Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Druckplatten des Plattenzylinders einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere bei einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einem Druckplattenwechsler (3) zum Zuführen einer neuen Druckplatte (5) zum Plattenzylinder (1) und zum Abfördern einer gebrauchten Druckplatte (2) vom Plattenzylinder (1) in einen Aufnahmebehälter (6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) für die gebrauchte Druckplatte (2) an den Druckplattenwechsler (3) anstellbar und von diesem abstellbar gelagert ist, und daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) eine in Druckrichtung der gebrauchten Druckplatte (2) verlaufende gekrümmte Form aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) oberhalb eines Druckwerkes verschwenkbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Krümmung des Aufnahmebehälters (6) in der Größenordnung derjenigen Krümmung liegt, welche die gebrauchte Druckplatte (2) aufweist, die von dem Plattenzylinder (1) abgefördert wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) durch ein Fünfgelenk, bestehend aus Heben (7, 8, 9) nebst einer durch Kurve (10) mit Rolle (11) gebildete Zwangsführung, verschwenkbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gebrauchte Druckplatte (2) dem Aufnahmebehälter (6) senkrecht zu der Förderrichtung der gebrauchten Druckplatte entnehmbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) zur Führung der gebrauchten Druckplatte (2) Bürsten aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) als ein offener, die gebrauchte Druckplatte (2) tragender Rahmen ausgebildet ist.
