Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une pointe de coeur (10) comportant une partie en pointe telle qu'un bloc en pointe (12), auquel sont soudés des segments de rail de raccordement (14, 16), la partie en pointe et les segments de rail de raccordement étant faits de nuances d'acier différentes et étant, après soudage, soumis à un traitement thermique commun,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le traitement thermique de l'ensemble constitué par les segments de rail de raccordement (14, 16) et la partie en pointe, s'effectue de manière que la partie en pointe présente une texture martensitique et que les segments de rail de raccordement ont une structure perlitique.
  2. Pointe de coeur (10) faite d'une partie en pointe telle qu'un bloc en pointe (12), auquel sont soudés des segments de rail de raccordement (14, 16), la partie en pointe et les segments de rail de raccordement étant faits de nuances d'acier différentes et étant, après soudage, soumis à un traitement thermique commun,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la pointe de coeur (10) et les segments de rail de raccordement ont été traités comme pièce unique, la partie en pointe (12) ayant une structure martensitique et les segments de rail de raccordement (14) ayant une structure perlitique, qui s'interpénètrent l'une dans l'autre à la liaison de leurs surfaces de soudure en contact.
  3. Pointe de coeur selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie en pointe (12) en forme de bloc est usinée du côté de son raccordement pour s'adapter géométriquement aux surfaces de soudure des segments de rail de raccordement (14, 16).
  4. Pointe de coeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie en pointe (12) est en acier spécial tandis que les segments de rail de raccordement (14, 16) sont en acier de rail.
  5. Pointe de coeur selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'acier de rail, à l'analyse, présente des teneurs pondérales de 0,73 à 0,79 % de C, de 0,86 à 0,99 % de Mn, de 0,21 à 0,32 % de Si, de 0,07 à 0,025 % de P, de 0,008 à 0,022 % de S, de 0,02 à 0,14 % de Cr, et de 0,000 % de Nb, ainsi que des impuretés usuelles résultant de la fusion.
  6. Pointe de coeur selon au moins la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'acier spécial est un acier traité sous vide qui présente des teneurs pondérales de 0,53 à 0,62 % de C, de 0,15 à 0,25 % de Si, de 0,65 à 1,1 % de Mn, de 0,8 à 1,3 % de Cr, de 0,05 à 0,11 % de Mo, de 0,05 à 0,11 % de V, ≤ 0,02 % de P, au choix jusqu'à 0,025 % d'Al, de 0,5 % de Nb, du fer résiduel ainsi que des impuretés usuelles résultant de la fusion, le rapport du Mn au Cr étant de 0,80 ≤ Mn : Cr ≤ 0,85 tandis que le rapport du Mo au V est de 1 environ.
