Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system, a ventilation Device and a method for heating, Ventilate and / or cool a room.
For heating, ventilating and / or cooling a room various methods and devices are known. In these known methods and devices is usually a predetermined in individual cases Combination of the functions mentioned, namely heating and / or ventilation and / or cooling realized that means, when creating a building from in advance the concept for room conditioning - mostly at a very early stage in Construction planning process- set. Often the builders are or initiators of buildings, however unable to already at this point make the correct decision as to which of the Functions "heating", "ventilation" and / or "cooling" the later use of the building desired / required because the user is often not yet certain and its claims and demands still are not known. Furthermore, it is from the Practice known that while using buildings Changes in requirements with regard to the functions mentioned take place, with conversion measures, for example in addition to the possibility to provide ventilation for heating, only with considerable effort and / or significant design and functional restrictions possible are.
The airflow generated by this fan element flows through several upgrade units. This is about it is an air cleaning unit, a Air disinfection unit, one heating unit, one Humidifier unit and a cooling unit. If the airflow generated by the fan unit the subsequent stages, depending on the state of expansion flows through and for example a heating unit is provided, there is a heating of the Airflow.
The invention has for its object a system for heating, ventilation and / or cooling a room specify that flexible in terms of features "Heating", "ventilation" and / or "cooling" is both for the creation phase of a Building / room as well as for a later conversion applies.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by that the functions "heating", "ventilation" and "cooling" through corresponding, modularly constructed, one on top of the other coordinated units are perceived, which can be retrofitted based on the "heating" function are, the function "heating" by means of a heating element that is outside of a the function "ventilation" or "cooling" serving air flow. According to the invention a modular heating, ventilation and cooling system created in which the individual Functional units modular units form, which are added as required or can also be exchanged. In the first Expansion stage, which includes the "heating" function only the heating element mentioned installed. It is preferably a hot water radiator. Should be in the course of a planning change or due to a later use of the building to the "heating" function too the function "ventilation" is added, so it will only a further unit of the first stage "Heating" added what due to the modular Construction is very easy. The same applies if the "cooling" function is also added. The individual modules are on top of each other coordinated, that is, they point in terms of their mounting options and also their design common functional and / or design features on, which - after building the modules - into one in itself closed, functionally optimal whole. By arranging the heating element outside of airflow for ventilation or cooling it is ensured that the ventilation or Cooling air not due to immediate heating - under the ceiling of the room is performed without their ventilation function in Sufficiently perceived the lounge area. This applies in particular if - as below the airflow will be explained in more detail is brought into the room with as little impulses as possible, thus a source ventilation or a source air cooling is present.
According to a development of the invention, that in the expansion stage "heating" the heating element in the parapet area, in particular window parapet area, the room at a distance from the floor, in particular raised floor, is arranged, a Clearance between heating element and floor with one Screen, especially one on the heating element coordinated screen, can be covered. This screen is therefore below of the heating element, so that the viewer has a harmonious Receives an impression and not a feeling developed that the radiators installed too high are. Therefore, the first stage of expansion is the design requirements are taken into account and nevertheless due to this construction the possibility created in a further expansion stage to also provide a ventilation and / or cooling function, without essential conversion measures or the insertion of new components (with regard to to the "heating" function).
It is particularly advantageous if for the function "Ventilate" an air outlet element in place of the screen occurs. Hence the space that was before has been covered by the screen in which second stage of expansion (heating and ventilation) there the air outlet element for the function To accommodate "ventilation". The aforementioned screen can also, for example, in the form of an air outlet grille be designed, this air outlet grille already in the first stage of expansion (function "Heating") can serve as a "screen", that is, when converting, it is not even necessary remove or replace this component, since it's the dual function of the screen in simple Case of heating fulfilled and also is later able to vent the air for that Form air outlet element. Of course can design the screen / air grille to the design of the heating element (radiator) be adapted so that conversion measures or later Changes due to a different use of the building hardly appear visually.
The air outlet element is preferably an air distribution box assigned to a primary air source connected. The air distribution box serves to that, preferably the one coming from the primary air source conditioned outside air or corresponding treated air evenly distributed over the length to let the air outlet element escape. The Length of the air outlet element preferably corresponds the length of the heating element.
It is advantageous if the air distribution box is located essentially below the heating element, because on the one hand the space available there is exploited and the formation of the air outlet element below the heating element in simple Way becomes possible.
The heating element is compared to the expansion stage "Heating" in the "ventilation" stage with this greater distance from the parapet wall of the room remotely located that the visible surface of the heating element approximately with the visible surface of the air outlet element flees. On the one hand, this is sufficient Installation depth for the air outlet element / Air distribution box created and on the other hand also design requirements met.
The primary air source is preferably over at least a supply line arranged in the double floor connected to the air distribution box. The air distribution box can also be designed such that it partially in the space between the Heating element and the floor is located and another Section extends into the raised floor. There is then the connection to the supply line of the Primary air source. The primary air source is preferred at a central point, especially outside of the room.
For the "cooling" function, it is preferably provided that that at least one that has a cooling function Induction device is located in the raised floor. This Arrangement creates an easy retrofit option, because the induction device to be installed is no problem and "invisible" for a visitor to the room can be accommodated in the double floor. Of The primary air source becomes the induction unit primary air and / or the room becomes the induction device Secondary air supplied. The induction device leads appropriately treated air, in particular Mixed air from primary and secondary air, the air outlet element to. Alternatively, instead of the induction device a fan coil is also provided become. The text of this application is therefore to understand in such a way that wherever the word "Induction device" is used, also "fan coil unit" can stand. The fan coil has a fan for generating an air flow on which a heat exchanger is arranged is one that uses cold water, for example Has a cooling function.
The heating element and the air outlet element are preferred, especially the air distribution box, opposite the "heating" or "cooling" expansion level such a large distance from the parapet wall of the Room arranged that a secondary air duct is trained to the induction device. therefore can be room air due to this secondary air duct behind the heating element and also behind the Air outlet element or the air distribution box along and to below the floor, so lead induction device lying in the raised floor. Due to the displacement of the heating element respectively of the air outlet element / air distribution box is the conversion measure - without much effort possible for cooling operation, the setting of a greater distance to the room wall is particularly easy thereby making it possible that the heating element and Air outlet element or the air distribution box by simple mechanical adjustment, for example by means of elongated holes, relocated and in the desired position. This The heating element can be moved for example, also be provided if - based on the "heating" function - on the function "Heating and ventilation" is passed over. The one mentioned Secondary air duct that goes without saying fluidically still through suitable channel walls can be optimized (but not necessarily) thus up under the raised floor, being there preferably in a limited area, the induction device located so that the sucked secondary air into the room and from there into the induction device can reach.
According to another embodiment, the induction device is the invention- preferably between the Heating element and the secondary air duct arranged, that is, it is on the back of the heating element. According to a further embodiment it is also possible that the induction device to the zone between the heating element and the floor (double floor) extends or also is arranged exclusively there. Thus located the induction device is above the raised floor, So in the space to be conditioned, but it is not disturbing due to the arrangement mentioned appears and also the design Requirements are sufficient. It is not excluded that part of the induction device below the Raised floor extends.
This is preferably below the induction device Air outlet element or the air distribution box arranged. The heating element is therefore located at a distance from the parapet wall of the room such that the induction device on the back of the heating element. Below the through the two modules "heating element" and "induction device" defined space is the mentioned Air outlet or the one provided with air outlet Air distribution. This arrangement allows the gradual expansion, without this being expensive Measures must be taken. Can also the modules optically and functionally on top of each other be coordinated.
The heating element is preferably designed such that it's not just convection heat, but also Emits radiant heat. The heating element is operated preferably with hot water.
The air outlet element particularly preferably brings the airflow, ventilation and / or cooling of the room serves as a source airflow. This has the advantage especially in the cool season that the air introduced due to the thermal Buoyancy not immediately under the covers of the Room is performed without being their actual Can perform function. Rather, it turns out initially hardly any interaction with the heating element one, so that the penetrating far into the room Source ventilation initially its actual function can perceive before - alone after the Laws of thermals - only after this has been carried out Main task due to warming by the Room heat sources rises.
To perform the source ventilation function mentioned above can, the induction device is preferred as Source air induction device trained. In the case of Ventilation (i.e. without cooling) is provided by the air outlet element Air brought into the room as well introduced according to the source ventilation principle, the means the primary air source is - along with that entire air duct system- on this ventilation principle Voted.
The invention further relates to a ventilation Device for heating, ventilation and / or cooling a room, with an induction device or a Fan coil unit and with a separate unit trained heating element that above an air outlet of the induction device or fan coil is arranged. This induction device mainly serves for cooling, whereby the function of heating not from the induction device, but from the separate heating element mentioned is made. The induction device is preferably designed as a source air induction device, so that the air is brought into the room with little momentum can be.
Finally, the invention relates to a method

Von unten her
wird -vorbei am Luftverteilkasten 20- dem Induktionsgerät
28 die erwähnte Primärluft mittels der Zuluftleitung
23 zugeführt. Insgesamt erfolgt somit
Ventilatorkonvektor gemäß Pfeil 35 von oben her Sekundärluft
Figure 5 shows a variant of the embodiment
of Figure 3, which differs in
that the
Dies bedeutet,
daß dem Ventilatorkonvektor Sekundärluft des Raumes
zugeführt wird, wobei diese gegebenenfalls mittels
des Wärmetauschers gekühlt wird. Mit dem Heizelement
9 ist bei einem derartigen Ausführungsbeispiel
somit ein Heizbetrieb möglich, und ein Kühlbetrieb
wird mit dem Wärmetauscher des Ventilatorkonvektors
realisiert. Ein Lüftungsbetrieb, im Sinne des Zuführens
von frischer Luft, nämlich Primärluft, entfällt
bei einem derartigen Ausführungsbeispiel. In all dealt with above and in the figures
The exemplary embodiments shown are also
possible when using a fan coil unit
also work without primary air. This means,
that the fan coil secondary air of the room
is supplied, where appropriate by means of
of the heat exchanger is cooled. With the
The entire description above makes it clear that operation with both an induction device, as well as with a fan coil unit is. Regarding the induction device, it should be noted that it always functions ventilation and cooling together combined, since the fed to the induction device Primary air that causes ventilation is necessary for the function of the induction device, namely to suck in room air through induction. However, instead of the induction device the fan coil is inserted, so is one Operation possible without the supply of primary air because through the fan the sucked in and on again the room air emitted is cooled in recirculation mode becomes.
