Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning the inner wall of a wine barrel.
- a device for cleaning the inner wall of a wine barrel In connection with winemaking and wine storage it is necessary to the inside of the To clean wine barrels.
- wine sludge remains, that have settled thickly in the bottom of the barrel, must be removed from the wine barrel. To do this, this more or less mushy mud whirled up with water and aspirated.
- Even on an inner wall of the wine barrel set tartar must be loosened during cleaning and out of the Barrel to be removed.
- the cleaning is preferably done only with water, without adding solvents. However, this sets ahead that a sufficiently strong water jet against the entire inner wall of the wine barrel is directed.
- the device has several arms, each of which is a spray nozzle carry.
- the arms can be swung up and down as well as being turned sideways.
- Controlling the nozzle heads and moving the arms takes place via a special control.
- Such Control can e.g. thanks to pneumatic piston-cylinder units be realized.
- the control device is outside of the boiler to be cleaned.
- DE-PS 32 10 339 is a device for cleaning Containers known by means of a pressure jet.
- the nozzle of this The device has several eccentrically to its longitudinal axis aligned water outlet channels.
- the longitudinal axes of this Outlet channels do not cut through the longitudinal axis of the nozzle.
- the nozzles are in one when water escapes Rotational movement brought about their common longitudinal axis.
- Another device for cleaning is known from DE-A1 0 320 399 a vessel known, in contrast to the above Device by arranging an additional Nozzle the nozzle head around a vertical axis, for example can be rotated.
- the nozzle head rotates with it on the one hand about its longitudinal axis and on the other hand it rotates around another axis that is oriented transversely to its axis of rotation is.
- the rotational movement is determined by a first one Group of orifices on the nozzle head causes while the rotary movement by another, additionally provided Exit opening is realized. That from this for turning of the nozzle head provided further outlet opening Water has no practically usable cleaning effect.
- the invention has for its object an improved Device for cleaning the inside wall of a wine barrel specify the technically simple and economically favorable can be operated and used.
- This invention is characterized by the features of claim 1 given.
- this device is distinguished according to the invention characterized in that the angular momentum of the rotating and additional depending on another axis rotating nozzle so different from the rotational position of their outlet channel is large that related to an angle of rotation of 360 degrees, the nozzle has an effective torque around the axis of rotation has a total value greater than zero.
- the Invention uses the knowledge that it is known through a eccentrically arranged nozzle outlet opening a nozzle to bring it into rotation. However, such a nozzle cannot additionally in rotation about a transverse to this axis of rotation aligned axis of rotation can be rotated.
- the invention creates the additional rotational movement is not due to an additional one Exit opening, as for example from EP-A1 0 320 399 is known, but changes the angular momentum of the rotating nozzle during its rotation. This can be a Remaining torque is greater with a rotation angle of 360 degrees Zero can be realized. This residual torque can then for additional rotation of the nozzle around an additional axis of rotation be exploited.
- the changeable angular momentum can, according to a further development of Invention by changing the amount of exiting the nozzle Water can be realized.
- a first rotation angle range that leaves the rotating nozzle Amount of water can be greater than 360 degrees supplementary second rotation angle range. This leaves based on 360 degrees, an impulse force greater than zero remains can then be used for the additional rotational movement.
- a simpler constructive training for a corresponding Device is the subject of the dependent claims and also embodiment shown in the drawing.
- nozzle head for example, two or more nozzles distributed around the circumference to form a nozzle head.
- the nozzle head is set in rotation by the fact that the Several nozzles present off-center to the axis of rotation Leak the water out of the head.
- the inflow to the nozzles takes place evenly through the nozzles connecting annulus.
- the annulus is through an inflow opening fed that line with the inflow line connected is.
- the momentum is from this Nozzle larger than the other nozzles in this one Rotation position not positioned exactly above the access opening are.
- the device according to the invention is characterized by a further embodiment characterized in that in the Nozzle head opening an open in its end area Surrounds suction line concentrically. So it is possible the water emerging from the nozzle head at the same time to suck from the wine barrel. This arrangement is also space-saving in cross-section.
- the entire device can be in the area of a feed and a Drain hose are provided. It made sense highlighted, at least the areas of the suction line and the supply line, which is rotating in the area and itself rotating nozzle head lie to form rigid. In order to can the entire device as an overall rigid, in Cross-section space-saving rod-like structure through the Bunghole of a wine barrel in a simple way in the wine barrel used, parked there like a rack and after completion can be removed for cleaning.
- a cleaning device 10 can by a in a wine barrel 14th existing bung hole 12 are inserted (Fig. 3). In a more detailed manner, this can then be used Cleaning device 10 by means of the inside of the wine barrel 14 water emerging from the cleaning device 10 can be cleaned.
- the cleaning device 10 has an outer tube 16.
- the tube 16 is closed at its upper end 18.
- This end 18 connected pipe section 20 can a hose connection connected to the pipe section 20 water be passed into the interior of the tube 16.
- Another tube 22 is inserted in the tube 16. This tube 22 leads out from the end 18 to the outside.
- This inner Tube 22 is open at its lower end 24 (Fig. 3). In the area of this lower end 24 are on the inner tube 22nd foot-like stand 26 attached. In this way, the inner Pipe 22 placed on the bottom 28 of the wine barrel 14 be that the lower, open end 24 of the tube 22 at a distance is positioned to the floor 28.
- the pipe section 50 moves up to a sleeve 30 which is the lower End of the inner tube 22 surrounds.
- This sleeve 30 is via staggered grub screws 32 immovably held the tube 22.
- the sleeve 30 has an annular Shoulder 34 on which the pipe section 50 with its lower Sitting in the end of 36.
- the sleeve 30 projects with one annular projection 38 in the between the pipe section 50 and the inner tube 22 existing space 40. This can the pipe section 20 into the pipe 16 and in the pipe section 50 does not discharge water from the bottom Flow out pipe section 50. A small leak in the joint area between the shoulder 34 and the sleeve 30 and the lower End 36 of pipe section 50 is irrelevant.
- the pipe section 50 can thus around the common longitudinal axis 52 of the two tubes 16, 22 can be rotated. At this turn the pipe 16 remains untwisted with its pipe section 20. At the rotation of the pipe section 50 slides in the area of the upper Butt 48 on the lower end of the tube 16 and with its lower end 36 on the shoulder 34 of the sleeve 30. This Rotation is by exiting from a spray head 54 Water 56, which is fastened to the tube section 50, causes.
- the spray head 54 has a pipe section 60, the longitudinal axis of which 62 across, i.e. in the present case at an angle of 90 Degree, aligned with the longitudinal axis 52 of the tubes 16, 50, 18 is.
- the tube piece 60 is at one end 64 in the Wall of the pipe section 50 screwed so that its interior 66 is in line with the space 40.
- the other end of this pipe section 60 is through an end wall 68 closed.
- In the pipe section 60 is one - in the present Example case only - opening 70 is present. This Opening 70 creates a conduit connection between the interior 66 and an annular space 72 surrounding the pipe section 60.
- This annular space 72 is laterally framed by a plurality of in the present example, two nozzles 76, 78 carrying Runner 80.
- This runner 80 is framed on one side from the pressure pipe 50 and on the other hand from one of the End wall 68 of radially projecting annular shoulder 82.
- the runner 80 is on the one hand on the outside of the pipe section 60 and on the other hand on the side delimiting it Surfaces of the tube section 50 and the shoulder 82 slidably held.
- the rotor 80 has several, in the present example case two nozzles 76, 78 screwed into it. Those in the nozzles trained outlet channels 84, 86 open into the annular space 72 in.
- the longitudinal axis 88 of each nozzle 76, 78 is spaced apart r (FIG. 2) to the longitudinal axis 62 of the pipe section 60 in this way, the spray head can be discharged by water 56 54 are set in rotation about the axis 62. That from the Nozzles 76, 78 leaking water 56 can thus be the inner wall clean the wine barrel 14.
- the nozzles 76, 78 are injected into the annular space 82 Water supplied. This applies in the present example for both nozzles 76, 78 too.
- Position is the nozzle 76 with its outlet channel 84 the opening 70 positioned in the pipe section 60 is. This allows the inflow from the interior 66 Exit water directly through nozzle 76. From the nozzle 76 will be more in the position shown in the drawing Leaving water than simultaneously from the other nozzle 78 exit. The amount of water exiting the nozzle 76 causes an impulse force 90 greater than that of the nozzle 78 simultaneously assigned impulse force 92.
- the spray head 54 rotates 93 ⁇ m brought the axis 62.
- the impulse force 90 causes which in the present example with increasing and decreasing Size in the area of an angle window 94 acts in algebraic Addition with the other impulse force 92 a residual impulse force, which is the result of the algebraic addition of the two Impulse forces 90, 92 results.
- This residual momentum force is only within this window 94 greater than zero and thereby within a given direction, causes one around Longitudinal axis 52 acting torque.
- the spray head 54 will due to this residual impulse force (impulse force 90 minus Impulse force 92) rotated about the longitudinal axis 52. This rotation is only effective because the two impulse forces 90, 92 are not the same size.
- the spray head 54 thus gets whenever one of the nozzles 76 or 78 with its outlet channel always gets into the area of the opening 70 angular momentum acting in the same direction around the axis 52.
- a plurality of openings can also be circumferential be distributed on the pipe section 60. It is just make sure that depending on the number of existing nozzles 76, 78 in a first rotation range more water escapes than in the other supplemented to 360 degrees Rotation range. This can be done through different distribution of the openings and / or through openings of different sizes be realized. It would also be technically possible for the water to flow in into the nozzles depending on their rotational position to design differently. This could be due to External control or by self-control of the spray head 54 be made possible. The spray head 54 could thus rotate act on corresponding tax bodies. It is possible also, by acting differently on the spray head 54 To provide frictional forces for a residual impulse force.
- the speed of rotation depends on the size of the residual impulse force of the spray head 54 about the longitudinal axis 52. So could for example through an opening 70 more or less closing slide influence the speed of rotation be taken.
- the size of the rotation speed can also be constructive by the size of the eccentricity r Be influenced. Both the speed of rotation as well as the rotation speed must for the present Intended use should not be chosen very large. Not the Speed but the exit speed and thus the force with which the escaping water hits the inner wall of the wine barrel 14 is for cleaning purposes mainly authoritative.
- the present device has, apart from the constructive simple and technically fully satisfactory solution Advantage that they need space can be built very small.
- the device can thus without further through the 14 bung holes in wine barrels 12 can be easily inserted and exported.
- the water emerging from the spray head 54 can from the Suction pipe 22 sucked out of the wine barrel 14 at the same time will.
- the loosened dirt particles are then removed during suction also with through the suction pipe 22 from the wine barrel 14th promoted. If necessary, this can be done from the wine barrel 14 water led out through a filter arrangement and then used again for cleaning.
- the suction pipe 22 could then be positioned next to the tube 16. It would also be possible to loosen the dirt first and then after Removing the cleaning device 10 a suction pipe 22 in the Introduce wine barrel 14 and the splashed water together suck off with the detached dirt from the wine barrel 14.
