Definitions
- the invention relates to a door drive for a gate on one Building, in particular a garage, according to the generic term of Claim 1.
- Such a door drive is known from both US-A-2 909 718 also known from GB-A-1 480 733. There is provided in each case to connect the intermediate link to the driver in such a way that manual unlocking is not possible.
- US-A-3 066 729 shows one attached to a support rail Door operator with a device that enables the connection of the intermediate link with the driver to release manually. After releasing this connection, the pontic is along of the tension member slidable in one direction. This makes possible, the closed gate in the event of a drive failure open manually. A manual closing of the opened gate is not possible.
- DE-A-21 17 325 shows a door operator with a tubular Carriage guide on which a carriage slides.
- the pontic has a guide part and a two-armed lever designed lever part.
- German utility model 77 29 336 discloses a door drive, in which a track attached to the garage ceiling is provided in which the driver is guided.
- this object is achieved by a door drive, having the features of claim 1. It is not meant to be excluded during operation be that the gate also has a certain management function on the intermediate link connected to it could exercise.
- a door equipped with a door drive according to the invention can both manually in the event of a malfunction of the door operator can be opened and closed.
- the former function corresponds to that of an emergency release.
- the door drive according to the invention has no running rail on. Therefore, it is cheaper to manufacture and sell since it consists of fewer individual parts and is packed particularly small can be.
- the assembly is also simplified because the alignment and attaching the running rail to the building ceiling is not necessary.
- the door operator can be easily opened without a running track adapt different buildings.
- the length of the tension member can be easily selected so large that the drive unit on the back wall of the building can be installed. It is often easier and also reduces the upward noise transmission any living spaces there.
- a door drive according to the invention can be used on buildings with small Lintel heights can be attached. Since the two dreams of the tension member may not necessarily have to run in parallel Deflection device can be very small and for example a deflection roller of only 30 mm in diameter. The deflection device can be mounted on the masonry or on a door frame or be installed as standard in this. A fall height of 20 mm can be sufficient.
- the tension member is preferably a round cord, preferably made of Plastic, or a high-quality belt, for example a roller shutter belt.
- a tension member costs only a fraction of one Chain and can therefore be dimensioned so generously by the manufacturer that it is normally in question for anyone to install coming building from the gate to the back wall. It can at assembly can be easily shortened with scissors or pliers.
- a door drive according to the invention can therefore easily be attached to a Adapt a variety of building dimensions and door heights. It only needs one version of the door operator manufactured and stored to become. Furthermore, such a tension member does not need to be lubricated to become.
- the Driver strand of the tension member between the drive unit and deflection device freely stretched that is, it is not between components between the drive unit and the deflection device led, which are attached to the building.
- a strand should also be considered freely stretched if it is only on the other strand.
- the driver non-showing strand does not need to be freely stretched out be.
- it can have one or more roles run to sag the particularly long tension members to reduce the entrained strand.
- both strands of the tension member are freely stretched.
- the door drive has particularly few Items on.
- the driver is preferred only with a strand of Tension member and connected to the intermediate member. However, he can also be guided by the other strand of the tension member. This prevents the tension member from sagging too much, without this having to be particularly tense.
- To automatically shut off the door operator in at least to effect an end position of the gate preferably has at least one strand of the tension member on a switching piece, which is set up, a switch in an end position of the gate to operate.
- the switch is preferably in a housing Drive unit installed. It is beneficial if both dreams have corresponding contact pieces and two switches are provided are so that the drive unit in both end positions of the Tores switches off automatically.
- the contact pieces are preferred attachable at any point of the tension member or at least slidable. It is then easily possible from the The distance traveled by the driver, in particular the gate height.
- the unlocking device is used in particular for emergency unlocking. It is preferably accessed from a gate lock Pull rope operated.
- the emergency release is pressed, is it is desirable that the pontic does not simply fall off, but is guided by the tension member such that the Pontic, starting from a starting position in which it is with connected to the driver is, after pressing the emergency release and swiveling the By pivoting the gate again into the gate Starting position, in which it is connected to the driver, traceable is.
- the gate can then, for example in the event of a power failure, after opening the emergency release. Moving only the intermediate link, namely along the tension member. Becomes the gate is now closed again manually, the intermediate link moves back to the original position.
- the emergency release is preferably designed so that the connection between Driver and intermediate link is automatically restored, if the driver and intermediate link are in their original position relative to one another take in.
- the intermediate member preferably has a guide part and a lever part, the lever part being pivotable as two arms is formed with the gate connected lever, one of which Arm is pivotally connected to the guide member, and with it other arm a connecting element to unlock the Tores is connected.
- a particularly safe drive against slipping of the tension member can be three with one groove each for receiving the tension member provided gears arranged in a cloverleaf shape are wrapped by the tension member in each case to more than 180 ° will. Preferably only one of the three gears is used driven and this gear from the tension member as far as possible to Example at 300 °, entwined.
- FIG. 1 shows a gate 10 with a rigid in this example, tiltable door leaf 11 and a frame 14, the integral part of the building. Furthermore, a lintel 15, the ceiling 16 and rear wall 17 of a garage shown. Immediately over the frame 14, a deflection device 20 is attached to the lintel 15. On the rear wall 17 is a drive unit 30 which has a housing 31, fastened with two mounting brackets 32, 33.
- a tension member 40 um consisting of a roller shutter belt, which has a lower run 41 and an upper run 42.
- a switching piece 43 is attached and on the upper Run 42 a switching piece 44.
- a driver 50 attached (Fig.2 and 3).
- the lower run 41 is through an intermediate member 60 with an upper Edge of the door leaf 11 connected.
- the intermediate member 60 has a guide member 70 and a lever member 80.
- the deflection device 20 has a holding bracket 21 on and this in turn has an axis 22 on which a rotating roller 23 is rotatably mounted.
- the guide part 70 has a guide housing 71 that the driver 50 encloses.
- a catch 72 in the guide housing 71 slidably mounted in a circumferential groove 55 of the driver 50 engages.
- the catch 72 is by a spring 77, in example shown a helical compression spring, which is in a section 73 of the catch 72 is located on her lower end to the guide housing 71 and at its upper end is based on the edge of the cutout 73 of the catch 72, upwards charged.
- An unlocking lever 75 is connected by an axis 74 the detent 72 connected. A straight end portion of the release lever 75 relies on an area of the guide housing 71.
- a pull cable 90 leads through a bore 78 of the unlocking lever 75 to a lock, not shown, for locking the door leaf 11.
- the guide part 70 finally has an axis 79, which in an elongated hole 83 of the lever part 80 engages.
- the lever part 80 is designed as a two-armed lever 81, the upper lever arm 82 ends in slot 83.
- the lower lever arm 85 has one Bolt 86 around which a loop of a connecting element 91, which is designed as a pull rope, is laid.
- the connecting element 91 runs from the bolt 86 to the aforementioned castle of Door leaf 11.
- the lever 81 is with an axis 84 on one Angle 13 pivotally mounted. The angle 13 is fixed with a Profile 12 of the door leaf 11 connected.
- the switching piece 44 can have a switch 34, which is designed here as a micro push-button switch and in the housing 31 attached, press.
- the tension member 40 is over a first Auxiliary wheel 36, a drive wheel 35 and a second auxiliary wheel 37 guided.
- the wheels 35, 36 and 37 are gear wheels. They are arranged in a cloverleaf shape.
- the drive wheel 35 engages his teeth 39 in the auxiliary wheels 36 and 37, these mesh but not with each other.
- the teeth 39 have a tension member 40 leading central groove 38, which is only so deep that the teeth 39 press into the tension member 40, ie with it form a positive fit.
- the tension member 40 wraps around the auxiliary wheels 36, 37 to more than 180 ° and, because of the arrangement of the wheels 35, 36, 37 approximately the corners of an equilateral triangle, the drive wheel 35 approximately 300 °.
- the driver 50 is dumbbell-shaped and has two in substantially identical halves 51 and 52 formed by Screws 53 and 54 are interconnected. He has one all-round gutter 55 with steep side walls, one here has a substantially rectangular cross section. Pages 56 and 57 of the driver 50 are beveled conically. According to 3, the driver 50 has an eyelet 58 and 59 on each side. A holding fork 47 of the tension member 40 engages in the eyelet 58.
- the tension member 40 in turn consists of a Roller shutter belt, the ends 45 and 46 overlap.
- the both halves of the driver 50 are in the overlap area placed on the tension member 40.
- With screws 53 and 54, which penetrate both ends 45 and 46 of the tension member 40 the tension member 40 securely assembled into an endless band.
- the gears 35, 36, 37 do not differ from those in Fig.3 shown. However, you do not need to have groove 38. Lateral flanges or the like are provided through which it is ensured that the tension member 40 is not of the Gears 35, 36, 37 slip.
- an electric motor belonging to the drive device 30 put a switch or remote control into operation, so that he drives the drive wheel 35 clockwise.
- the tension member 40 moves the driver 50 to the right in FIG. Since the catch 72 in the circumferential groove 55 of the driver 50th engages, the guide member 70 also moves to the right.
- By engaging the axis 79 in the slot 83 is first the lever 81 from the vertical position shown in FIG Swiveled clockwise. This will train on the connector 91 exercised, and thus the lock of the door leaf 11th unlocked.
- the door leaf 11 is the further movement of the driver 50 clockwise to an open position pivoted.
- the switching piece 44 is so on the upper run 42 attached that it operates the switch 34 when the door leaf 11 has reached its open position. The electric motor will then stopped.
- the electric motor is used to close an open door leaf 11 set in motion in the opposite direction as when opening.
- the driver 50 then moves to the left in FIG and first swings the door leaf 11 counterclockwise, until the door leaf 11 assumes a vertical position.
- By further movement of the driver 50 to the left is also the tilted lever 81 counterclockwise to its vertical Starting position reduced.
- the tensile stress on the connecting element 91 solved so that the lock of the door leaf 11th can snap and the door leaf 11 blocked.
- the switching piece 43 is attached to the lower run 41 so that there is a switch (not shown) operated when both the door leaf 11 and the lever 81 has assumed a vertical position. The electric motor is then stopped.
- the guide housing 71 slides on the lower run 41 along towards the driver 50. Because of the slanted side 56 of the driver 50, the guide housing 71 is in the original Position pressed in which it encloses the driver 50.
- the catch 72 is through the beveled side 56 of the Driver 50 and the adjoining cylindrical area initially pushed down in Fig.2 and snaps when the original arrangement of driver 50 and guide housing 71 is reached by the action of the spring 77 in the circumferential groove 55 of the driver 50 a.
- the release lever 75 need not be operated. The door leaf 11 can can now be opened again automatically by the door operator.
