Definitions
- the invention relates to a hanger according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a hanger is known from DE-U-9 409 927.
- Hangers are not only used in private households Hang up jackets, sweaters, shirts, suits, dresses and the like are used. They are also used to transport Clothing in a clothing factory and from the clothing factory used to the sales outlets. For the sake of Environmental protection is a reuse of such hangers to strive for.
- Hangers like that from DE-U-93 07 563 known transport brackets have a high stability and are intended for reuse. The reuse requires hangers from customers and retail outlets be brought back. To reuse make it easier and as little as possible for the return transport To take up space, the hangers should be in one Carton or other container should be returned as orderly as possible become. Conventional transport brackets become one of them sometimes in special containers for return transport in inserted in an orderly manner.
- the invention has for its object a hanger to be trained so that the storage and transport of the Hangers in the unused condition can be simplified and to facilitate reuse.
- hanger Due to the stackability of the hanger, two or more hangers sorted without special aids placed on top of each other, i.e. stacked.
- the stackability both facilitates insertion into a transport container as well as taking it out of the shipping container. The entire stack can then be moved in with a single movement any container of a suitable size can be inserted, and it is no longer necessary to hang each hanger to take individually in the hand and to put in the container.
- the stackability can be done in the manner indicated realize any type of hanger, especially at injection molded plastic hangers, but also at Hangers made of other materials e.g. wooden, Metal wire or cardboard.
- Profiles are made on the ends of the temple body Stacked shoes pushed on or put on, the come to lie in one another when hangers with such Stacked shoes are placed on top of each other.
- the stacking shoes are like this trained that in their contour the bending of the ends the bracket body and the inward hook adapted are and a distance approximately equal to the material thickness have the bracket body. They have areas that the Partially span the hook. The surfaces are in one direction offset so that the one surface a depression and the other surface forms an elevation.
- the stacked shoes can be designed so that they are like a bag in Direction of the longitudinal extent of the temple body or as The groove can be pushed perpendicular to the ends of the bracket body are. By deepening and not increasing surfaces resting on the bracket body, spanning the hook snap the stack shoes in the pocket-shaped embodiment on the temple body ends.
- the stacked shoes designed so that the Clothes that are hung on the hanger are not affected in particular, no permanent deformation is experienced.
- the stack shoes therefore have an overall smooth surface without protruding sharp edges.
- Temple wire made of metal wire are often covered with an anti-slip Coating, e.g. made of soft PVC.
- an anti-slip Coating e.g. made of soft PVC.
- Hangers according to the invention are the ends of the coat hanger and thus a possible non-slip Coating on the ends of the stack shoes covered, so dust protection bags without difficulty too pulled over the frame with a non-slip coating can be.
- the lateral end region is one Shackle body 10 shown.
- the suspension hook is of the usual type and is therefore not shown.
- the end of the bracket body 10 is bent into an angular shaped hook 14, respectively from an essentially horizontal, after inside section 16, from the inside End vertically upwards and slightly inclined outwards Stick out the hook ends.
- the bracket body 10 including the Hook 14 consists of a round wire or a rolled one Wire from e.g. 4 mm diameter.
- a stacking shoe 20 is attached.
- the stack shoe 20 consists of a trough-shaped section 22, which accordingly the end region of the bow body 10 is bent and at the end is angled approximately at right angles and up to about half of the horizontal section 16 of the bracket body 10 extends.
- the hook 14 stretches one Level up and the groove 22 is perpendicular to this level open and gets on the hook with this open side postponed.
- At the free edge of the channel 22 can be The ends of the flat noses 24 point inwards so that the groove 22 snaps around the wire of the bracket body 10.
- the one formed by the stacking shoe, corresponding to the hook shape Bow is made of two parallel to each other Surfaces 26, 28 partially spanned. These areas will be on one side through the part of the channel 22, which is from that on the horizontal section 16 of the hook 14 end to a point at about half of the main section extends, and on the other hand through the chord 30 connecting these two points is limited.
- One surface 26 is approximately a third of the distance Radius of the bow body wire offset from the central plane 29 arranged while the other surface 28 on the other side of this central plane 29 and a distance approximately equal to the diameter of the bow body wire from the Has area 26.
- the closed side of the gutter 22 and the The outside of the surface 26 thereby forms a depression, the closed outside of the channel 22 one Surface 26 partially surrounding raised edge 32 forms.
- the outside of the surface 28 joins, as in FIGS. 2 to 4 recognizable in this recess if several with such Stacking shoes 20 provided hangers congruent be placed on top of each other.
- Figure 4 is the clarity for the sake of the hook 14 omitted.
- Figures 5 to 8 show an embodiment in which the stacking shoe 20 in the spanned by the hook 14 Plane pushed onto the end region of the bracket body 10 becomes.
- the stacking shoe 20 is pocket-shaped.
- the closed edge of the bag lies on the curved one Area of the temple body end to about half of the horizontal section 16.
- the inward-facing edge the pocket, which is approximately aligned with the tendon 30 of FIG. 1 covers is open.
- the closed, outward-facing edge 34 is spanned by cheeks 36, 38, both in the same direction are offset, so that the upper in Figure 6 Cheek 36 protrudes over the circumferential edge while the lower cheek 38 is recessed.
- the stacking shoe 20 of the Embodiment of Figures 5 to 8 thereby snaps positively around the end region of the bow body 10.
- the hook 14 omitted.
