Definitions

  • the invention relates to pasty detergents, in particular for use in hand washing or stain removal as part of laundry pretreatment, the synthetic anionic surfactant and contain nonionic surfactant, and the use of specially adapted surfactant mixtures from alkyl polyethoxylate and an anionic surfactant combination of alkyl benzene sulfonate and Alkyl ether sulfate and / or alkyl sulfate for the production of such paste-like agents.
  • EP-A-295 021 discloses an aqueous surfactant system from at least 50% by weight of anionic surfactant, and at least 20% by weight of alkylbenzenesulfonate exists, and at least 2 wt .-% of an alkoxy group-bearing nonionic surfactant with an HLB value below 12, the proportion of the surfactant being at least 28% by weight of the total should be aqueous system, and the use of such a surfactant system for production of liquid spherulitic detergents.
  • the European patent application EP-A-145 065 relates to relatively low-viscosity aqueous surfactant concentrates, the alkylbenzenesulfonate, contain ethoxylated alcohol and alkyl sulfate.
  • cleaning agents which disperse solid particles in a pseudoplastic Have phase, which pseudoplastic phase is an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant with an HLB value in the range of 10 to 15, another surfactant with an HLB value in the Range from 6 to 10 and must contain a solvent.
  • Such means are also relative low viscosity.
  • Paste-like agents are usually based on those found in the household Needs matched so that they usually need to be sufficiently fluid to cater to themselves pour out easily from a bottle or squeeze out of a tube and let it dose.
  • There such detergents should also be stable in storage within relatively wide temperature ranges, one often does not get by without the addition of organic solvents and / or hydrotropes itself make no contribution to the washing or cleaning result and therefore are undesirable.
  • One way to avoid possible dosing problems with Sufficiently liquid agents are proposed in European patent application EP 253 151 A2. This document contains liquid, partly highly viscous detergents based on non-ionic and anionic surfactants known which contain polyethylene glycol as hydrotrope and packed into sachets of water-soluble material.
  • Paste-shaped Detacher which are characterized by a largely temperature-dependent behavior and 2.5-15% by weight of ethoxylated fatty alcohols as well as 15-30% by weight ether sulfate and 0.3-5% by weight Containing hydrotrope are described in German Offenlegungsschrift DT 16 17 139.
  • the flowability of such agents is determined by the content of hydrotropes from the class of benzene, Toluene and xylene sulfonates are achieved and can be improved by the addition of polyethylene glycol will. These substances do not contribute to the washing result and are therefore undesirable.

  • Sulfating reagents are sulfur trioxide and chlorosulfonic acid. After the actual sulfonation or sulfation the resulting sulfonic acids or sulfuric acid semiesters usually with aqueous bases, especially ammonium or alkali hydroxides, neutralized and converted to the salt form. Not implemented Sulfonation or sulfation reagent is produced by this neutralization step ammonium or alkali sulfate, in the case of Use of chlorosulfonic acid additionally ammonium or alkali chloride.
  • Synthetic anionic surfactants of the sulfate or sulfonate type thus prepared Relatively large amounts of the inorganic salts mentioned, often contained in portions that change from batch to batch.
  • the amount inorganic salts in liquid or pasty agents are known to work on the viscosity of these agents. If in the anionic surfactants Raw materials of such agents vary in quantities due to manufacturing inorganic salts are contained, particularly in the production paste-like agents using such anionic surfactants the danger of undesirable changes in viscosity.
  • a pasty agent based on long chain Alkyl sulfate as the only anionic surfactant has a maximum viscosity at relative has low salt contents of about 0.1% by weight to 0.25% by weight and already slightly higher salt contents (of about 0.5% by weight) to one for the viscosity reduction which is no longer acceptable to the user (expiry of the Using open lying tubes) up to about half the value of the mentioned maximum.
