Claims (3)
- Spulenkörper für die automatische Spulenbewicklung, insbesondere RM-Spulenkörper, bestehend aus einem zylindrischen Wickelkörper (103), einem Unterflansch (104), der mit Drahtführungsschlitze (112) bildenden und Lötstifte (113) tragenden seitlichen Ansätzen (111) versehen ist, und einem Oberflansch (105) der Mittel zur Aufnahme und Mitnahme des Spulenkörpers am Wickelautomaten aufweist die einen nach radial außen offenen Aufnahmeraum zum Zusammenwirken mit einem entsprechend geformten, in den Aufnahmeraum eingreifenden Gegenstück am Wickelautomaten aufweisen, wobei der Spulenkörper zur Verwendung mit einem zweiteiligen, den Spulenkörper (101) in seiner Hochebene mantelförmig umschließenden, durch eine elastische Klammeranordnung (109) zusammengehaltenen Kern (102) vorgesehen ist, der so geformt ist, daß die seitlichen Ansätze (111) des Unterflansches (104) und die Mittel des Oberflansches (105) zur Aufnahme und Mitnahme des Spulenkörpers (101) außerhalb des Kerns (102) liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem ungesättigten Polyester hergestellt ist, der durch Zugabemittel modifiziert ist, daß der Oberflansch (105) massiv ohne Ausnehmungen (10) ausgebildet ist und daß der nach radial außen offene Aufnahmeraum durch an der Oberseite des Oberflansches (105) angeordnete Stege (110) gebildet ist.
- Spulenkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Stege (110) vorgesehen sind, die schräg zueinander stehen und einen V-förmigen Aufnahmeraum begrenzen.
- Elektrische Spule mit einem Spulenkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2 und einem den Spulenkörper (101) in seiner Hochebene mantelförmig umschließenden zweiteiligen, in einer Horizontalebene (108) geteilten Kern (102), der den Oberflansch (105) des Spulenkörpers (101) nur teilweise abdeckt, und mit einer den Kern (102) zusammenhaltenden elastischen Klammeranordnung (109), die die Oberseite der Spule übergreift, sich federnd auf der Oberseite des Kerns (102) abstützt und auf der Oberseite des Kerns (102) mit seitlichen Ansätzen (116, 117) versehen ist, die seitlich vom Kern (102) nach unten abgewinkelte Schenkel (118, 119) aufweisen, die mit Vorspannung auf den Oberflansch (105) des Spulenkörpers (101) drücken und einer der seitlichen Ansätze (116, 117) auf die Stege (110) auf der Oberseite des Oberflansches (105) drückt.
