Claims (21)
- Linearverbinder (1) aus Kunststoff oder Metall für hohle Abstandsprofile eines Mehrscheibenisolierglases, mit einem flachen, länglichen Körper mit teilmassivem Querschnittsprofil, der dem Hohlraumquerschnitt der beiden miteinander geradlinig zu verbindenden Abstandsprofile wenigstens teilweise entspricht und der aus zwei Teilen besteht, von denen der eine Teil in das eine Abstandsprofil und der andere Teil in das andere Abstandsprofil einsteckbar sind und der zum Toleranzausgleich mit Klemmitteln in Form einer in Körperlängsrichtung (A) gewellten Oberflächenkontur (2) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) aus wenigstens je einer beidseitig der Körpermitte (3) etwa von dieser Mitte ausgehenden, sich in Richtung der Körperenden (4, 5) bis zu einem Wellental (C) erstreckenden muldenförmigen Vertiefung, die von diesem Tal in Richtung auf die Körperenden (4, 5) wieder ansteigt, um einen Wellenberg (D) zu bilden, besteht, der mit einem Wellenberg (E) im Bereich der Körpermitte (3) korrespondiert, wobei die Unterseite (7) und/oder die Oberseite (6) des Körpers (1) parallele Längsrippen (10, 11) aufweisen, die wenigstens teilweise an die Wellenkontur (2) angepasst sind, und daß die Unterseite (7) und/oder die Oberseite (6) des Körpers (1) etwa in der Mitte der Körperlänge (H) mit einer Schneidgratbremse (14, 15) versehen ist.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Körperlängsrichtung (A) gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) sich parallel zu den seitlichen Randkanten (21, 22) des Körpers (1) erstreckt.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Körperlängsrichtung (A) gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) sich schräg zu den seitlichen Randkanten (21, 22) des Körpers (1) erstreckt.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) nur auf beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Oberflächenseiten (6, 7) des Körpers (1) ausgebildet ist, die im Einbauzustand des Verbindes auf den dem Scheibenzwischenraum zugewandten bzw. abgewandten Abstandsprofilseiten liegen.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) auf der dem Scheibenzwischenraum zugewandten Seite (7) des Körpers (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) auf der dem Scheibenzwischenraum abgewandten Seite (6) des Körpers (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) auf allen Oberflächenseiten (6, 7, 8, 9) des Körpers (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) aus mehreren in Körperlängsrichtung (A) hintereinander angeordneten Wellenbergen (E, D) und Wellentälern (C) besteht.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) aus mehreren sowohl in Körperlängsrichtung (A) als auch in Körperquerrichtung (F) hintereinander angeordneten Wellenbergen und Wellentälern besteht.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) nur über einen Teil der Breite (G) des Körpers (1) erstreckt.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die gewellte Oberflächenkontur (2) nur über einen Teil der Länge (H) des Körpers (1) erstreckt.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körperenden (4, 5) ein verjüngtes Querschnittsprofil aufweisen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Längsrippen (10, 11) befindlichenh Nuten (12) eine Breite aufweisen, die der Rippenbreite in etwa entspricht.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigsstens einige der Nuten (12) an ihren beiden Enden (23, 24) offen sind.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu den Längsrippen (10) auf der Oberseite (6) des Körpers (1), die im Einbauzustand des Linearverbinders dem Scheibenzwischenraum abgewandt ist, eine bezüglich der Körperbreite mittig angeordnete Längsrippe (11) gehört, die Unterbrechungen (13) aufweist, in welche die Wandung des zugehörigen Abstandsprofils mechanisch hineinformbar ist.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidgratbremse (14, 15) von einer Quemut (17, 18) gebildet wird, die wenigstens einige der Längsrippen (10, 11) durchschneidet.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in wenigstens einer der Quemuten (17, 18) eine sich über die oberen Randkanten der Längsrippen (10, 11) hinauserstreckende Querrippe (16) als Abstandsprofilanschlag angeordnet ist.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsrippen (10, 11) zu beiden Seiten der Querrippe (16) in Richtung auf letztere keilförmig ansteigen.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der beiden Seitenflächen (8, 9) des Körpers (1) weitere Klemmittel in Form von zackenförmigen Profilierungen (19, 20) aufweist.
- Linearverbinder nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die zackenörmigen Profilierungen (19, 20) etwa in Körpermitte (3) befinden.
- Linearverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Körpers (1) mit Rückhaltenasen und/oder Federzungen als weitere Klemmittel versehen ist.
