Definitions
- the invention relates to a hanger with a hanger body Plastic, in the middle, upper area of a hanging device is arranged and the two are on both sides of the suspension device extending bracket arms, which consists of a downwardly open, preferably consist of a U-shaped hollow profile, the free, outer end portion of each bracket arm at least one hook for receiving a hanging loop of an item of clothing is arranged.
- suspension device is usually in the middle of the A metallic hook for hanging on a clothes rail attached.
- the suspension device can also be a have a different shape and e.g. be designed as a closed eyelet. It is also possible to attach a plastic hanger directly at the Production of the temple body by injection molding on the temple body to form.
- German patent application DE 43 17 439 discloses a clothes hanger, in which to form different hooks in the end area of the two bracket arms on the two mutually parallel walls of the down open U-profile two congruent approaches molded from plastic are, which after demolding the bracket from the injection mold merged and at least partially connected to each other become.
- the manufacturing process of this hanger includes only an injection molding process. However, a postprocessing procedure is required be provided in which the two congruent approaches below of the bracket body assembled and connected together (usually welded).
- the coat hanger described here also shows a hook protruding from the contour of the bracket body at the bottom, which can break off in a hurry or improper handling of the bracket.
- the object of the present invention is a simple and inexpensive to create hangers, with the risk of breaking off of the hook in the end area of the bow arms and the risk of unintentional interlocking with a textile product is reduced.
- the bracket according to the invention can simply in a single injection molding process without any additional processing steps are manufactured. Due to the breakthrough, the material requirement even reduced compared to a bracket without a hook.
- the second wall is continuous, i.e. it is not a breakthrough provided to form a hook. This creates a coat hanger with a homogeneous appearance.
- the opposite Walls of the U-shaped hollow profile, which are suspended in Condition of the coat hanger are essentially vertical, are in all Usually largely congruent. Because the hook in only one of the is molded in both walls, it does not form over the profile of the Walls protruding section.
- the clothes hanger according to the invention has a homogeneous Appearance, since it does not protrude beyond the contour of the bow arms Has sections for forming the hook.
- the clothes hanger according to the invention has a homogeneous Appearance, since it does not protrude beyond the contour of the bow arms Has sections for forming the hook.
- the opening is visible.
- the viewer does not see any areas free of plastic material because the opposite, essentially congruent Wall of the U-profile is continuous.
- the two mutually opposite walls preferably run the bracket arms parallel to each other and are essentially in one Level.
- the width of the U-profile forming the bracket body i.e. the Distance between the opposite walls, can be less than 1 cm. This creates a flat temple body, which can be stacked in large quantities with a small footprint.
- This is an essential property of the bracket according to the invention as a result the transport volume when the bracket is transported to the manufacturing sites of textile goods, which are not uncommon in countries like China, Tru or Turkey, is significantly reduced. Because of the invention trained hook there is no risk that the Removal of a hanger from a cardboard box with one another lying flat Iron the hooks with an adjacent hook on another hanger hooked. Every breakthrough to form a hook is one Opposite wall with no breakthrough, so that an interlocking of the Hook on the temple ends is largely excluded.
- the breakthrough for the formation of the hook is preferably from one free edge of the wall having the opening.
- One of those the back web connecting the two opposite walls outbound breakthrough would be a breakthrough within the back bridge Require yourself to allow hanging a loop.
- the opening should be from the inner edge of the wall going out, i.e. from the edge of the wall, which in the suspended state the bracket of the vertical center line between the two Is facing bracket arms.
- the breakthrough runs from this edge outwards and then downwards so that the hook-like shape is trained.
- the wall has the breakthrough a section protruding into the breakthrough Plastic material that forms part of the hook.
- This Section secures a carrier suspended in the hook against unintentional Slipping out.
- the hook is preferably a curved and projecting downward End section provided, the additional security against accidental Slips a carrier from the hook offers.
- the hanger shown in Fig. 1 comprises a hanger body 1 and a hook fastened in its middle, upper area, which the Suspension device 2 forms.
- the bracket body 1 is vertical Center line formed symmetrically and includes two bracket arms 3.4.
- the bow body 1 consists of a U-shaped, downward open hollow profile with a front wall 5 and a rear Wall 6.
- the bracket arms 3, 4 run in the suspended state of the Bracket (see. Fig. 1 and 2) obliquely downwards, the parallel to each other Walls (5, 6) in the upper and the outer, lateral areas by means of a connecting web 7 forming the back of the support arms 3, 4 are interconnected.
- each Contour of the support arms there is an indentation in each Contour of the support arms and thus in the course of the connecting web 7 provided, on each support arm 3, 4 one of the end region of the Support arm to the hook 2 pointing retaining tongue 8 is formed, which of Inclusion of the wearer of clothing, for example nightgowns or clothes.
- the retaining tongue 8 is from the prior art known.
- each support arm is in the front wall 5 of the hanger on An opening 9 is provided in the end region of each support arm.
- the breakthrough runs in a first section 10 from the inner edge of the front Wall 5 of the bracket arm 3, 4 starting essentially horizontally Outside.
- a second section 11 adjoins this first section 10 of the breakthrough that runs downwards so that from the remaining Material of the front wall 5 a hook is formed.
- the hook has an outgoing from the inner edge of the wall 5, in the opening protruding section 12.
- At this hook section 12 is followed by a curved end portion 13 of the hook which is inside of the breakthrough This will keep the hook in the Breakthrough 9 introduced hanging loop reliably fixed and avoided unwanted slipping out of the hanging loop. Only through conscious Threading the suspension loop into the channel between the end section 13 of the hook and the adjacent portion of the front wall 5 can the hanging loop is removed.
- the hook formed by the opening 9 can not with a Hook the hook of an adjacent stirrup as it is within the contour of the Support arms 3, 4 is formed and the opposite rear wall 6 of Bracket has no breakthrough.
- FIGS. 4-6 show different alternative embodiments of the end regions of the arm 3 according to the invention, each in plan view of the front wall 5.
- Fig. 4 shows the simplest design of the hook. From the inner edge starting from the front wall 5 of the arm 3 is a first horizontal Section 10 'of the opening 9' recessed, to which a wider vertical gate 11 'of the opening 9' connects.
- the hereby formed hook in the front wall 5 is curved only once has no protrusion within the opening 9 ', the one Can hold back hanging loop.
- the hanger according to the invention for the viewer receives a homogeneous appearance that the The viewer behind the opening 9 ', 9' ', 9' '' the continuous rear Wall 6 of the bracket sees, which with the front wall 5 is congruent. Due to the nearby, continuous, rear Wall 5 is also an unwanted snagging of the breakthrough 9.9 ', 9' ', 9' '' formed hook with another bracket or with largely avoided a textile object.
- Fig. 5 shows one of the mouth of the opening 9 '' starting in the inner edge of the front wall 5, curved trending hook.
- the breakthrough 9 ′′ is here helical, so that it leads a substantially horizontal outward Section 10 '' and a substantially downward section 11 ''.
- Similar to the embodiment of Fig. 1 is the end section 14 of the hook formed by the opening 9 ′′ curved and forms a retaining lug for the retention of a textile hanging loop.
- FIG. 6 shows an alternative embodiment of the end region of the bow arm 3, in which the opening 9 '' 'in the lower edge at the end of the front wall 5 of the arm 3 opens.
- the opening 9 '' ' runs in the suspended state of the bracket vertically upwards and then curves towards the middle of the frame.
- a vertically downward part of the opening which forms the inside of the hook.
- Similar to Fig. 5 is the hook end 15 curved and thus forms a support for one of the hook worn hanging loop.
