Definitions
- the invention relates to a Procedure for opening flat bags and a flat bag machine for performing the method, according to the preamble of claims 1 and 3.
- a flat bag machine has several successively arranged work stations. In these work stations bags are opened at the top by turning one from an endless roll of plastic web and pulled through subsequent longitudinal and transverse welding of this web manufactured, or pre-made bags by one Stack removed and then with, for example, food filled. Then the opening of the bag welded.
- the food stuffed in the bag can be in powdery, chunky or other consistency to be available.
- the web is materially equipped so that its, for example, by a longitudinal fold superimposed web areas by sealing or Welding can be closed together.
- Clocked flat-bag machines are known for which the individual steps in connection with the Manufacturing, opening and filling the individual bags one after the other cyclically. So is from WO-A-91 17924 a generic flat bag machine for filling successively fed flat bags and a generic one Process for opening such flat bags on a known such flat bag machine.
- To open the bag the respective bag will be at its opposite gripping members that hold the bag in have taken a first workstation during their Transport movement to a second work station on top of each other too moved. Air is targeted during the transport movement Blown past the side of the bag. A generated by it Negative air pressure can move the mutual a certain amount Effect bag walls. The one by moving towards each other the gripping member can cause the bag to be in the open state thereby being stabilized and kept upright.
- the invention is based on this prior art based on the task of being economically viable while doing so space-saving flat bag machine for filling successively fed flat bags and a corresponding procedure for opening these flat bags to specify such a flat bag machine.
- This invention is for the method by the features of Claim 1 and for the flat bag machine used in the method given by the features of claim 3.
- the invention is based on the finding that if already in the first work station air both from above against the top of the bag as well the bag is blown past sideways can be opened optimally. This allows a special Save the bag opening station.
- This enables at State of the art comparable space conditions Arrange an additional work station, such as an additional filling station.
- the bags will namely often not with a single type of food filled, so that then several filling stations one after the other must be arranged. In this way, the contents can then can be composed of several mixture components.
- the one in the space between the workstations Contains existing device for opening the bag Facilities around the two side edges of the bag towards each other at least in the area of its opening move. In combination, blown air can also be opened the bag used.
- the device parts attached to the Lateral edges of the bag lie or the side edges seize, are moved relative to each other. The movement of the Both parts of the device can preferably be in guides take place, for example, V-shaped or parallel can be aligned with each other.
- the air outlet nozzle is therefore preferably designed so that it either a more or less overlapping the space has slot-like discharge opening, or accordingly several individual blow-out openings arranged side by side having.
- the invention is based on the in the drawing illustrated embodiment described in more detail and explained.
- the single figure shows a schematic representation a part of a clocked flat bag machine.
- Fig. 1 there are two work stations 12, 14 of a flat bag machine 10 partially shown.
- a flat bag 16 is present in the first work station 12. It is on its two side seams 18, 20 each a gripping member 22, 24 gripped like pliers. In its floor area the bag is closed by a bottom seam 26. The bag is not on its upper side 28 yet locked.
- the bag is in this work station 12 in a not shown been transported in a manner known per se.
- the bag is first folded by one by one endless roll of drawn web and by subsequent Welding the side seams 18, 20 and the bottom seam 26 been made.
- a first work station 12 becomes a lateral one Gripping members 22, 24 bags held in its upper region 16 along a path 30 to the subsequent second work station 14 offset.
- the two gripping members 22, 24 are not only parallel to move from their first position in the Workstation 12 to its second position in the workstation 14 postponed, but they are moving additionally moved relatively towards each other (arrow 32, 34).
- the two gripping members 22, 24 therefore have their position in the work station 14 a mutual distance a, the is smaller than the corresponding distance A in the work station 12.
- the gripping members 22, 24 in each led a guide, not shown.
- the mutual The distance between the gripping members 22, 24 can be reduced, the further the gripping members 22, 24 are from the work station 12 move away, or he can focus on a certain smaller one Decrease value.
- V-shaped changing by a certain amount Guides for the two gripping members 22, 24 can be such Cause the bag to open. Because of the relative high point of attack of the two gripping members 22, 24 the side seams 18, 20 incline the side seams 18, 20 towards each other when opening.
- a nozzle body 36 is located above the first work station 12 available, which in the present example also includes the area covered between the two workstations 12, 14.
- This nozzle body 36 has several on its underside 38 Openings 40 are present. Some of these openings are above the respective position of the top side 28 of the bag 16 and laterally offset laterally to this upper side 28 available.
- Air can enter the nozzle body via an air supply line 42 36 initiated and from the openings 40 down (Arrows 44) are blown out.
- the amount of along the Path 30 each emerging air grows along path 30 on. So in the present case, the number and the cross-sectional size of openings 40 at the beginning of path 30 are smaller than at the end of path 30.
- This air flows against the upper one Page 28 of the bag 16 in the area of the first work station 12 and in the present example also in the area between the two work stations 12, 14.
- the air consequently flows also along the side of the two walls 46, 48 of the bag 16, while this is in the first work station 12 and in the space between the two work stations 12, 14 located.
- air is released through the openings 40 blown from above against the upper side 28 of the bag 16. This causes a partial opening of the bag 16 by at least slight movement of the two bag walls apart 46, 48 in the area of the upper side 28.
- the bag 16.1 is already opened in the work station 14 on.
- the gripping members 22, 24 have in this work station 14 a mutual distance a, which is smaller as their distance A in the first work station 12.
- the bag 16.1 can be filled immediately in this work station 14 become.
- the filling process can be compared to the prior art so that a work station can be done earlier. If a Bottom-folded bags can be used in the second Workstation 14 such a bag in the area of his Bottom fold can be opened, which in the prior art only be carried out in a third work station can.
- Rotary machines are also particularly advantageous because because the mass of the rotary machine can be reduced, or if an additional filling station is arranged not to be enlarged compared to the prior art needs. A too large mass of the rotary machine could reduce it force the possible number of cycles.
