Definitions
- the invention relates to a system, a ventilation Device and a method for heating, Ventilate and / or cool a room.
- CH-595 589 is an upgradable device out, which has a fan element.
- the airflow generated by this fan element flows through several upgrade units. This is about it is an air cleaning unit, a Air disinfection unit, one heating unit, one Humidifier unit and a cooling unit. If the airflow generated by the fan unit the subsequent stages, depending on the state of expansion flows through and for example a heating unit is provided, there is a heating of the Airflow.
- the invention has for its object a system for heating, ventilation and / or cooling a room specify that flexible in terms of features "Heating”, “ventilation” and / or “cooling” is both for the creation phase of a Building / room as well as for a later conversion applies.
- this object is achieved by that the functions "heating”, “ventilation” and “cooling” through corresponding, modularly constructed, one on top of the other coordinated units are perceived, which can be retrofitted based on the "heating" function are, the function “heating” by means of a heating element that is outside of a the function "ventilation” or “cooling” serving air flow.
- a modular heating, ventilation and cooling system created in which the individual Functional units modular units form, which are added as required or can also be exchanged.
- the heating element mentioned installed is preferably a hot water radiator.
- the first stage of expansion is the design requirements are taken into account and nevertheless due to this construction the possibility created in a further expansion stage to also provide a ventilation and / or cooling function, without essential conversion measures or the insertion of new components (with regard to to the "heating" function).
- the air outlet element is preferably an air distribution box assigned to a primary air source connected.
- the air distribution box serves to that, preferably the one coming from the primary air source conditioned outside air or corresponding treated air evenly distributed over the length to let the air outlet element escape.
- the Length of the air outlet element preferably corresponds the length of the heating element.
- the air distribution box is located essentially below the heating element, because on the one hand the space available there is exploited and the formation of the air outlet element below the heating element in simple Way becomes possible.
- the heating element is compared to the expansion stage "Heating" in the "ventilation” stage with this greater distance from the parapet wall of the room remotely located that the visible surface of the heating element approximately with the visible surface of the air outlet element flees.
- this is sufficient Installation depth for the air outlet element / Air distribution box created and on the other hand also design requirements met.
- the primary air source is preferably over at least a supply line arranged in the double floor connected to the air distribution box.
- the air distribution box can also be designed such that it partially in the space between the Heating element and the floor is located and another Section extends into the raised floor. There is then the connection to the supply line of the Primary air source.
- the primary air source is preferred at a central point, especially outside of the room.
- the "cooling" function it is preferably provided that that at least one that has a cooling function Induction device is located in the raised floor.
- This Arrangement creates an easy retrofit option, because the induction device to be installed is no problem and "invisible" for a visitor to the room can be accommodated in the double floor.
- the primary air source becomes the induction unit primary air and / or the room becomes the induction device Secondary air supplied.
- the induction device leads appropriately treated air, in particular Mixed air from primary and secondary air, the air outlet element to.
- a fan coil is also provided become. The text of this application is therefore to understand in such a way that wherever the word "Induction device” is used, also "fan coil unit” can stand.
- the fan coil has a fan for generating an air flow on which a heat exchanger is arranged is one that uses cold water, for example Has a cooling function.
- the heating element and the air outlet element are preferred, especially the air distribution box, opposite the "heating" or “cooling” expansion level such a large distance from the parapet wall of the Room arranged that a secondary air duct is trained to the induction device. therefore can be room air due to this secondary air duct behind the heating element and also behind the Air outlet element or the air distribution box along and to below the floor, so lead induction device lying in the raised floor.
- the heating element Due to the displacement of the heating element respectively of the air outlet element / air distribution box is the conversion measure - without much effort possible for cooling operation, the setting of a greater distance to the room wall is particularly easy thereby making it possible that the heating element and Air outlet element or the air distribution box by simple mechanical adjustment, for example by means of elongated holes, relocated and in the desired position.
- This The heating element can be moved for example, also be provided if - based on the "heating" function - on the function "Heating and ventilation" is passed over.
- the one mentioned Secondary air duct that goes without saying fluidically still through suitable channel walls can be optimized (but not necessarily) thus up under the raised floor, being there preferably in a limited area, the induction device located so that the sucked secondary air into the room and from there into the induction device can reach.
- the induction device is the invention- preferably between the Heating element and the secondary air duct arranged, that is, it is on the back of the heating element.
- the induction device to the zone between the heating element and the floor double floor
- the induction device is above the raised floor, So in the space to be conditioned, but it is not disturbing due to the arrangement mentioned appears and also the design Requirements are sufficient. It is not excluded that part of the induction device below the Raised floor extends.
- the heating element is therefore located at a distance from the parapet wall of the room such that the induction device on the back of the heating element.
- the mentioned Air outlet or the one provided with air outlet Air distribution is below the through the two modules “heating element” and “induction device” defined space. This arrangement allows the gradual expansion, without this being expensive Measures must be taken. Can also the modules optically and functionally on top of each other be coordinated.
- the heating element is preferably designed such that it's not just convection heat, but also Emits radiant heat.
- the heating element is operated preferably with hot water.
- the air outlet element particularly preferably brings the airflow, ventilation and / or cooling of the room serves as a source airflow.
- This has the advantage especially in the cool season that the air introduced due to the thermal Buoyancy not immediately under the covers of the Room is performed without being their actual Can perform function. Rather, it turns out initially hardly any interaction with the heating element one, so that the penetrating far into the room Source ventilation initially its actual function can perceive before - alone after the Laws of thermals - only after this has been carried out Main task due to warming by the Room heat sources rises.
- the induction device is preferred as Source air induction device trained.
- Ventilation i.e. without cooling
- the air outlet element Air brought into the room as well introduced according to the source ventilation principle
- the means the primary air source is - along with that entire air duct system- on this ventilation principle Voted.
- the invention further relates to a ventilation Device for heating, ventilation and / or cooling a room, with an induction device or a Fan coil unit and with a separate unit trained heating element that above an air outlet of the induction device or fan coil is arranged.
- This induction device mainly serves for cooling, whereby the function of heating not from the induction device, but from the separate heating element mentioned is made.
- the induction device is preferably designed as a source air induction device, so that the air is brought into the room with little momentum can be.
- the invention relates to a method for heating, ventilation and / or cooling a room, using the system respectively Ventilation device according to claim 1 to 16, whereby for ventilation and / or cooling an air supply with low impulses as source air flow into the room and being above when heating of the air outlet a warming of the room air is carried out.
- This heating is preferred by means of a separate heating element, which as Module is built, with another module of Air intake serves and this second module either as a pure ventilation module or so it third module represents - take over a cooling function can.
- Figure 1 shows part of a to be conditioned Room 1, which has a ceiling 2, a wall 3 and has a bottom 4.
- the wall 3 forms one Parapet area 5, in particular a window parapet area 6, above which a window 7 is arranged is.
- Room 1 has a double floor 8, which is at a distance a from the floor 4 and by means of a support structure, not shown will be carried.
- FIG. 1 shows a stage of "heating" one Systems for heating, ventilation and / or cooling the room 1.
- Heating element 9 in the form of a substantially sheet-like Radiator formed by means of Hot water can be heated.
- the heating element 9 is aligned with its upper edge 10 approximately with the window sill 11 of the window 7.
- the height H of the heating element 9 is chosen such that to the floor 12, ie to the double floor 8, back, a free space F remains.
- the Free space F is covered by a screen 13, which begins below the heating element 9 and after running below - just before the floor 12 ends or - according to another embodiment - also can run to the floor 12.
- the Visible surface 15 of the heating element 9 a distance b on the usual distance of a radiator from a wall.
- the Screen 13 arranged in alignment with heating element 9, that is, the viewing surface 16 of the screen 13 is flush with the visible surface 15 of the heating element 9.
- the length of the heating element 9 is preferred as long as the length of the screen 13.
- Room 1 can be "heated” by means of the heating element 9 can be tempered in the desired manner.
- the room air heated by the heating element 9 rises - according to the thermal laws - according to arrow 17 and reaches the ceiling (arrow 18), cools down in the Area of the window 7 and sinks there (Arrow 19) and returns in this way to the heating element 9.
- Heating element 9 may be enlarged of the distance b in this way from the inside 14 of the parapet area 6 shifted that the distance b 'results, which is somewhat larger than the installation depth for an air distribution box 20, the air distribution box 20 below the heating element 9 is arranged ( Figure 2).
- the air distribution box 20 preferably extends over the Length of the heating element 9.
- the air distribution box 20 extends with a region 22 to in the double floor 8 into it. There is a connection there to a supply air line located in the double floor 8 23 leading to a primary air source, not shown leads, by means of the prepared Outside air can be supplied to room 1.
- air outlet element 21 emerges Source air to ventilate room 1 (arrow 24), which is essentially independent of the heating function of the heating element 9. This way and Way it is possible to use the ventilation function too to be optimally implemented in heating mode.
- FIG. 3 shows a further expansion stage in accordance with of Figures 1 and 2, with the additional function "Cooling” is realized.
- the heating element 9 preferably further from the inside 14 of the parapet area 6 removed, such that the distance b '' is established.
- the air distribution box 20 with its air outlet element 21 shifted, whereby -how also in Figure 2- the visible surface of the air outlet element 21 with the visible surface 15 of the heating element 9 is aligned. That way is being behind the heating element 9 and also behind the air distribution box 20 a secondary air duct 25 is formed, such that secondary air according to arrows 26 to below the raised floor 8 in a trained there Can reach room 27, in which there is an induction device 28, in particular a source air induction device 29, is located.
- the induction device 28 is connected to the supply air line 23 Primary air source (not shown) connected and has a cooling heat exchanger 30 on; which is preferably operated using cold water becomes. This makes it possible to use the secondary air (Arrow 26) due to passing through the heat exchanger 30 cool, the secondary air-each after operation management - mixed with primary air (arrow 31) can be and the individually formed Air mixture supplied to the air distribution box 20 is, so that it as source air from the air outlet element 21 can exit and enter room 1 (Arrow 32).
- Figure 4 shows a variant of the embodiment of Figure 2, so that only the existing Differences to be addressed.
- the air distribution box 20 does not extend to into the double floor 8, but it fills - at least partially - the free space F below the Heating element 9 from. As a result, the supply air duct penetrates 23 the raised floor 8.
- Figure 5 shows a variant of the embodiment of Figure 3, which differs in that the induction device 28 is not in the raised floor 8, but is arranged behind the heating element 9. This variant is preferred if the distance a of the raised floor 8 to the floor 4 of the Room 1 is relatively small, so that the accommodation of the induction device causes difficulties.
- a fan coil unit can also be used instead of the induction unit be used.
- the figure 5 is infer that - as already mentioned - in the area between the inside 14 of the window sill area 6 and the rear wall 33 of the heating element 9 that Induction device 28 is arranged such that Inside 14 a gap 34 remains, so that Secondary air (arrows 35) of room 1 this gap space 34 pass and into the induction device 28 can enter and from there pass under of the heat exchanger 30 and mixing in primary air down in the itself below the heating element 9 and the induction device 28 Air distribution box 20 can occur. From below - past the air distribution box 20 - the induction device 28 the aforementioned primary air by means of the supply air line 23 supplied.
