Description
Claims (15)
- Messer (10) mit Wechselklinge (16), wie Entgratemesser für Kunststoffteile od.dgl., mit einem Griffkörper (11), dessen vorderer Griffbereich (12) gemeinsam mit einem Schieber (15) einen durch Keilflächen (22, 23) zustellbaren Klemmspalt (SP) zur Aufnahme der Wechselklinge (16) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Griffbereich (12) einen frei vorragenden Klemmfortsatz (13) mit trapezförmigem Querschnitt bildet, auf welchen mit seinem hinteren Ende (18) voran der Schieber (15) aufgesteckt ist, welcher eine hinterschnittene Klemmnut (14) mit trapezförmigem Querschnitt besitzt, wobei Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) und die letzterer zugewandte Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) zwischen sich den Klemmspalt (SP) bilden, wobei Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) und Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) einerseits sowie beide Klemmnutseitenflächen (22) und beide korrespondierenden Klemmfortsatzseitenflächen (23) andererseits parallel zueinander verlaufen und wobei sich Klemmfortsatz (13) und Klemmnut (14) zu ihren vorderen freien Enden (17, 20) hin kontinuierlich verjüngen, derart, daß die Klemmnutbreite (BN) und, korrespondierend auch die Breite (BF) des Klemmfortsatzes (13), zu den vorderen freien Enden (20; 17) des Schiebers (15) und des Klemmfortsatzes (13) kontinuierlich abnehmen.
- Messer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmnuthöhe (HN) und, korrespondierend die Höhe (HF) des Klemmfortsatzes (13), zu den vorderen freien Enden (20; 17) des Schiebers (15) und des Klemmfortsatzes (13) hin kontinuierlich abnehmen.
- Messer nach Anspruch 1 oder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (15) zumindest in einem Axialbereich ringförmig geschlossen ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (15) mittels eines in seinem hinteren Bereich (bei 18) angeordneten, die Klemmnut (14) überbrückenden, stoffschlüssig angebundenen Steges (25) ringförmig geschlossen ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (25) quer von der Klemmnut (14) weg aufragt und als Schieber-Handhabe ausgebildet ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) und Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) im Vergleich zur axialen Länge der Wechselklinge (16) überlang ausgebildet sind, derart, daß die Wechselklinge (16) innerhalb des Klemmspaltes (SP) in einer axial zurückgeschobenen Position gänzlich aufnehm- und verklemmbar ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (15) eine die Schieberwandung (30) im Bereich der Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) durchbrechende Sichtöffnung (31) aufweist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (15) mindestens einen von seinem hinteren Ende (18) nach hinten ragenden und im vorderen Griffbereich (12) mit axialem Bewegungsraum (35) einrastbaren Rastarm (28) aufweist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (15) nur einen Rastarm (28) aufweist, der sich etwa parallel zum Klemmfortsatz (13) erstreckt, quer zur Messer-Längsachse (x) einfederbar ist und ein hammerkopfförmiges Rastende (32) aufweist, welches in eine in ihrem vorderen Ende Axialanschläge (33) aufweisende Rastnut (34) mit axialem Bewegungsraum (35) einrastbar ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich am hinteren Ende (bei 18) der Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) eine Wechselklingen-Führungsfläche (29) bündig anschließt, welche von der der Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) zugewandten Breitfläche des Rastarms (28) gebildet ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 9 oder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnut-Grundfläche (48) bündig an die Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) angeschlossen ist und an einem rückwärtigen Anschlag (49) endet.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) und Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) je einen mittig angeordneten, axial verlaufenden, nutartigen Einschnitt (36) mit etwa halbkreisförmigem Querschnitt zur Aufnahme des Rundschaftes (37) einer Rundschaft-Entgrateklinge (38) aufweisen.
- Messer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Klemmnutgrundfläche (19) und Klemmfortsatzgrundfläche (21) anstelle einer Wechselklinge (16) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt ein plättchenförmiger Adapter (40) desselben Querschnittes zur Lagerung des Rundschaftes (37) einsetzbar ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der plättchenförmige Adapter (40) in mittiger Anordnung einen mit den beiden nutartigen Einschnitten (36) fluchtenden, nach vorn offenen, in Axialrichtung hinterschnittenen Adapterschlitz (42) aufweist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rückwärtige Stirnfläche (50) des plättchenförmigen Adapters (40) gegen den rückwärtigen Anschlag (49) am axialen Ende der Rastnutgrundfläche (48) stößt, während die vordere Stirnfläche (51) des plättchenförmigen Adapters (40) mit dem vorderen freien Ende (17) des Klemmfortsatzes (13) bündig ist.
