoïdale, avec une face (12) inférieure apte à prendre appui sur un ballast et avec une face (13) supérieure apte à supporter notamment un rail contre-aiguille (CA) et un rail-aiguille (RA), et d'autre part, au moins une tringle de manoeuvre du rail-aiguille (RA) reçue dans un logement ménagé dans la traverse, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (10) est faite en béton et en ce que la face supérieure (13) est creusée sur toute sa longueur d'une rainure (14) longitudinale de manière à ménager de part et d'autre de cette rainure (14) et sur cette face supérieure (13) un rebord (15) apte à recevoir des moyens de fixation (F) pour y maintenir au moins le rail contre-aiguille (CA), la rainure délimitant le logement de réception de la ou chaque tringle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (14) est pratiquement médiane.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (1) de la rainure (14) est comprise entre un quart et la moitié environ de la largeur (L) de la traverse (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur (p) de la rainure (14) est de l'ordre du quart à la moitié de la hauteur (H) de la traverse (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que cette rainure (14) est apte à être close localement par un capot (16) reposant sur les rebords (15).
- Dispositif comprenant au moins un moteur (110) fixé en bout d'une traverse (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 et comprenant au moins une sortie de tringle de commande, caractérisé en ce que cette sortie est située au droit de la rainure (14) de traverse.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, comprenant au moins un moteur esclave (112) présentant deux sorties opposées et fixé en bout d'une traverse raccourcie en blochet, caractérisé en ce que le moteur (112) est fixé entre deux blochets.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre selon la revendication 6, comprenant au moins un renvoi réducteur de course fixé à une traverse (10), caractérisé en ce que le renvoi est placé dans un caisson à l'extrémité de la traverse (10).
- Dispositif de manoeuvre selon la revendication 8 comprenant au moins une tringle de liaison, caractérisé en ce que la tringle est disposée dans un caniveau muni d'un couvercle.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 comprenant au moins un verrou de type carter-coussinet, caractérisé en ce que le "cé" (131) du verrou présente un déport positionnant l'axe de tringle au-dessus de la traverse (10).
- Dispositif de manoeuvre selon revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le bâti (132) du verrou est fixé indirectement sur la traverse (10).
- Dispositif de manoeuvre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 comprenant au moins un contrôleur de type PAULVE, caractérisé en ce que le contrôleur ainsi que son bras conducteur (135) sont disposés au-dessus de la traverse (10).
- Dispositif de manoeuvre selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que le bras conducteur (135) du contrôleur se déplace dans la rainure (14) de la traverse (10).
