Claims (7)
- Bogenführende Trommelanordnung für eine Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise zwischen Druckwerken oder Weiterverarbeitungseinheiten, mit einem Trommelkörper (4) mit mindestens einer am Umfang angeordneten Greiferbrücke (6, 7), sowie einer benachbart angeordneten Bogenleiteinrichtung (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Trommelkörper (4) stirnseitig angeordnete in Seitengestellen (14) gelagerte Wellenzapfen (15) und zwei Tragscheiben (16)aufweist, die mit den Wellenzapfen (15) konzentrisch auf einer gestellfesten Achse (8) drehbar gelagert und durch mindestens eine umlaufende Greiferbrücke (6, 7) verbunden sind, wobei auf der Achse (8) innerhalb des Greiferhüllkreises (5) eine Blaseinrichtung (9) gestellfest fixiert ist, um die die Greiferbrücken (6, 7) rotierbar sind und die der Blaseinrichtung (9) benachbarte Bogenleiteinrichtung (12) pneumatisch mittels Blasluft beaufschlagbar ist. - Bogenführender Trommelanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blaseinrichtung (9) mit Ventilatoren oder einer externen Luftversorgung gekoppelt ist. - Bogenführender Trommelanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf der Achse (8) zwei Tragarme (17) fixiert sind, die durch die Blaseinrichtung (9) verbunden sind. - Bogenführender Trommelanordnung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blaseinrichtung (9) eine annähernd konvexe äußere Kontur aufweist. - Bogenführender Trommelanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blaseinrichtung (9) zusätzlich mindestens eine separate Luftaustrittsöffnung aufweist, deren Luftströmung annähernd tangential gegen einen vorgeordneten Druckzylinder (2) gerichtet ist. - Bogenführender Trommelanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Blaseinrichtung (9) ein Blasrohr (10) benachbart ist, dessen Luftströmung annähernd tangential gegen den vorgeordneten Druckzylinder (2) gerichtet ist. - Bogenführender Trommelanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragscheiben (16) zum Hüllkreis (5) im wesentlichen als Sekanten verlaufen.
