In der Einschublage 60' der Baueinheit von Fig. 3 halten die gegeneinander gerichteten Führungsflächen 61, 61' über die Hebel-Längskanten 56, 56' die beiden Hakenhebel 30, 30' in der Anklappstellung aneinander gedrückt. Dann liegt wieder ein ausreichend großer Durchlaß 57 zwischen den beiden äußeren Hakenschenkeln 31, 31' vor, um das Steuerglied 10 in seine äußerste Position 51 von Fig. 4, 5 bzw. 6 zu überführen. Das Steuerglied 10 liegt nur wieder außerhalb des Gehäuses 21. Der Flügel 12 ist vom Rahmen 11 entriegelt. Claims (16)

  1. Closing device for windows, doors, or the like, with a moveable stud-shaped control member (10) on the casement (12) or on the frame (11) of the window on the one hand, and with a stationary counter member (20) on the frame (11) or casement (12) on the other hand, wherein although the moveable control member (10) is fixed to a connecting rod (15), said connecting rod (15) is longitudinally displaceable (14) by means of a handle, and the control member (10) is displaceable between at least a closure position and a releasing position in relation to the stationary counter member (20), characterised in that the counter member (20) is provided with at least one catch lever (30, 30') having a catch aperture (33, 33'), pivotable by means of the control member (10) transversely to the plane of displacement (14) of the stud-shaped control member (10), in that its side facing away from the pivot bearing (46) of the catch lever (30, 30') is delimited by an outer catch limb (31, 31'), and in that in the closure position of the device, the catch lever (30, 30') is pivoted on the control member (10) until its catch aperture (33, 33') picks up the control member (10) and its outer catch limb (31, 31') engages in front of the control member, while, in the releasing position of the device, the catch lever (30, 30') is pivoted away from the control member (10) until its outer catch limb (31, 31') leaves the plane of displacement (14) of the stud-shaped control member (10).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the counter member (20) has a stationary housing (21) with a thrust guide (25) for the pivot bearing (46) of the catch lever (30, 30'), and in that during displacement (14) between the releasing and closing position, the control member (10) carries the catch lever (30, 30') with it, and compels its displacement in the housing between a pushed-out position (60) distinguishing the releasing position, and a pushed-in position (60') determining the closing position.
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the catch aperture (33, 33') is delimited on its side facing towards the pivot bearing (46) by an inner catch limb (32, 32') against which the control member (10) impacts when the control member (10) is pushed into (45) the housing (21), and passes from its releasing position into its closing position, while the control member (10) presses against the outer catch limb (31, 31') by contrast, when the control member (10) comes out (44) of the housing (21) and is transferred from its closing position into its releasing position.
  4. Device according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that - seen in the pushed-out position (60) and/or in the pushed-in position (60') of the catch lever (30, 30') - the inner and/or the outer catch limb (32, 32'; 31, 31') is inclined with respect to the plane of displacement (14) of the stud-shaped control member (10), whereby the force exerted by the control member (10) during displacement (14) on the catch limb (32, 32'; 31, 31') has a force component which effects the pivoting (35, 35') of the catch lever (30, 30') towards the control member (10) and/or the pivoting away (34, 34') of the catch lever (30, 30').
  5. Device according to one or more of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the housing (21) has, in addition to the thrust guide (25) for the pivot bearing (46), another guide surface (61, 61') for the catch lever (30, 30'), and in that when displacement takes place between its pushed-out and pushed-in position (60, 60') the catch lever (30, 30') slides along this guide surface (61, 61'), and at least in the pushed-in position, the guide surface (61, 61') keeps the catch lever (30, 30') pivoted towards (35, 35') the control member (10).
  6. Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the catch lever (30, 30') has a projection (39, 39') on its long side facing away from the catch aperture (33, 33'), and in that the housing (21) has a shoulder (59, 59') in front of which the projection (39, 39') engages in the pivoted away position (34, 34') of the catch lever (30, 30'), and in this way fixes the pushed-out position (60) of the catch lever (30, 30').
  7. Device according to one or more of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that a spring (50) is integrated into the housing (21), which spring seeks to transport the catch lever (30, 30') into its pivoted away position (34, 34').
  8. Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the catch lever (30) is configured with two arms (36, 37), composed of an outer catch arm (36) located on one side of the pivot bearing (46), which outer arm is provided with the catch aperture (33), and an inner catch arm (37) arranged on the other side of the pivot bearing (46), upon which inner arm the spring (50) acts.
  9. Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that although the force (58) of the spring (50) within the housing (21) is substantially parallel to the thrust guide (26) of the lever (30, 30'), it acts via an angled profile (38, 38') upon the end of the inner catch arm (37), and thereby exerts a turning moment upon the catch lever (30, 30').
  10. Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the pivot bearing (46) of the catch lever (30, 30') is seated on a slide (40), and the slide (40) is located in the thrust guide (25) of the housing (21).
  11. Device according to claim 10, characterised in that the spring (50) is integrated into the slide (40).
  12. Device according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that between the thrust guide (25, 27) in the housing (21) and the slide (40), end stops (42, 43) are provided which delimit the maximum push out and/or push in positions (60, 60') of the catch lever (30, 30') in the housing (21).
  13. Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the counter member (20) is provided with two catch levers (30, 30') pivotable in a mirror image of each other, with catch apertures (33, 33') facing one another, and a common control member (10) on the connecting rod (15) is allocated to the two catch apertures (33, 33'), and in the closing position, the two catch levers (30, 30') are folded (35, 35') one upon the other, and hold between them the control member (10) of the connecting rod (15) with their two catch apertures (33, 33'), but in the releasing position the two catch levers (30, 30') are spread apart (34, 34') from one another and produce between their outer catch limbs (31, 31') a passage (57) for the control member (10).
  14. Device according to claim 13, characterised in that in the spread apart position (34, 34') the inner catch limb (32, 32') of the two catch levers (30, 30') overlap one another, and are angled in opposite directions to one another.
  15. Device according to one of claims 13 or 14, characterised in that the two catch levers (30, 30') are provided with a common pivot bearing (46) in the housing (21) or on the slide (40).
  16. Device according to one or more of claims 13 to 15, characterised in that although two guide surfaces (61, 61') in the housing (21) are allocated to the two catch levers (30, 30'), which, in the pushed-in position (60') hold the two catch levers (30, 30') between them, and keep them folded against one another (35, 35'), only one common spring (50) is provided for the two catch levers (30, 30'), which seeks to spread (34, 34') the two catch levers (30, 30') apart from one another.
