Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de synchronisation de l'alimentation en feuilles avec la cadence d'une machine (7) de finition par reliure, en particulier une machine de reliure par fils thermoplastiques, qui est précédé d'un dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11), ledit dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) étant formé de deux cylindres alimenteurs (3) superposés, présentant une vitesse de transfert variable et accélérant momentanément une feuille en retard par rapport à la cadence de la machine de finition ainsi que retardant une feuille en avance, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) est précédé d'un détecteur (10) constatant le passage de l'arête avant d'une feuille (1), en ce que la machine (7) de finition présente un synchro-transmetteur (6) et en ce que la décélération ou l'accélération nécessaire à la synchronisation de la feuille est déterminée à partir de la différence de trajet (ΔS) entre le signal du détecteur (10) et le signal de cadence du synchro-transmetteur (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) transmet la feuille (1) à la machine (7) de finition avec la vitesse de passage (V2) de celle-ci.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) lors de la réception d'une feuille (1) fonctionne avec la vitesse d'alimentation (V1) de cette dernière.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres alimenteurs (3) sont pourvus d'une garniture de friction (4) réduisant le patinage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres alimenteurs (3) sont ajustables à l'épaisseur de la feuille au moyen d'un méchanisme de réglage (5) associé.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) présente un entrainement par servomoteur ou par moteur pas à pas.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cadence du transfert de feuilles, synchronisée avec la machine (7) de finition de la transfert des feuilles, peut être décalée d'une valeur arbitraire par une variation plus grande de la vitesse de transfert du dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) par rapport à la cadence de la machine (7) de finition.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de feuilles (11) est disposé entre la machine (7) de finition et une table d'alimentation (2).
