Claims (15)
- Wickelhülse zum Aufwickeln von Bändern, Folien oder Blechen aus Kunststoff, Papier, Metall oder dergleichen, in Form eines Wellrohres aus einem wendelförmig gewickelten und längsgewellten oder längsgerippten Metallband (10) mit mehreren Wellen oder Rippen, bei dem sich benachbarte Bandwindungen überlappen, und die Wellen oder Rippen an der Rohraußenseite flache Wellenköpfe bzw. Rippenköpfe (1) aufweisen und benachbarte Wellenköpfe bzw. Rippenköpfe (1) aneinanderstoßen oder nahezu aneinanderstoßen.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandwindungen sich zumindest um die Hälfte der Bandbreite überlappen.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellen im Querschnitt trapezförmig sind.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Rohraußenseite befindlichen Wellenköpfe (1) breiter sind als die Wellenfüße.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken (3) der Wellen oder Rippen an ihren Fuß aneinanderstoßen.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellen im Querschnitt im wesentlichen dreieckförmig sind.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Rohraußenseite befindlichen Wellenköpfe bzw. Rippenköpfe (1) eine im Rohrlängsschnitt im wesentlichen geradlinige Fläche bilden.
- Wickelhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außen- und/oder Innenseite der Hülse eine Deckschicht (19) aufgebracht ist, die vorzugsweise aus dem gleichen Material wie die Hülse besteht.
- Wickelhülse nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellen oder Rippen an ihren aneinanderstoßenden Bereichen (1, 2) z.B. durch Schweißen, Löten oder Verkleben aneinander befestigt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wickelhülse, wobei zunächst durch wendelförmiges Wickeln eines längsgewellten Metallbandes mit mehreren Wellen ein Wellrohr hergestellt wird, bei dem sich benachbarte Bandwindungen überlappen, dann die an der Rohraußenseite befindlichen äußeren Wellenköpfe der Wellen durch Ausübung eines radialen Druckes auf die Wellenköpfe abgeflacht und verbreitert werden, und schließlich das Rohr oder ein Rohrabschnitt derart in Achsrichtung gestaucht wird, daß die Wellenköpfe an ihren Seiten mindestens nahezu aneinanderstoßen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Wickelhülse, wobei zunächst durch wendelförmiges Wickeln eines längsgerippten Metallbands mit mehreren Rippen ein Wellrohr hergestellt wird, bei dem sich benachbarte Bandwindungen überlappen, und schließlich das Rohr oder ein Rohrabschnitt derart in Achsrichtung gestaucht wird, daß die an der Rohraußenseite befindlichen äußeren Rippenköpfe an ihren Seiten mindestens nahezu aneinanderstoßen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die zum Rohrinneren hin gerichteten inneren Köpfe der Wellen durch Ausübung eines radialen Druckes auf diese inneren Wellenköpfe abgeflacht und verbreitert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aneinanderstoßenden Bereiche der Wellen oder Rippen durch Schweißen, Löten, Kleben oder dergleichen aneinander befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außen- und/oder Innenseite der Hülse eine Deckschicht aufgebracht wird.
- Verwendung einer durch das Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 14 hergestellten Wickelhülse zum Aufwickeln von Bändern, Folien oder Blechen aus Kunststoff, Papier, Metall oder dergleichen.
