Bei der Platte 2 mit einer Dicke d2, z. B. d2 = 0,3 mm, handelt es sich vorzugsweise um Druckplatten oder um Trägerplatten mit z. B. darauf befestigten Gummitüchern. Ein Schenkel 8 des vorlaufenden Endes 3 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel länger als ein entsprechender Schenkel 9 des nachlaufenden Endes 4 der Platte 2.
In einer Einführstellung (Fig. 1) der Spindel 16 befindet sich die reduzierte Mantelfläche 22 der Spindel 16 im Bereich des Schlitzes 7. In dieser Stellung werden die beiden abgekanteten Enden 3, 4 der Platte 2 in den Schlitz 7 geführt, wobei die reduzierte Mantelfläche 22 als Führung dient. Zum Klemmen der Enden 3, 4 der Platte 2 wird die Spindel 16 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn soweit gedreht, bis die Druckstücke 17 annähernd lotrecht gerichtet bezüglich der Schenkel 8, 9 der Enden 3, 4 der Platte 2 stehen. Die Drucknocken 18 der Druckstücke 17 werden mittels sich an der Spindel 16 abstützende Federkraft gegen die Schenkel 8, 9 der Enden 3, 4 der Platte 2 gepreßt. Somit sind die Enden 3, 4 der Platte 2 im Schlitz 7 des Zylinders 1 fixiert (Fig. 2). Durch das Drehen der Spindel 16 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn, d.h. mit den wirkenden Drucknocken 18 in Richtung Inneres des Zylinders, erfolgt mittels einer nach innen wirkenden Zugkraft ein Spannen der Enden 3, 4. In dieser Klemmstellung wird die Spindel 16 arretiert.
Auch kann die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung auf beide Enden 3, 4 der Platte 2 gleichzeitig wirken oder für jedes Ende 3, 4 eine eigene Vorrichtung vorgesehen sein.

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Lösen von Platten (2) mit abgekanteten, glatten Enden (3, 4) von einem Zylinder (1) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei der Zylinder (1) zur Aufnahme der abgekanteten Enden (3; 4) der Platte (2) mit einem engen, axial verlaufenden Schlitz (7) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein bewegbarer, blattförmiger Ausheber (27) von einem Inneren (5) des Zylinders (1) heraus in den Schlitz (7) einführbar angeordnet ist, daß eine Stirnseite (31) eines freien Endes (28) dieses Aushebers (27) auf eine Stirnseite (29) eines Schenkels (9) eines abgekanteten Endes (4) der Platte (2) wirkend angeordnet ist und daß das freie Ende (28) zusammen mit dem Schenkel (9) in Richtung Anfang (10) des Schlitzes (7) bewegbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein den Ausheber (27) bewegender Schwenkhebel (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausheber (27) mit einem Ende (26) an dem Schwenkhebel (16) befestigt ist, daß das zweite Ende (28) des Aushebers (27) annähernd tangential bezüglich des Schwenkhebels (16) beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausheber (27) aus einem biegeelastischen, druckfesten Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausheber (27) aus Federstahl besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (16) als Spindel (16) ausgebildet ist.
